Absolutely awful expirence staying at Godiva place. I complained and asked for help in regards to my heating and hot water through out the year and the response I got from reception was “that’s how it is” but then after speaking to Debbie she told me I should have access to hot water all the time. I went the whole year without being able to have a shower past 11pm until the next morning at 8am. Heating came during the day and left me freezing during the nights. Support at the place was awful. We had a lot of problems at the beginning of our tenancy, which made the experience even worse as support was limited and we was kept in the dark. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who like basic things like access to heating and hot water.
