Walmsley Studios Biography
Walmsley Studios is a short five-minute walk away from the City, University of London whilst many of London’s other universities are within easy reach via public transport. Shoreditch, Islington and Clerkenwell are all within a twenty-five-minute walk from the accommodation and are packed with entertainment. Farringdon Station is also only ten minutes away for added convenience.
If you are looking to get your heart pumping, you can make use of the well-equipped gym. If you are in a sociable mood, you can make use of the common room equipped with foosball, pool and ping pong or during the summer month, you can enjoy sitting outside in the outdoor courtyard. When you feel peckish there is a vending machine onsite.

What tenancy length do I need?

What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

I think this apartment is really good with a good service. But the heating system is not good for me
All I can do is leave the worst review. The receptionists at the Walmsley Studios are extremely irresponsible in their work. They never solve problems, only delay them. They never reply to emails, even when it comes to important matters that need to be dealt with. In the end, it resulted in a bad outcome and shifted the blame, saying that they did not receive the email.

Great location - Farringdon tube station very close with bus stations spotted around too. Only thing would be value for money. Currently sharing a twin room with my partner and the size of our kitchenette and bathroom is the same as the single rooms, so there is simply not enough space for 2 people to live together.
Very nice living experience. The facility and the staff in this studio are both nice! Especially One staff Alex(a beautiful and considerate female staff~) help me to solve many problems! Really recommend this studio!

A safe place to live. The price of the room is very reasonable for its location. It is so convenient for students from KCL/UCL/LSE to go to school. I can walk to the underground of Farringdon and Angel.
