Not at the moment I'm afraid.
We do have security that are available by phone and do patrols of the building, but they aren't based in the building.

What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?

Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

It’s a really nice place to live in . Very clean, secure and stuff who are working there are really friendly. Only one issue is a fire alarm which is going off quite often.

Amazing building, very modern, Andrew at the front desk always has a smile and a good tip on what to do around here. The studios are very comfortable and well maintained, the little gym is well equipped, laundry is easy to do... I still have to try the cinema, but I am looking forward to it! the rules are clear and reasonable. All in all, I would very happily recommend to a friend.

Amazing staff, always super friendly and understanding, creates a really positive vibe. The room is overall great, very practical and clean, good value for money especially as a duel occupant. Location of the building is amazing, so close to nearby supermarkets like Asda, and to the city centre as well as the train stations. Overall a great choice for living.

As a dual occupant, the value for money is great it’s one of the cheapest properties we could find. The building manager is so friendly and helpful with everything, building related or personal, he’s always around. The new pool table and competitions makes the building feel connected and being right next to a super market and the city is so useful. The rooms are a good size and nice and modern, would definitely recommend.

I moved here in March 2024, and rebooked in September for another year. Absolutely love everything about this building - the apartment , amenities, cleanliness, accessibility to nearby shops, parks etc. our accommodation manager is appears around to help to sort any issues whatsoever and is lovely to chat to as well. Would recommend if looking for something private and pretty.

I had a fantastic stay at Stanley Studio. The manager and the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and it was easy to access the supermarket and restaurants. Highly recommended!
