I’m currently living in Eden Square and it has exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious, providing plenty of comfort and privacy. The accommodation also boasts impressive social spaces, including a dedicated study area, a private party room, and a large communal area where residents can unwind and connect. As someone who frequents the gym, I find the on-site fitness facilities more than adequate to maintain an active lifestyle. However, the standout feature of Eden Square is its fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to Pool Meadow Bus Station and a 15-minute walk to the rail station, making commuting incredibly convenient. The staff here are friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming environment. I enjoy my interactions with them, and their support adds to the overall positive experience. Eden Square Biography
If you are looking to be within a brief walk or cycle from campus, then Eden Square is the place for you. The property is a six-minute walk from Coventry University and a twenty-one-minute cycle from the University of Warwick. When students are not busy with classwork, they can take a meander into the city centre and enjoy a variety of local amenities.
Inside the building, residents will discover eye-catching historical architectural elements as well as modern facilities. When wanting to socialize with friends, you can make use of the courtyard, games room, cinema room or communal lounge equipped with a TV. As an added benefit, there is also a gym and study area to take advantage of. To ensure your stay is as convenient as possible, there is a laundry room, bike storage, internet, all-inclusive bills and CCTV.

Can't oraise the accommodation rnough. Honestly I enjoy living here and it has made me feel like home as an international student. It's location is perfect for those seeking a cottage experience within the city. The building is just 2 min walk from city's main bus station and accessible to all nearby places. One ghing i cannot thank enough for is the free shuttle service to it's residents. This has made commute so much easier and I can brag about not having to wait for buses. Great ambience and extremely helpful staff. The rooms are total steal for value and very spacious. I have an attic room which i guess is only available here of all the accoms and it's really pretty.
I have the townhouse, the washing machine is useful. If I were to buy again I would get the bronze instead because it is the same except washing machine.

when kept maintained, the accommodation is beautiful! the rooms/communal areas are very modern and with a nice historic exterior. the reception team is what make my experience at eden square amazing. they are so friendly and willing to help, especially Jules! it is easy to feel isolated while being at university so being able to pop downstairs and have a little chat with them is very helpful! the prices are reasonable (for student accommodation) and the location is good. i am glad that i chose eden square. if you’re looking for a nice accommodation that has a good balance of social activities but not too hectic/overwhelming - i would definitely recommend eden square.

Great place to see, super modern and a nice courtyard. Beds are comfy and a good size, even in the smallest room there’s enough space for everything you’d need. Staying here for my whole time and uni!

I have been living here in my first year and I have mostly enjoyed my experience. The accommodation is very neat and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. They have been quick to deal with issues and there is always security on site. Overall, I am happy with the accommodation.

Worst Student Accommodation i ever had. My tenancy agreement expired on August 2023 and i ask for deposit refund through email. At first, they told me that they have changed a company where Fresh company took over my deposit and ask me to contact them. And time flies, finally i am able to contact Fresh company and it’s already November. Fresh told me to give them some time and they promise to return my deposit before december. During December I can’t reach out to them, due to Christmas holiday and new year holiday and their company holiday etc. And finally, here is 2024 January. I contacted Eden Square and they told me they have now changed back to Prestige Living company. After i contacted this company few times, they stop responding me and stop being responsible on my deposit. They are just trying to push the responsible to each company and didn’t mean to return back tenant’s deposit! AVOID STAYING IN HERE!!!!!!!!

Eden square is a great accommodation to be a resident at. It is the perfect environment for me as a first year student and I am grateful to have booked this. The team are amazing and very good at their job and are very warm and welcoming everytime I see them. The social spaces are great.
Courier storage and safe security system and good facilities
Everything is professional about EdenSquare. The amazing team really cares about the students and puts effort in creating special events and competitions to increase the social between us. Everyday the cleaning staff vacums and clean the common area. We also have water filter in the reception , so we are not forced to carry bags of water from the market everyday. Beside the Gym , Social space and Cinema room , there is a big park near the acommodation where we can run in the morning and relax in the evenings. I love EdenSquare 🙏🏻😇

I have lived in Coventry now nearly 6 years whilst at university and Eden Square is without doubt the best accommodation I have stayed at. It has everything you could want in a student accommodation and the team are great at making you feel really welcomed. Would recommend to any student looking for somewhere to stay.
I'm currently in my third year of university and have lived in multiple places whilst being at university. Eden Square trumps all of these places by far. It is clean, new, spacious and so close to the campus. Staff are super friendly (especially Sophie and Omed). Everyone who visits me always compliments Eden Square!! The only thing I would say is that I found my room to be a smaller than my roommates, but the price is the same as theirs. So that's why value for money is rated lower. However, Eden square also has a cinema room, a gym, study areas and a social area which are incorporated in the price, so it really depends on what's important for you!

