Kyle Park House Biography
Kyle Park House is home to 465 students and is only a ten-minute walk away from Glasgow Caledonian University and the University of Strathclyde. On your days off, you can venture to Glasgow City Centre which is a ten-minute walk away and is filled with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. There are also numerous music venues and cinemas surrounding the area, for you to enjoy.
Residents at Kyle Park House can enjoy great social spaces. There is a cinema room and common room equipped with comfortable seating, PlayStation and a pool table. If you are looking to get assignments done, you can make use of the communal study space. For your added benefit, there is handy on-site car parking.

I moved-in in November. The building is very close to Strathclyde uni. The staff at the reception is always helpful. Big kudos to the manager TARA. She has been a blessing to this accomodation. Always helpful and cheerful. Also John is the best dude here. Love Tara and John. This wouldn’t have been the same without them.

Even if the building had problems when I arrived, the staff was super kind, friendly and eager to help you in anyway. They were working hard to fix any problem and accomodate the request made.

The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with large desk space and great storage. En-suite bathroom is a great bonus. Staff are always helpful. Location is nice and central without being right in the city centre.

Cheapest accommodation in City centre - but still overpriced. - stuff can get broken/mouldy/vermin and takes FOREVER to get anything fixed - no recycling bins! - random maintenance/painting people will straight up just WALK INTO YOUR ROOM unannounced multiple times a semester. - tried to bribe us today with free coffee to write 5* review LOL

Appliances not great, for eg oven trays don't fit in oven or mold in bathroom. Staff is friendly and receptive

This student apartment is not big but the basic life is pretty good. The reception is very convenient and lovely, and the heating is sufficient. The soundproofing near the street is not very good, but it didn't bother me much.

poor sound insulation and far away from my school book this place from Kaplan, when my card send to reception, no email told me that it is in the reception.
Hi I'm sorry the location of Kyle Park does not suit your school. Watch out for availability at other properties around the City going on sale for academic year 24/25 on 1st November. Kind regards
My room was dirty when I entered, a few of the things in the room are missing or are not as they were shown on the picture. The faucet in the bathroom is leaking. Kitchen was missing an iron board and a kettle (but the issue was resolved after sending a request in the app). Lighting in the flat is too movement-sensible and turns off very often. Sensor locks in the building are not functioning well (for some people)

I ma very disappointed by the management for fixing issues and also about the garbage management. I thought with the price I paid to say at least the garbage will be disposed by someone but even that has to be done by the students.

You've got everything you need here. Just 5 minute walk to the Buchanan busstation/Tesco and 10 minutes walk to Buchanan street subway station/the city centre. Staff is super friendly and will help you out with everything you need even if you just want to have a friendly chat. Maintenance is super quick and is included it the rent. Laundry room available and a fun common room where you can hang out with your friends. Rooms are clean and you have lots of closet space since there are also drawers under your bed. I study at the University of Glasgow which is located on the west end, but when taking the subway I'm there within half an hour. For me, it's the perfect place to stay while studying abroad. Would highly recommend staying here!

It is one of the cheapest accommodation I could find and so having an ensuite and being 20 mins away from the city centre is pretty good. It would be nice if there was more communication about social events or where communal spaces even are.

I'm a student at the University of Strathclyde I have been staying at Kyle Park since September 2022 and I'm extremely happy to say that I'm very much satisfied with the service provided by the management. All the maintenance requests are resolved in no time doesn't create any inconveniences for us. If safety is anyone's major concern, be assured that it's very safe and secure for everyone. The staff at the reception are also very cheerful and helpful. I am grateful that I choose Kyle Park as my student accommodation. Cheers :)

I'd just like to really emphasize how great the team of this place is. The reception staff is always so welcoming, helpful and easy to chat to. The cleaning and maintenance staff (particularly Radi) is outstandingly quick to respond to any request. Radi has made us feel at home and that our concerns are always heard.

I've stayed here for 4 years, I've always kept coming back due to the pricing and location of the property, center of Glasgow and right beside my university. Only downfall I've seen this year is maintenance, when I first moved in this year my flat had a bunch of problems same for my room, which was disappointing and annoying at times, but all in all a great place
