My time at Metchley Hall so far has been overall pretty great. The location is decent, with a few large shops within reasonable walking distance but not very many (but there are convenience stores a couple minutes walk away which make up for it). Property management overall is quite outstanding, very nice and friendly manager who will excellently communicate and deal with any issues happening in or around your room. Social space and social experience is good and have multiple opportunities with events held in the social spaces. Other facilities such as the cardio machines are also very helpful. A bit of a shame you have to pay extra for laundry but overall the place is great and is worth the money.

Pros: Great size and location Cons: Communication/Maintenance - They're very slow. Noise: You can hear every step the person takes above you. Room temperature: It's super hot. Safety: There is no receptionist.
Worst uni ever, stay away. Staff don’t care about pupils, they need reminding we pay their wages. We are paying customers.
