Great accommodation for students at both Abertay & Dundee university. I have twice the size of the space in my room as my friends who stay at other student halls, and for cheaper rent cost. Got a job within 3 weeks of moving in as a cleaner here plus I've got a slanted window, only problem is that it doesn't come with a free private jet.

Keiller Court is located right in the heart of the Dundee student community. Both Dundee University and Abertay University are within a ten-minute walk. You’ll also find that shops, nightlife spots, transport links and other useful amenities are all within walking distance.
Living at Keiller Court you will be pleased with extra features such as 24/7 CCTV, 24/7 on-site support and secure fob entry as well as 24/7 maintenance. If you are planning to bring a bike then you can have peace of mind with secure bike storage. Contents insurance and all utilities are included and there is free, speedy WiFi throughout the building. For your benefit, there are laundry facilities in every kitchen, Sherpr and a private courtyard where you can enjoy the summer sun.
When it comes to choosing a room you can go for a double room in a shared flat of 3 - 6 people alternatively a single room in a 5 bedroom flat. All rooms come fully furnished with a bed, study area and plenty of storage and use of two shared bathrooms in each flat. The shared kitchens are fully equipped with all appliances and a flatscreen TV in the living space.

I am currently staying here and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, especially for students or visitors to the university, as it’s just a short walk from campus. This made getting to classes or university events incredibly convenient. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed, desk space, and plenty of storage. Plus, the Wi-Fi is reliable and fast, which is a big plus for students needing to study or work online. One thing that really stood out was the customer service. Keiller is the best value for money private student flat accommodation in Dundee. Very friendly staff and really useful having a washing machine in each flat, unlike shared facilities in meny accommodations.

This is my 4th year rebooking with Keiller Court and I'm planning on staying for my final year next year. I have had a great experience living here with well equipped communal shared spaces, spacious rooms and very helpful staff. Maintenance is quick to respond and resolve any issues. Resident Coordinators are helpful and ready to help any time of day or night. Plenty of events on throughout the year to keep everyone involved. Safe and quite area with private courtyard, accessible bins and well lit entrances.

Really great accommodation! perfect location for anyone attending the University of Dundee, most classes are only a 5-10 minute walk. The utilities inside the flats are really great as well, washing machines and dishwashers included. Would recommend :)

So far I've been in Keiller Court for about a month and a half, but it has been nothing short of an ideal place to live! It's only a 10 minute walk away from most nearby shopping centres and the two biggest universities in Dundee. Mezzino also regularly runs events for each of their residents to participate in for prizes, and considering you get so much at a competitive price compared to other accomodation in Dundee? It's a no-brainer to go to Keiller.

No issues with my room moving in as it’s reasonably spacious and warm. However, the shared living spaces were filthy. Kitchen area had not been cleaned at all over summer with mouldy food , sticky countertops and no cupboard space. I understand that there was previous tenants living in here over the summer but it would have been nice to have moved into a clean space. Plenty cleaning supplies are provided so i’m unsure how this was an issue. Kitchen is also always left filthy and feels too dirty to cook in.

It is difficult if tenants are staying over summer after the deep summer clean has happened but we do ask tenants staying to keep the shared spaces tidy for new check ins arriving. With regards to current issues, if there are issues with flatmates not keeping areas clean and tidy, you can ask the office to hold a meeting if you feel you can't resolve this yourselves and we'll do our best to help the situation.

The positives are that Keiller is very close to both universities and just a short walk. The cost which includes all bills, is reasonable relative to the other private student halls and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The disappointment though, on moving in was that as we were joining a flat with students who had stayed on, our flat had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We needed to defrost both very frosted freezers ourselves, inorder to fit in any food. There was limited to no cupboard space as the flat seemed to have an overflow of things left behind, which we needed to clean out ourselves and the kitchen and bathrooms were in need of a good scrub. Not the best first impression when we were already anxious of a new start.

