I love my uni it's awesome and it gave me best experience of my life I was feeling like I was studying in an old rayal naval college the name says it al
Great university perfect location
Clubs are lacking with variety and the student union needs more activities and events
Very good, people are very kind!
it’s just perfect as an international student.
Been good made good friends really nice staff and facilities
Good uni I really like the campus and my teachers
Love the university amazing staff great view and good courses quality
great campus, it overlooks canary wharf. with amazing staff looking out of you need help.
My university experience has been great so far. The professors are kind and friendly, the student union helps at every step, the societies arrange great events and functions which are very well organised
A good experience overall. With good and helpful service and people.
Nice place to stay. But the common room should open till 1 o clock
All is good and the processes are pretty smooth
Wishhhhh there was better Wi-Fi and bigger rooms. The teachers and staff are very helpful tho
I am located on the Medway campus, which feels relatively isolated from the other two. We have to pay to take the university bus to the others, but they can go between themselves for free, which is incredibly unfair. Most career events and societies are located on the main campus, the facilities are nicer, and overall seems like a much better experience than what we receive at Medway.
A beautiful and historical campus with students being able recieve free entry to the painted hall which is definitely worth a visit. The surrounding area is also lovely and is easy to get to via the DLR. The support from staff is incredible and they are passionate about inclusion. My course has been great with very enthusiastic, encouraging and support teaching teams who make the lectures engaging and accessible. They are happy to help with academic queries and most staff have a genuine concern for students' wellbeing and some have gone above and beyond in terms of making sure support is put in place.
Its satisfactory if you can use to the fullest
Amazing place for students, I'll highly recommend other’s to choose this university
The campus is marvellous and a historical bliss! The course structure and teachings are clearly communicated and lectures are very supportive to students. There are good events representing the student body every week and career service available to book appointments and reach out for help.
I think, they receive anyone with money. More than half of the students in my class don't want to be there, don't want to study and using Chat GpT for everything. That's very disappointing.
The campus is the best and has good facilities too, They've got plenty of clubs but not quite helpful. I'm in year 2 and I don't know what clubs are available and how you can benefit from them. They need to work on spreading the word about their work and acknowledge everyone. I didn't find the GSU officer helpful at all. The university helps with mental health support. The internet is bad I couldn't use the wifi for the whole day. But overall it is a good university especially the staff and management.
Good but timetable can be better
The main campus is great and the Stockwell Street library is quite good, but very few seats compared to the amount of student at the uni. Unfortunately, quite a few of my lectures have noisy people and it does not seem like the professors can control it. The facilities and student unions are great and there are loads of societies to chose from.
Very good and nice i like the atmosphere

Living here during my master’s program was transformative. As an international student, moving to a new country was daunting, but this accommodation changed everything. Surrounded by a vibrant, diverse community, I built friendships that I know will last a lifetime. The serene, natural atmosphere and high standard of living allowed me to focus on my goals with clarity. This supportive environment not only fueled my academic journey but also brought the mental peace I needed to succeed. Today, I feel immense gratitude and nostalgia looking back. Those experiences helped shape my path to a fulfilling career as a researcher at the University of Greenwich—a cherished chapter in my life.
Good wifi, lots of socities to join and social opportunities
Best Location with great and diverse people. university student union is really active and makes all possible things for students. Great place to study in London
I really am enjoying my experience at university so far. I just wish there were more societies and things and events that society runs to get more people involved and engaged.
Loved my time at the university.
Really a good college, for a international student like me it is very welcoming and makes me feel like home.
The university environment overall is really good. The great campus and facilities could be a little better in terms of societies and clubs but I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
very nice facilities and made to feel very welcome
Great opportunities and support available for all students! The environment is very relaxing next to the river Thames.
A good university with great facilities
Huge and beautiful campus! Many societies to join and many areas to study in. The wifi can be unreliable depending on where you are and some lecture halls do not have charging ports. The students here are really engaging and lovely!
It’s an amazing uni with great facilities
I have 3 years of experience studying at this university and do not retreat my decision at all. Had the best time
I started my intake on January 23, Greenwich university helped me a lot to find my placement, guided us through t He whole journey from the beginning of the intake till securing placement. In addition, perfect syllabus, and library , where you can find everything.
Good food and spots. Really beautiful landscape and stuff. The teaching is good too.
My time as a Master’s student in Applied Linguistics at the University of Greenwich has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, I felt welcomed into a community that not only values academic excellence but also encourages personal growth and real-world application. The lecturers have been fantastic—always approachable and willing to offer guidance. Their expertise spans across so many areas, whether it’s sociolinguistics, discourse analysis, or language teaching, which has given me a well-rounded view of the field. What I’ve really appreciated is how practical the course is. It’s not just about studying theory but also about applying it. I’ve had the chance to work on real-life language assessments, analyze how people use language in multicultural settings, and even look at how language policies impact education. This blend of theory and practice has given me skills that I know will be invaluable in my career.
