I love the size of room and the canvas booking system is flexible with the payment option. They allow you to book together with friends so if you have 3 other friends, you can all book a 4 en-suite room together which would be great! I wished the staff was more caring for their residents.
Poor experience. Facilities are dirty, Flies and spiders everywhere. Can't have window open during night coz they all get inside. Property staff don't care and ignore maintenance requests. Right outside busy overground station and main road which means a lot of noise. Property introduced covid tax which means prices this year are double. Rooms are overbooked and management just cancells the contracts. Pleanty of other accommodations in London and this is probable one of the worse.
Management is all over the place- quite rude and not facilitating. The unit size was absolutely fine and the room is pretty nice, however it’s either hot construction or a train track/school outside so not quiet (if that’s what you’re after). However, for the price it could be better. A lot of bugs and very very hot in summer. My main problem though is, again, the management. They don’t really take concerns into account and seem annoyed if you ask something. I had major hassle moving in the first day and they asked me to come back the next day (after a 6hr journey) to check in then instead.
It’s done the job I needed it to with extra bonuses like the cinema coming in handy for an acting student
A good place to live for students.
Management has not done a good job enforcing contracts as for almost a year someone in my flat smokes weed and cigarettes, and management have been made aware of this countless times. One member of staff, Ambica, is the only worker who has gone above and beyond to try and sort any issues in our flat - which we all really appreciate, especially during the lack of help from management.
Common places could use more cleaning, rest all good. And if possible please make flat layouts and categories more clear for online booking.

It is a clean place to live with ample amenities.
Terrible staff and booking process. No communication for applicants. Booking canceled with no explanation as to why! Contacted them multiple times with no response. Don’t book it’s waste of time and money you will not see back👌