As we do have residents that stay with us over ths summer we always ask that items are tidy and cupboard/dridge freezer spaces etc are free prior to new residents arriving. Given your feedback this is something we will look at to improve on in terms of ensuring this has been adhered to.
Showers are sometimes cold or weak pressure and maintenance incompetent but also quick to try and solve issues. Fairly quiet and lots of amenities, I like having a dishwasher, washing machine in the kitchen. However, rooms vary in size, one year I had the largest and brightest room I've ever seen but this year I have a very small room with a tiny window that faces a wall and is always in shade, making the room dingy and dark. Some kitchens on the top floor have great views but there's no lift at all. Ground floor kitchens are pretty dark all day because of the window facing a wall. Residents are generally pleasant but staff vary in politeness and sometimes are loud, annoying and rude.

With regards to your shower, we have one electric shower and one that is run off the water tank so these showers are different with regards to pressure and the water tank has to refill so there can be a wait if all of the hot water is used in that shower. We'd like to get more information on you feeling that maintennace is incompetant so we can address any issues with the team. Yes, rooms sizes do vary throughout the building and two of our blocks face each other so there are some rooms that face another block. We're glad to hear that you are settling in well with other residents. I have been staying at this accomodation for 3 years now, so far it has been an amazing experience, the student connections and outstanding staff has turned my time at university to a cherished memory. The numerous events and nuanced approach of the management towards student life made me feel welcome and valued. Throughout my years spent here has made me feel home and not just a student far away from their old life back in the old country. I am grateful for what i have received.

Got to be the best accommodation I’ve seen so far. The rooms are massive for the price as well as the kitchen which comes with more than enough space for everyone to put their groceries which is amazing. I’ve been to other accommodation that come with so much less for a much larger price and has absolutely solidified my decision to stay at Keiller court.

Keiller Court is great, the staff are extremely nice and polite and maintenance is very fast. The location is very convenient less than 5 minutes from campus and the rooms are lovely. Wifi is good, enough for studying and entertainment, but I have heard there are issues with ethernet that are hopefully getting fixed asap.

So far it's been brilliant, the flat is brilliant and has everything you need, it's a 5 min walk for my uni which is perfect and is near a couple food shops which is perfect! The staff here are really friendly and helpful whenever you have a question or problem, any issues we've had in the flat have been solved quickly! Keiller court is in a great location - it takes me less that 5 minutes to walk to uni and is also close to the city centre. The staff are all super friendly and any maintenance problems within the flat have always been resolved within a few days. My room is sunny and spacious with a double bed. Overall, I would recommend Keiller Court if you are looking for student accommodation.

Keiller is a brilliant wee accommodation, it's one of the cheapest options in the city but it doesn't feel that way at all. They've created a proper community feel that makes it really easy to settle in. The actual flats have everything you could need including a dishwasher and washer/dryer . This is my second year staying here and it really is hard to fault.

Very spacious room, the double bed is a great luxury. Plenty storage space and a big window; the fact that the window opens all the way out is amazing. The kitchen is big and very homely. The courtyard social space makes it easy to make friends and the office is always so helpful. Having a working TV is also a great feature. Great value for money :)

Rooms are super cozy and you're given loads of freedom to customise it and make it your home. (Without damage ofc). Maintenance is always ontop of their game! They are super quick to accommodate you and are very friendly. Lots of freebeez are given throughout the year so they're super generous and all bills are included with rent so you never have to worry about that. Any Parcels ordered will be kept safe and secured by the reception if you are not home to collect it yourself. I truly love it here and love the location as well as the staff. Everyone is super super friendly :)

A bit of a loud area but maintenance are really good and always next day even if it's not an urgent issue. Rooms are different sizes so some people get a massive room and some get a small one. Walls are not too thin and don't hear neighbours conversations.

Halfway through the first semester at Keliler Court and I'm very happy with my choice. The staff are lovely, and the RC's are equally as great. Any issues I've had have been rectified in a very timely manner, and to a high degree. The rooms themselves are spacious and in good overall nick upon check-in. The WiFi is facing issues, but that's more on the behalf of the provider. The accomodation has been great in trying to get any issues sorted.

Amazing place to stay! Staff sort any problems immediately and are really friendly! It's in the perfect location super close to Dundee uni and Abertay! They have RCs onsite at night so if you get locked out it's ok they let you in! There's also cute little social events which are so fun!!

