I enjoyed my stay at IQ. The employees were nice and welcoming, making the stay less daunting and the fact that it's right outside tesco helped with any shopping I needed. And the location from cov uni was so beneficial. I'd recommend the stay!

I have stayed here for almost 2 years. All I can say that it's a very good place to stay.
What a shame, such a promising student accom absolutely ruined by rubbish wifi (very stop start) and even more unhelpful maintenance staff who literally tell you to go complain to glide (their provider) YOURSELF. This is not a joke - I was handed a business card for glide with a contact number and my friend was given leaflets. How pathetic and quite frankly insulting. I would truly think twice before choosing this place over the many other available options.
Property teams are enthusiastic and very willing to help students. The facilities are in good quality. I enjoyed a really comfortable and happy year in Weaver Place.

I would recommend this accommodation as a last resort as much as it’s convenient to get to your lessons on campus and a nice accommodation. However, there are some faults! The showers are way too small in block B. They’re practically a joke for what you’re paying. The walls are paper thin. Unless you want foreign students complaining about you playing music and being a pain in the arse, don’t bother. All in all this accommodation is alright as a last resort but it doesn’t beat Bishopgate across the road! The rooms are a lot bigger and the showers are better! Also there’s no lock on the window so it doesn’t feel like a prison cell.

Super accommodating and lovely staffs. The accommodation looks new and clean. Super safe as well, as the security works 24/7. Would highly recommend anyone studying in Coventry or Warwick to stay here!
IQ weaver place has been an amazing place to reside in while at uni. Moved here in September and spent most of lockdown within my flat space. Amazing on site staff who are always ready and enthusiastic to provide any type of assistance required. Would definitely recommend staying here for uni students looking to book accommodation!