Eden Square is a fantastic place to stay! My first experience at the accommodation has been amazing, staff are really friendly and ready to help anyone in need and also there is 24/7 security, so there is nothing to worry about. There are different size apartment rooms and studios available; rooms are really clean and spacious. I would recommend everyone to come stay at this place as it will make you feel at home
Great place to go and study and enjoy your time at Cov security good makes you feel safe , great facility, staff very good on their job and always there for you if you need any support they deserve a pay rise, great rooms option , bigger spaces then other accommodation rooms. No student accommodation comes close to the comparison between room size versus price. Who else offers 25+ sq ft for £170pw (ish)? The rooms are beyond excellent. Clean, spacious, and quiet. The wifi is 200+ Mbpbs so to say nobody will have a problem streaming/gaming is an understatement. I know the stars aren't too kind, but I'd rate the Value for Money as 15/10. Do not dismiss the social spaces/experience rating of the 20/21 period as the experience was sullied by covid and therefore I have given an average rating. I can't rate the social spaces if I haven't been in them but a cinema room, lounge area, foosball table, snooker table, study rooms, and a gym sounds pretty good to me. It is a small walk (sub 5 minutes) to the biggest supermarket in Coventry, and only a small walk (through a nice "University Square" to the campus. Eden Square would undoubtedly be your best option if someone reading this is looking for an accommodation. Every staff is so friendly and helpful. The entire property is very clean, cozy and secure . I was delighted to see the staff's commitment to organize and bring everyone together with free snacks, goodies and activities. Definitely check Eden square Instagram page to see all the activities. When it comes to the room, its perfect and cozy. The best part of my room is the view of Swan Lake with a cup of tea. And also, it is very close to the city center. I am so happy to be a part of Eden Family and would surely recommend this place.
Everything about this accommodation is lovely, inside and out. The staff are kind and friendly, and even know us by name! Sophie and Omed go out their way to make our experience living here both memorable and favourable to us as students. From the food and drink freebies, to the note pads, to even the motivational posts on the Eden Square Instagram page. You can tell they really aim to go above and beyond for the residents here as it is clearly shown through their efforts and kindness. Definitely the best student accommodation I’ve stayed in, and would tell a friend to tell a friend!
Pretty good accommodation, restrictions could’ve been managed better but fair given the circumstances.
Eden square was the first student accommodation that I have stayed in. It was a wonderful experience. The rooms were very spacious. The bathroom was huge with a very spacious shower. The common areas were always clean. During the pandemic the accommodation was able to deliver all the services that had promised, from gym use till able to use the studying areas. This was done by using booking slots. Sophie and Omed were always there fir us. They helped us with every problem that we might had, and they were always smiling and full of energy!!! It was a wonderful year, and I recommend this accommodation ti everyone.
It's an excellent place to stay as a student. The rooms are big for one person, modern decorations. There is a park right in front of the building and some rooms have the view of it. The management team is awesome, they are so helpful since the very first minute, kind, positive and energetic people. There is a beautiful outdoor open area where people can hang out. There is also a cinema room and a small gym. There are study rooms as well which can be perfect for group studying. The only downside of this place is not every building has a laundry room, so if your building doesn't have it you have to go outside to the other building several times for 1 load of laundry. It's right in the city centre but don't have the noise of it. Walking distance to CU, Tesco, Sainsbury's, pretty much everywhere in the city.
Been a student in Coventry for 5 years now and this is honestly the best accommodation i've stayed in! Sophie and Omed are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. My studio is modern and large, so able to share with my partner and the social spaces are perfect as I can book the gym, study area, cinema room etc so is really worth the money. 24h staff/security makes me feel really safe and is very covid safe. Couldn't recommend it enough if you're a 1st year fresher or a mature student/masters student.

I love Sophie and Omed so so much! They feel like your bestfriends not accommodation managers! They are so friendly and helpful and try their best to make every holiday feel like your right at home. The rooms are so nice and spacious and have everything you need, it’s a very clean and modern look. The accommodation even has a gym and everything you are looking for. The security is really friendly and even helped me kill a bug in my room when I was scared. The heaters in the room work very well and are very warm. The kitchen is very easy to use and comes with everything you need, including lots and lots of storage space. This was my very first time coming to the UK and I’m very very glad I chose Eden Square, and I have already booked the exact same room for next year!!
My time at Eden Square in Coventry has been so great. The accommodation and grounds itself is beautiful, with its shakespearean modern type buildings and stunning courtyards. Omed and Sophie have been so welcoming and friendly since I arrived and have made my experience of living here even better. I have also felt very safe and secure with it being a gated accommodation and having the 24-hour security, which has been great. The accommodation also holds fab facilities including a gym, social spaces and a cinema room, so you are definitely getting your money's worth with this accommodation. I would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone.
Omed and Sophie are the best accommodation managers! They really make it feel like our home which is really important as a student. Not to mention, the freebies are really handy too! Those late night revision, the energy drinks are essential!!! And those days you can’t be bothered to cook, the pot noodles come in very handy!!! Having a stressful day from uni and coming back to a welcoming and warm environment is the best thing ever. Also the study rooms make it great for us to really concentrate and the cinema room is perfect for when we just need to unwind. The price I pay for the experience I get is unmatched - at such an affordable price we have so many resources. A safe environment, social space, and even a free gym?!?! I’ve stayed at previous accommodations but Eden Square is BY FAR the best one and I’m so glad I made the decision to move here