Well maintained facilities and nice staff. Considerable rent increase through rebooking but was given the same room as last year with no improvements, the room is considerably smaller than every other room i’ve seen in the building and even in my own flat. The cramped boxy room just isn’t worth the very high monthly cost.

With costs going up everywhere, the price increase was the lowest we could price the rooms while including the electricity costs included as we didn't want our tenants to have to pay seperate bills while staying with us. As you know, our current tenants always get first refusal on their own room but you could have requested another room at the time of rebooking and we could have moved you room or flat to a room you would have preferred. Yes throughout tenancies, tenants are responsible for cleaning the flats while we get a summer clean carried out each year and get the communal stairways cleaned weekly. Good management and house facilities. Bills are really inclusive. They celebrate festive periods too. Distance is Very close to the university. Walkable to the city centre and banks. Management fix things as quick as possible so you don’t need to worry if something goes bad. A secured place, CCTV-controlled environment. Staff are very helpful and understandable. Excellent little community less than 5 minutes from my classes at Dundee uni. Bedrooms are a good size and all the facilities are perfect and make it worth the price. Any repairs are seen to by Collin quickly and the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful too. I've rebooked for next year. Only complaint I have is that sometimes being in A block can feel a little disconnected from the rest of the keiller community.

Rebooked Keiller Court for the 3rd time as I had the best student experience since moving in here. The location is superb right beside the uni and the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are always eager to help at any time. Wifi is fast never had any problems with it.

Spent my first year here locked down over Covid and was pleased with my experience. The rooms/kitchen are very spacious and everything you could need is provided in terms of kitchen utensils. The space provided is probably the best value for money in the local area, I have previously lived in other student accommodation that neighbours Keillor court. The bills/internet being included in the rent saves a lot of hassle. The office staff are very friendly and the maintenance is handled as fast as possible even when coronavirus was affecting us. I did have to get used to a lot of noise during term time from parties. Could not really confirm where it was coming from but I have seen that they have possibly hired on site student personnel to take care of this? I truly appreciate all the staff have done to be accommodating and make it as comfortable as possible for us over the last year. They have gone above and beyond what other flats have done. Could not recommend Keiller Court enough! It’s my second year here and I was quick to rebook with my friends after my first year experience despite covid and spending lots of time in the flat. For those stuck in the flat not being to travel home during Christmas there was food provided by the accommodation. Friendly and very helpful staff. Spacious rooms and social area. Maintenance quick to respond and make themselves known before entry. Washing machine/dryer being inside the flat has been very useful. Very close to the Uni, shops and pubs and clubs. Never had a problem with the WiFi. Great accommodation to experience student life and make friends.

A great place to stay as a student! Fab value for money, really easy to make payments etc. Staff are very helpful and responsive, always there when you need them. Flats are ideal size with plenty storage and everything you could need in the kitchen! I stayed for 3 years!

Really great sized rooms, kitchen came with cookware and dinnerware and the property is close to both universities. Staff are all lovely and communicate well. Maintenance issues are usually resolved quickly. The only downside though is that the walls are pretty thin, could hear full conversations of people outside. However, I do understand that there's nothing that can really be done about that. Overall a really nice student accommodation that I would definitely recommend!

I would definitely recommend Keiller court because it is really close to Dundee uni and town too which is ideal and it’s only a max 10 minute walk to the train station. The company are really nice and are always happy to sort something for you and maintenance are prompt too.. all the bills are included which is fab and wifi is nothing to complain about it’s fast! We loved it so much we booked again next year! :)

Keiller Court is one of the best residences you can find in Dundee in terms of value for money, it is 100% all-inclusive as the only thing you have to bring is food and things to decorate your room. The treatment from the staff is unbeatable, they are always attentive and care about what happens to us, plus the maintenance team is always there when you need to fix something urgent. As we are all students (or at least most of us) I've made tons of friends from different countries which helped me learn other cultures as well.This is my second year living here and I will definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a place to live, this is definitely the best.

