This is nice place to live. Friendly environment and extremely helpful staff, with a fantastic garden (ponds, trees, couches with shelter, benches, barbeque) one can easily relax in or do some work. Mr. Alex is owner and he is very nice person and very cooperative. I recommend that everyone must be come here for live.

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

It is nice place to live,I would recommend it:) Also very polite and helpful people who work in the office, also good cleaners.
A very good place to live for an indefinite period of time, regardless of your age or occupation. Friendly neighbours and extremely helpful staff, with a fantastic garden (ponds, trees, couches with shelter, benches, barbeque) one can easily relax in or do some work.
So many wonder memories living here 😉
It is a nice place, friendly staff. The outside garden area is really nice to have a few beers with friends, have a BBQ. The place itself is quite peacefull. If I do have any issues with flatmates being too loud it is sorted quite quickly. It`s a budget accomodation and I think you get your moneys worth.
Overall a great accommodation with friendly and expierienced staff.
Been there, done that. Wifi's good, people are nice, money comes if you work. Studies are good if you do indeed study.
The worst student let I have experienced in my life – I felt in danger at some points during my stay and the landlord was made fully aware and the landlord was extremely combinative, unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I would advise any students epically in vulnerable groups to not rent with this landlord if you can you’d have more security renting on campus or renting a room privately. Sometimes the internet didn't work , the cleaning was basic min , they have no complaints process , the landlord himself is unprofessional . I was also assaulted in this accommodation I was then put in a ground floor in view of the assaulter. IF YOU CHOOSE TO STAY, I WOULD SAY ‘’ BUYER BE WEAR ‘’! Avoid – Avoid – Avoid!
Disgusting! the cleaners do the bare minimum , there is no wifi password so prepare for your information to get stolen and the amount of bugs ive seen crawling in my room ITS INFESTED! The management dont care to make improvements!