The University of Greenwich's accommodation is highly rated for its convenient locations near campus and public transport, modern and well-maintained facilities, and a supportive community atmosphere. Students appreciate the en-suite rooms, communal areas, and 24/7 security, which enhance safety and comfort. The halls foster a social environment, helping newcomers make friends easily, while also being affordable compared to private rentals in London. Additionally, the accommodation team is praised for being helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth living experience. Overall, it provides a balanced mix of quality, convenience, and value for money.
I am enjoying my time at uni and have made some amazing friends. I have amazing tutors who are always there to help and give helpful feedback. Room availability and booking for lectures/seminars could be better.
It has been amazing, amazing lectures who gives their time to make sure their students understand well. And amazing groups such as the employability centers that make sure the students are in the right route.
Really easy and accessible, free campus bus running frequently throughout all 3 campuses, lecturers and staff friendly, prices for cafe aren’t too expensive, and the main campus is famous for films
Issues from the start, was misled, I was a year two transfer and they assured me funding would still be okay and the course was correct. It was not and now I'm out of a degree entirely and still have to pay the debt.
Management is very helpful. Clubs are good
Really great uni experience with lots of support and an amazing SUG team
Students facilities are amazing at the university .. and the staff is very coperative .. we got new events on the daily basis which is great fun .. overall my experience upto now was very positive
The University of Greenwich has a UNESCO World Heritage site as a campus building near London's best Greenwich Park the location is perfect for a university in the most busy city of London. The university has excellent team members and the facilities are mind-blowing. All the team members communicated excellently. Lecturers are excellent only some of them are very low in student engagement. Best university in my view.
As an international student, the University of Greenwich offers a beautiful, historic campus with diverse academic programs and strong support services. Its location near central London provides excellent cultural and career opportunities, though administrative processes could improve. Overall, it’s a well-rounded experience with great academic and social exposure.
Not the best university choice but they do provide lots of support with your career.
Everything is very very good for this price point it's very hard to get such a good facility from the university.
The University of Greenwich is a good university to study at. There are three campuses: two in London and one in Kent. The teaching is overall mind-stimulating and makes me want to learn more about the subject. However, I sometimes find it hard to find a spot to study.
I love all of the activities and things that the student union organizes
As a student at University of Greenwich, I enjoy the social life and the education there. And here I can see a lot of opportunity for your career and personal growth.
A great place to study and live, everyone js lovely here
My experience is very good because all staff members are very nice and kind offering help as well .
This university will always be part of my life. I lived my time here.
It’s perfect for what we need it to do but I think there should be more study spaces on campus and better WiFi
Amazing university, very welcoming and supporting to students
It’s good overall. Needs more reliable teachers
Wi-fi breaks a lot, takes a while to get fixed. Everything else is really great.
It is very comforting. Staff is super nice and overall good experience
Generally a great experience with friendly staff
been staying in greenwich for two years
Great uni with great cultural diversity
not enough student engagement in ways student would enjoy but there’s ways teachers would enjoy such as bingo.
Very helpful staff and I have enjoyed my studies
It's okay but the scenery is beautiful
Some very good facilities, some questionable staff
They provide the bare minimum with the exception of a few lecturers who are actually dedicated to their subjects. The international support is absolutely appalling with no office to go to and one email that takes about a month to receive feedback for. I have had very important questions about visas and employment eligibility and these took about a month and multiple emails and visits to the school to get resolved. The social scene has tanked since Covid so I would not go here if you want to get involved with social activities. If I could go back I would have probably chosen a different school.
Amazing kdjsjakajsjjsjajskajsmsjskjs
Lecturers are very helpful and facilities are ideal for my course.
Great experience at this accommodation
The school is very friendly and the teachers are very welcoming
Not too bad of an accommodation, it is worth the money because it gives you what you paid for
I love the campus, the view and its historical
The university is cool. They need to put in a ps5, arcade, crespy creme doughnuts and raise the pay for all staff members
Really good, overall everything is very good
The location is spectacular, can't put in words, could do better with a module or two
Although there are some disadvantages, in general I like the university.
Very interesting university. SU is interesting
It has been a great experience to stay at this accommodation, the staff have been lovely and so kind. If i ever had an issue with my room it was solved quickly and efficiently.
It’s alright so far. I like how quiet it is
The uni is beautiful to roam and enjoy the views. There is a lot of miscommunication within the programs and courses. But other than that the material is wonderful.
Great! As an international student I’ve had a wonderful experience
Pretty decent, , feels like all the focus is on international students which isn’t good
Kelly is one of the best. I am very happy with everyone from the reception and secuirity team.
Kelly at McMillan is fantastic!
had a great time here for the nearly three years
I have lived here for 3 years and it is great
a i’ve enjoyed my time at greenwich, very helpful staff
Fab place for uni students to live
It's a good accomodation. All the grocery stores are near by and people are so lovely and easy to get along
I've had a good experience here so far.
study services are awful. wifi on campus is awful. lectures aren’t really engaging.
My stay at Creen Rd was very positive, it has an excellent location (shops, transportation and leisure very close), the facilities are very clean and safe, and the treatment from the administration was excellent. Without a doubt, I recommend this place to reside while you are completing your studies.
The facilities available are varied and easily accessible. They do not promote their clubs or SU events enough so I often miss them, but I have heard good things from friends who are already involved in those activities.
Great university with beautiful places to explore.