I did a big research to find a good Student accommodation for my daughter, and I found Keiller Court was one of the best places. Furthermore I accompanied her to settle in, and I could check and confirm that it is a very nice place and provides everything she needs. A Student hall highly recommended!

Location 10/10. Never seen cleaning take place at all. Wifi can be slow especially when doing online lectures. Management can be slow but over all is good value for money as bills are included.
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your time at Keiller Court. Cleaning on all stairwells is carried out each morning before 9am and completed on a rotational basis so that each block is completed once per week and litter picks are carried out 2-3 times per week on site grounds, we have weekly checks by staff to check that this being completed to the standard we ask for. Unfortunately we do not offer cleaning within the flats, our contract company do offer this but it would have to be paid for by the tenant/flat. We're sorry you've had wifi issues, at the moment it's set up so that you can go direct to the provider with wifi issues to ensure a resolve as quickly as possible but if you have any issues with the provider, we would like to be informed so we can investigate any recurring issues. I apologise that you feel that repsonse time is slow, if you wanted to get in touch with us to advise when you've felt this, we can look into it for you so we can work to improve this for you, we always want to ensure that all of our tenants feel supported when contacting the accommodation office. Keiller Court is a decent first year student accommodation as it is located in a great place not too far from everything and is also in a student hub area. A nice little place to get started

I loved staying at Keiller court, the staff always helpful and friendly, maintenance was really quick to sort any issues and my room was pretty good for Dundee student accommodation but I know some rooms only have wall facing windows. Our flat had less people than average but still had a big kitchen and living area. The entry hall were clean most of the time but occasionally there was puke on the carpet left for a while. I would definitely consider Keiller court as it is way less crowded and better value for money than Parker House.

That’s true, we do have a few rooms that are wall facing although not too many, we try to keep tenants informed of this when booking but flat preferences come first when we are allocating people. We do have the stairwells cleaned on a rotation basis so that each stairwell is fully cleaned once per week but there are checks done daily so blocks can be re-prioritised if required, we do always welcome tenants reporting things like this so we can deal with this as soon as possible.
Lived there for a year a half and the year that didn't have covid was amazing however the lockdowns really made living extremely difficult.

Location is the best part of Keiller Court due to being right next to a Lidl and a 5 minute walk away from town centre. Coming from London, the price is very good, however rather pricey when comparing to on market prices for flat rents. Nonetheless student friendly. There wasn't any cleaning that I have noticed, at least not in the flats or the outside court. Communicating needs with the staff was easy if I wanted to raise a question and was fast to resolve, but maintenance staff were very annoying. For example, I have not been told that maintenance was scheduled, and so while I was asleep naked the staff walked into my room expecting me to be ready and fine. I was not. While my room was fine and did not face this problem due to being at the top, the WhatsApp group chat for the court was filled with non stop complaints about noise, indicating that the floor and walls are thin. If someone decided to do physical exercise, have sex or a party, then everyone below and above knew.

We have stairwell cleaning carried out every morning on a rotational basis to ensure each block is completed once per week, we don't offer inside flat cleaning this would need to be paid for by the tenants (but we could help organise this for you if it's something you wished to have - just email us if it's something you would like!) and the courtyard litter picks are carried out daily by our maintenance staff at the moment. If you feel that there is every any mess that you feel has been missed, please get in touch and let us know! I'm sorry you've had this experience with maintenance, there are set weekly and monthly tests carried out that all tenants are notified of and these times do not change but when tenants report maintenance, it is each tenants responsibility to advise other tenants of this so the whole flat is aware but maintenance do knock and make their presence known and we ask all contractors to do the same even if it's prebooked in and tenants are made aware. Again, if you feel this has not happened, please report this at the time so we can discuss with maintenance or the contractor so it doesn't continue to happen. I know you've stated this wasn't yourself that experienced noise issues but please ensure these are reported as we can't follow up and look into resolves without being made aware of it. We want to ensure that you all have the best stay possible so feedback is always welcome.
The flat was spacious and very close to the centre so in a great location, however, it would be very good if there was a common room that the residents could socialise in in normal situations
