I originally signed up for Algernon Firth, Pennine House's sister site but was lucky to be upgraded to PH right before my relocation, and it’s been a great experience. The accommodation is really nice and in a perfect location—I can easily go everywhere, from school (Leeds Beckett Uni) to grocery stores like Tesco and Sainsbury’s, and hang out at Trinity Leeds because it's right around the corner. The management team is super helpful and friendly, making me feel at home right away. It’s more than I expected, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Excellent accommodation that feels more like a proper cozy home rather than your typical student accommodation. The location is fantastic and in the heart of the city center, so everything is quite literally right outside your doorstep. It’s a short walk to Leeds Uni and the Leeds Beckett city center campus, with tons of public transport options to easily get to the Leeds Beckett Headingly campus (or even the city center Leeds Uni and Leeds Beckett Campus’s for those days you just don’t feel like walking!). And what truly sets this accommodation apart from all of the rest are the staff! They are the absolute best and always go above and beyond not only to take care of maintenance, but to truly make you feel like you are part of one big family! They also always arrange all sorts of events and goodies throughout the year! Super grateful for each one of them! They are genuinely the best!

This is my third year staying at the Pennine House and my stay here has been perfect! Will continue staying here until the end of my studies. The location is great as it is in city centre, the staff is great and always very helpful, maintenance is good, and studio is great!

I recently moved into Pennine House, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in many ways. The apartment's location is its biggest draw. It's ideally situated, offering easy access to essential amenities and public transportation, which has significantly simplified my daily routine. The highlight of my experience, however, has been the incredible warmth and efficiency of the front desk staff. They are always welcoming and genuinely eager to assist with any issues or queries. Their willingness to go the extra mile in resolving any difficulties I encounter has been a great comfort and truly makes living here a delightful experience. Living in Pennine House has been a joy. The sense of community and the level of service are outstanding. It's more than just an apartment; it feels like home. Staff are nice and welcome. The property seems to be a bit old( such as the mirror is broken a little bit)but all in all it’s in a good location and the room is pretty big.

Superb staff that make you feel like you are part of a family, and they always go above and beyond not just to fix any maintenance issues, but to also arrange all sorts of fun events and free goodies. The rooms are modern and cozy, plus the social spaces are absolutely fantastic. The location is fantastic, in the heart of the city center, with all the shops and restaurants by your doorstep. Everything is perfect, the only suggestion I would make is to add more washers/dryers, possibly stacked on top the existing ones.

Pennine House may not the nearest student apartment to the university, but I love strolling and it locates in the city center, so it is a perfect for me!

Ive lived in this place for 6 months already, and I have not had any bad experiences. Jade, is one of the staff that works at the front table and she is great, she remembers everyone that lives in the building and is extremely friendly. The only issue is the lack of washing and drying machines for the whole building, plus the fact that its been twice that they have shut down. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes away from the city centre and the train station.

The management team is terrible and unhelpful. The apartment maintenance has always been slow.

nice rooms and privacy, good location for shops but there are accommodations closer to the uni. maintenance issues are fixed a week later which is bad for the huge prices you’re paying for this place. puts on social events but only international students attend really, and they tend to clique together, so not a social environment if you’re looking for that. nice friendly staff, nice freebies at the reception but the maintenance is an issue. sometimes they just say wait and see if it gets better when they come and it just continues so, weigh up your options. not living here next year because of the prices, but a nice experience for second year if you’re fed up with a shared accommodation, just look for cheaper options first, a big dent that’s too high in my opinion.

Phenomenal rooms, great facilities, and absolutely amazing staff members that make you feel like you’re part of a family! They also regularly organize lovely events, such as easter egg hunts, which adds to the experience! Additionally, any issues (such as maintenance) are sorted in no time! Absolutely exceptional! Would highly recommend this student accommodation!
