difficult as I am a student with a disability - felt like there weren't enough inclusivity socially and physically. although very posh/glamorous looking - it felt very hostile
The Stay Club Kentish has been a frustrating experience since recent arrival. There have been a number of issues which remain unresolved. There simply is NO RESPONSE from the management. It is somewhat baffling that a courtesy of a response is not readily forthcoming. Staff at the front desk vary considerably in their attitudes...a few quite helpful and collegial, others seemingly annoyed with having to lift their head form their phones to assist you or answer a question.
