Where to start. The halls are ridiculously expensive and not even good quality. I have visited other halls across the UK that are the same price but substantially better by a considerable margin. The halls are located in the middle of an estate where there are fights on the street every night, vehicles getting stolen or damaged, girls getting followed home by men in the area and other things that make the area unsafe to live in. The maintenance of the halls is appalling and the kitchens/rooms have an array of problems including silverfish and damage. The cleaning staff are rude and do a poor job of actual cleaning. Furthermore, the lady that cleans the kitchens has broken my flat mates and my plates and cups and just throws them in the bin without saying which is incredibly disrespectful. She also tried to steal my guests phone charger for her to use herself and got annoyed when he said no. The WiFi also doesn’t work if you’re (like me) in a room that’s far away from the kitchen.
