I spent my first year of university in bay campus and loved it, couldn’t fault. Only issue is with how far away the campus is from town centre, however there are lots of transport options.

Dulais- Bay campus, on suite quite a big room for a student accomodation and all of the facilities are pretty new. Any issues have gotten resolved very quickly so far

Overall, I have a good time living in Bay Campus. However, there is only option of en-suite room but no studio accommodation. Also, it is expensive to do a laundry. These are the only 2 things I don’t like about Bay Campus.
Great absolutely love it will apply again
Great place for Freshers to start at Swansea. Very sociable and right on the beach.
Rooms are nice, but expensive. Unhelpful residental services that are pushy with money. Social spaces are promised, but have been closed for the last 3 years.
Amazing location, cannot fault. Being so close to the beach allows you to go for walks, socialise have BBQs with mates. The maintenance also always ensure problems are fixed quickly. The price is high but I would says its worth it. The kitchen space is great, with an island so you can eat and socialise. And the ensuite is a luxury! The rooms are also very well laid out and have plenty of storage.
Well spaced. Nice bed and bathroom but rooms are quite bland
The wifi is patchy in the accommodation building, but the rest of the campus is well connected. I am next to a beach with a beach view to wake up to, but not everyone is lucky enough to have this view. The bedroom and bathroom are fairly small considering Bay Campus is more expensive than Singleton Campus, but it’s still comfortable enough.
Stayed here during covid so not much to say
Living at bay campus is overall a lovely experience however not studying here and living here has proved to be difficult at times
Very quiet and out of the way. No nearby shops (except Tesco Extra on campus) and things to do near campus. Bus travel is needed if you want to go out into town for whatever reason.
The worst thing is the bus timetable, it is too less and not frequent enough
Bay campus was a great place to spend my first year in uni, I met great people and was really able to feel at home.
Bay Campus is a nice spot and the accommodation is spotless. I enjoyed my stay there but it's out of the way! Singleton is a much more social spot to be in if you are planning to be involved in societies.
Was great, I was in accomodation during covid so was very restricting and felt isolated being so far from the city, but is on campus so ideal for a roll out of bed and into a lecture.
Proximity to campus is great however the it’s really expensive. Loads of storage and the rooms are bigger than average accommodation. Bit of a pain to get to the city centre. WiFi is awful sometimes.
Become accommodation although the better version of this Swansea University accommodation it is still pretty bad and it is quite overpriced considering the stating which accommodation is but it is not really though as place to live in but it is never really considered the best. It would be better to just get accommodation outside because the love outside accommodations are extremely amazing compared to the university accommodations.
Lovely and spacious accommodation!
The transport system is good. I am able to get to the town and school in time
I struggled with the flatmates in my first flat, and after too long of being blamed for things i didn’t do i eventually moved which the student services were really helpful with, broken things took a while to be fixed though and the app to report things didnt ever work
Amazing view of the beach every morning and night, cleaners change the bins daily, a little town of students
Accomodation does the job nothing paticulairly special, the accomdation is on campus which is ideal for getting to and from lectures easily. The downside is you are disconnected from town with it being beyond reasonable walking distance.
Very spacious, great location, lovely facilities
Expensive, although is nice it’s not got reliable buses. Quite far out of swansea
not the best in terms of social experience and far from the city. but very good in terms of study, library space and if your classes are there
its in the university campus so you can get to lectures really easily!
Bay campus has everything you need and frequent buses to travel to town
After spending a year in Bay campus i can conclude that it is exactly what everyone thought it would be
Compared to other properties, Bay Campus is quite expensive with no parking availability for on campus students. The wifi does not keep up with online seminars and lectures causing students to fall behind on work.
Bay campus accommodation is lovely and comfortable and everything you need is easy to access
Cleaners were supposed to clean every week but they gave any arbitrary reason not to. What's the point of having cleaners then? Security and admin staff were truly terrible I'm afraid. Wifi was patchy, and there wasn't any phone signal too. Location was good to go to lectures but bad for basically anything else.
Expensive accommodation but great for first year students
Everything was very good the facilities and the location . However , the wifi wasn’t the best
The amount of weeks you spend there compared to the price is quite expensive
