One Mill Street places students in the heart of all the action as the property is situated in the Quarry Hill area of the city centre. Leeds Conservatoire is a mere five-minute walk from the property, making your commutes to and from class a breeze.
Residents can enjoy convenient living as the accommodation is equipped with a cardio studio (free to use for Leeds Conservatoire students), two private music practice rooms, parking spaces for permit holders (limited availability), and a free-to-use coffee machine. There is also a lounge area, which is a great space to hang out with flatmates. The on-site reception staff and security staff are there to ensure you are well looked after during your stay.
Rooms at One Mill Street range from three to six-bedroom apartments and can be booked as a group or individually. These rooms are also available with en-suite or shared bathrooms and are fitted with all of the essentials.

What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.
