Student Living Heights Biography
Student Living Heights is located in the centre of London and is only a five-minute walk from City University. You can also reach many London universities via public transport. The accommodation is surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants and is a short five-minute walk from Angel Station.
When wanting to work up a sweat, you can make use of the 24-hour gym right across the street. There are cosy social spaces, including a small study space and a common area equipped with a TV, sofas, ping-pong table and free hot drinks. To make your stay as convenient as possible, there are vending machines.
Student Living Heights offers elegant studio rooms, all of which come fully furnished. Inside your room, you have a private kitchen, living space and bathroom.

We have a common room where you can socilise with other studnets, we also have a tennis table and some table games there, also we run some events during the year!

What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

The location is wonderful, very closed to UCL. The reception team is very helpful and friendly.
the staff is very kind and helpful. 24h a day every week. The kitchen upgrade for free. All the parcel is collected safely in reception area.

Good I recommend to stay here if you are studying in UCL KCL or LSE, good money for the location.
(1)The carpet and lift sometime leave with garbage dirt on the floor which made a strong odour. (2) common area need to space out for study room and not for storage purpose. (3) vending machine for drinks must be refill and fit for the purpose of being place in the common area. (4) Management is good and effective when comes to complains and repairs of damage in the units.

It was really unpleasant. Rude staff, unclean spaces. The garbage smell was everywhere around the building, with lot of mouses. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

If you ask me what quality of customer support I have received at the Unite Student Accommodation? It was a long story. But what I have received was a top-notch quality of customer support that I have received from Eric, Team Leader of Student Living Heights, who acted promptly and contacted Tyrel, Team Leader of Walmsley Studio, Unite, London to arrange urgent abode. Both TLs and their Teams had given me a quality of customer support that takes customer's practical needs to their hearts, be it accommodation needs, on-site facilities, nearby facilities, parcels, or just any related issues of concern. They are ever-ready to listen with a pair of patient listening ears. Team Leaders and Teams were warm, friendly, genuine and ready to help when help was urgently needed in times of need. Being the light in the darkness, they threw the life line at me just in the nick of time, with a genuine heart to offer help in the critical times of need. A Five-star Rating is deservingly endorsed.

Pretty nice place, better than I thought it would be. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, Ram helped me a lot with my delivery collection and other issues I faced.
All the reception staff including Mr Ram is nice! The location of the building is good as well! Sometimes the wifi doesn’t work properly or the signal drops out. Also, laundry machines needs to be fixed because only 2 washers works at times. Otherwise all good.

Student Living Heights is a hospitable hall where I made some new friends whom I can hang out and dine out with. All staff at reception are friendly, helping collect our parcels. The only defect is that two washing malfunctioned for a month(there are only three machines, so it's hard to do the laundry especially on weekends), but now they have been fixed.

It is my second year living here, I choose to stay for another year because first of all the location is really good with the Angel tube station just within 6mins walk, and many good quality supermarket and restaurant near around, that’s super convenient for your daily shopping. Secondly, I feels that the staff here are very warm and always ready to help, not only helping me with daily life, for example the maintenance, the post, the cleaning etc, they also try their best to help when I’ve come across with difficulties with my study. I was looking for some specific type of interviewee for one of my assignments, the team leader of this accommodation Ram helped me finding a very suitable interviewee which was really helpful, much appreciated for this! In general I had a very nice experience staying here. I consider it more like a home rather than just a accommodation.
