Most helpful review

I have been living at Aspire Point for some time now, and it has been a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, providing a comfortable and quiet environment for studying and relaxing. The building is secure. which gives me peace of mind. The common areas are well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive to any requests or issues. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to transport links, shops, and universities, making it highly convenient for students. Overall, I would highly recommend Aspire Point to anyone looking for student accommodation in London.

Accommodation is pretty good but they need to work on Lifts, Unstable WiFi, and Unnecessary regulations.

Bathrooms are always clogged and it takes long time to resolve even a single issue.

It's a great place to live, network and have fun. However maintenance issues are prevalent.

Aspire Point rule: Guest can live with the resident 2 days per week. However, my flatmates invited boyfriend to live with her more than 10 days, and will stay longer for January vacation. The thing is supposed even guests should clean the kitchen utilises after they use it. But one of my flatmate just ignored this. I reported to Aspire Point Reception, but the night shift security just came in my flat and knocked my door and asked me if I am the one who made complaints and why I made complaints? Why can't I just talk to my flatmate and ask them to clean? The night security even said this is a postgraduate and PhD flat, it's not a baby flat. You can arrange and solve it by discussing with your flatmates. I suddenly realised that I really made a mistake. When someone asked me if there are guests live here for a long time, I shouldn't tell the truth. I am really sorry about this. Please forgive me.
