Such high quality residence, especially for the amount of money you pay. Having visited all my friends at other universities this is above and beyond what students normally get and the maintenance are really on it as well as super friendly.

It is on campus which is great but it is far away from the town and walking anywhere would be uphill.
I haven’t had any issues with the wifi. It is a very sociable and busy place which I like but there isn’t any social spaces. The cleaners are very friendly. I have had a few maintenance issues but they have always been fixed relatively quickly. I enjoy living on campus however the rent is quite expensive compared to friends at other universities.
Good size rooms and bathrooms and good amount of flatmates
Complete waste of money. I was forced to get catering which cost me £6 a day and the meals I received were a joke - they gave me plain pasta with a spring roll a few times and not even a drink because the machine was broken and when I received a "normal" meal it was so bad I had to throw half of it away because it made me feel sick. Everything in the rooms and flats are cheaply made and the bathrooms are covered in mould and it always comes back no matter how many times you clean it. I paid £200 a week for my room and I had to pay an extra £5.80 for laundry everytime I needed to clean my clothes and half the time they wouldn't even be fully washed or dried. The boiler in my flat broke in the winter and they didn't bother fixing it for nearly a week so I was without heating and hot water for that long and we didn't even get an apology. The WiFi goes out quite a lot too. So basically I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone your better off going literally anywhere else.
Overpriced and uninspiring accommodation. With these prices, you might as well go to London.

I personally found the flats very gross, with mould in the showers and ceilings from day one. However the staff are very good at helping to resolve any issues in the flats.
The only good thing about the accommodation was that it was close to the uni. Everything else was awful: hot water continually failing (cold showers); worn carpets; tired and dirt kitchen (which you can't clean because there's no hot water); damp rooms; heating failing. And when you raise a snag through the online system, nothing happens. The officious manager fobs you off and even blames you for not ventilating your room enough (even though you do). Wifi intermittent. Nothing to recommend this at all - possibly the worst run accommodation ever.
Rooms looking old and tired. Staff at Glasney lodge really rude, especially when raising any sort of issue, likewise the Accommodation staff, I’ve gone to them before about an issue with a room mate and wanting to move but was completely fobbed off even though I knew there were spare rooms available. Save yourself the hassle and go straight to rented for your first year!
Nice location, close to the campus shop and lectures. Terrible halls management. Email about issues with the room, no response. Phone call. No help sent though it was promised. Bit of a ripoff when the price is as high as it is while the room has multiple faults, Cleaners only bother cleaning the hallways. The kitchen always a mess. WiFi worked decently for most of the year., in the final term the internet became very slow and cut out constantly. Cost me a lot of mobile data. No help sent as usual despite making the issue known.
clearly not worth the money. the rooms are a decent size but the bathrooms are extremely small and the common space which is the kitchen is hardly enough for 7/8 people. the halls team is not excellent with dealing with your problems. there is also no cleaning at all, and things tend to break a lot.
Good location, on campus so everything is accessible. WI-FI is often shoddy and there's constant maintenance causing noise and WI-FI disruptions. Literally no social spaces. Theres the kitchen table with some uncomfortable chairs but gives you no opportunity to socialise outside of your flats and nobody sits at the tables anyway unless for food. Feel very segregated to your hall/block since all the blocks are laid out like little houses. Rooms are nice for uni standard, ensuite and double bed, lots of room.
Halls are ok, pretty well worn but looked after. In my experience rooms and hallways on upper floors get soo hot- maxing at 35 degrees c indoors due to a total lack of ventilation and air con. For me this was torture as it becomes unbearably hot and you cannot sleep for days at a time.
Halls were nice, standard. The only communal area was the kitchen though which isn't hugely comfortable. There's no common rooms or anything like that. Campus security are mostly d**** but we're you expecting anything else? Emergency accommodation is really nice so if you need that don't worry. It's on main campus so excellent location for a lot of courses (not all though). The lodge (which is basically the halls reception) are quite helpful tho staff are pretty miserable I'm my experience. But sometimes they give out free energy drinks.
Everything was excellent with the accommodation with a double bed and W suite as standard. Only problems were circuit laundry (but it seems like all unis use this sadly), and the cleaning of the common areas (which was in the contract) was replaced by the cleaners leaving notes telling us what to clean
I expect that if you are an Exeter or Falmouth student who is located at Penryn Campus, the location of Glansey is perfect. However it does sometimes feel slightly secluded. Yet the lodge/security team are ever so helpful and being a first year, it was a real comfort to be located so close to everything.
A little dear, but that’s down to the location.
These were some of the best halls that I have seen when looking around Universities. Glasney Lodge are amazing and lovely and helpful and are around 24/7 to assist any students.
Great accommodation, rooms are large, modern and all ensuite! Kitchen is pretty roomy too with a TV. No other social rooms apart from the kitchen. Glasney lodge porters are very friendly and helpful with any issues you have. The cleaner comes once a week but doesn't appear to actually do anything apart from tell us what we need to clean! Everything is very close together which is great as friends are not a long walk away. There are also nice outdoor grassy areas with BBQs for the sunny weather.
Amazing value for money gorgeous rooms and amazing people, and best of all its 15 minutes from Falmouth and it's beautiful beaches
Spacious rooms with double beds, great en suites. Not a great communal area but it's fine
Loved my first year in glasney, perfect location, can roll out of bed and run to lectures.. no lounge though which wasnt great, but big kitchen where we socialised. good internet, double beds in the rooms, nice room layout. cleaners were terrible though and did nothing.
After looking at Manchester, Liverpool, Durham and Exeter Universities Exeter definitely had the best student accommodation. The rooms all had double beds and en suite, wifi is available throughout the entire student village and the halls are very modern in comparison to other universities, where the accommodation is slightly dated.
Excellent, my flatmates hated me but the overall feeling in Glasney village was amazing, it's about 2 minuets away from lecture theaters and a 10 minute bus ride into Falmouth. The rooms are nice big with an ensuit toilet and shower which is much nicer than having to share with strangers. Everything worked and a lady cleans the oven and kitchen once a week.
The halls are really nice to live in, especially as the study bedrooms have double beds! However we've had issues with lighting in the kitchen and with the fridge. Cupboard space is also kind of limiting
