Rental payments are due in line with the payment schedule in your contract. If your first rent instalment is due on or before 2nd September, it will not be taken by Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment, and you will need to log back into your booking or the resident portal and make this payment manually.

Yes, we do have an Ethernet port but you would need to bring your own ethernet cable and TV with you. Don't forget about purchasing a TV license as well.

What tenancy length do I need?

If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

Made a group of close knit friends and everyone is really friendly and respectful. Staff members would always give a quick hello when passing in corridors and outside etc. Also really easy to talk about and resolve issues with maintenance as the reception is easy accessible. Free pool table is also cool
The apartments offer good value for money and are within an acceptable distance from the university's city centre. Moreover, the space of the apartment is relatively large and the pages are relatively quiet. The staff will hold some activities on a regular basis, and it is also very fast to find feedback from the front desk when there is anything. I also met many good friends here, and the overall living experience is very good.

The price is very suitable, but there is a lack of public activity space, the front desk service is very friendly, it is a little far from the school, and it needs climbing. Hope to increase public activity space
