What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?

Overall good experience, just situated in an awkward location. Trains are quite loud at night.
I have lived here for two years and all I can say is that the quality decreased, my neighbour this year is noisy and rude and nothing has been done and the lift hasn't been fixed for a month, there was also problems with other facilities such as the bin store and the main door, I am paying too much to accept this

Pound Field is a really nice accommodation to live in. it has the excellent staffs and position.
The location of the accommodation is perfect. There is a park next to the accommodation. Furthermore，it is convenient for you to get to the galleries, restaurant where located in the centre of London.

The whole team is very willing to help and friendly! The rooms are nicely thought out with a good size kitchen. The location is great within walking distance of central london & close to st James park or the south bank for a run! Overall highly recommend for those looking for a safe and newly built space. (I’ve lived here during covid times so I didn’t really get to experience the social spaces unfortunately)
Pound Field Studios is incredible. Looking out of my window is a beautiful park. Students can walk and hang out at this park. The rooms are well soundproofed Unfortunately, there is no gym here this year and I don't know if it will be installed in the future. If there was a gym, this would be a perfect student residence. Anyway, I am very grateful for my experience of living in Pound Field. Highly Recommended!!
It's a new apartment so all the facilities are new, the apartment's innermost the staff are very friendly, the transportation is very convenient, it's really a pleasure to live here!
The windows are high quality in terms of sound proof. The rooms are quiet. The reception team is friendly and high in efficiency.
The facilities at PF Apartments are excellent! The cost is 350 pounds a week and the water grid is fully covered. The location is superior, downstairs is a small park for morning exercise. The transportation is convenient, it is very close to Waterloo Station, and there are all kinds of supermarkets within 1 km. The service attitude of the front desk is also very good, and often send small gifts! On top of that, it's very, very safe!
