A really nice place to live. Calm and quiet and still very close to many amenities. Felt very much at home and had everything I needed.

No full time reception. Do not collect parcels or letters for students who is living.The maintenance issues solve really slow.
Great location, friendly staff, good rooms with bills included, but wifi is choppy. Events like sip and paint are held in the common area every now and then.
The location is good, very close to the school, and the price is relatively cheaper than other apartments. However, the house and facilities are old, and there are often problems that cannot be solved. For example, there are often problems with the public washing machine, and it took a long time to solve them. The water heater often has no hot water, and some rooms do not have range hoods, resulting in poor smoke exhaust for cooking, and there is a lack of gyms. I hope it can be improved.
The repairs are very slow and I have been reporting my tap for repair for two months now and no progress has been made.The common room was very noisy some time ago.

It was not helpful at all while none of the laundry machines and dryers were working for more than one month and as residents we did not receive any compensation from the accommodation while they failed to maintain the functionality of our facilities.

Excellent location, under 10 minutes away from the station, park and shops. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Experience and rooms themselves are a good value for money. I definitely recommend!!
