inclusive, engaging and supportive in terms of career, and learning
Very good experience overall .
UoA is a good university. It's not world renowned, but it won't drag you down either in your career either. The school is fair laid-back compared to top QS20 while still being competitive. It's a good choice for most above-average students.
I have had a fantastic experience with the English department. They all really seem to care about their subjects and students, although I know people in other schools that don't feel this way about the teaching staff. The campus is also beautiful with lots of study and hang out spaces. Student support have also been amazing, going above and beyond to help me.
Nice campus, uni properties (facilities) are generally clean and good faculties.
Great university with beautiful campus and a hardworking team of students ambassadors in the student union. Good facilities and helpful staff
I think the University of Aberdeen is very curious. There is a beautiful campus environment, and some teachers are also very responsible. The library is also very comfortable..
I haven’t had any problems so far, only during strike week when lectures would be cancelled, but the professors always made sure there were supplies available online
Certainly! Here's a short review based on your description: "I am delighted to be studying MSc in Safety and Reliability Engineering at the University of Aberdeen. The university provides a highly conducive environment for learning, which is essential for academic success. The lecturers are not only knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable. They are always willing to offer assistance and support, creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere. I am grateful to be part of a program that values academic excellence and fosters a supportive community."
I have not joined any clubs but there seems to be a good variety. The student union building could be better with more activities held there like pub quizzes or open nights
