Where to start about Tudor Place, Chester. Within a week I knew I was going to like it here as it has everything I need. It is so convenient for the university and within 5 minutes your in the city centre. Tudor place also has great facilities such as a games room which is a great opportunity to meet and socialise with the residents at tudor place. It also has a free, 24 hour gym with new equipment. The washers and dryers are responsibly priced and they are that good there is no need to buy an ironing board. I have settled in here really well and everyone here like my flat mates are really friendly. The rooms are so spacious and come with a heater which is very useful especially in the colder months. The bathroom is a decent size and the kitchen which is in every block on every floor is more than big enough. Overall Tudor Place accommodation feels like home and the staff are amazing and very tentative as well. I would highly recommend coming to here as its a great accommodation.

Have loved living here so far. There’s plenty of opportunity for social events in the social space and to hang out with friends as well as meet new people. The rooms are spacious and practical, and on arrival we’re perfectly clean. The location is the perfect distance from the main university campus and not too far from the city centre. The staff are all lovely and maintenance are quick to solve any issues.

Although some may deem it a bit pricey, you really do get value for you money. They have many events always going on. Their facilities are in amazing condition. They offer a range of services too within the accomodation, all included in the price of the rent. Very accomodating to many people, for example they acknowledge students may party but the noise levels are not a disruption for those who chose not to. Overall 10/10 experience so far.

Great place, have had a few issues with fridge, windows and oven yet these have been resolved within a day so cannot fault. The signal is rather poor however. Wifi is great and Internet is fast yet signal is almost non existent which can be a difficulty at times if im trying to message on regular messages on my phone as that requires signal, same with regular calling aswell, I have to use another app such a WhatsApp or snapchat to make a call rather than just out of my contacts. Yet despite this, it is an extremely warm and cozy environment and the staff aim to look after you as well as they possibly can.

Great value for money. There is access to a gym, study area and communal social area. The communal areas are cleaned regularly and a kept in good condition. There management team are fabulous and any issues are resolved immediately. There is 24 hour security and is a very safe site. There is bike plenty of bike storage and a green small green space. It is in about a 5 minute walk to Exton park and the city centre.

Stayed for the Summer here. They are very quick at replying to emails if you have any queries. Is a clean accommodation with gym on-site. The area is also safe as you have an Aldi 12 minutes away by walk. Would recommend the stay for summer if you are on an internship in Chester

Tudor Place offers excellent, contemporary accommodation. Its prime location is just a 5-minute stroll from Chester City Centre and Exton Park Main Campus, making it incredibly convenient. I stayed at Tudor Place for around 3 weeks and had no issues during my stay. They changed our sheets and replaced our towels multiple times, the rooms and beds were pretty comfortable and everything worked as well as I expected it too. Great stay.

Really nice accommodation, the rooms are really nice. The staff are lovely and will help you with anything you need. The mattress is a bit like a rock, so I would recommend a mattress topper.

We stayed here for 3 weeks during the summer break and the level of accommodation was outstanding. Office staff was helpful and courteous and the gym and social spaces were exceptional. The WiFi was stable/strong signal and very fast. We will be staying here again in future years and couldn’t recommend it higher. . .

I have been living at Tudor Place for 3 years. It is in the prefect location for walking to uni campus and the city centre. The staff are so welcoming and always on hand help with any needs. I been living in Tudor Place since August 2023, I am on a placement with Airbus Broughton. Upon my arrival I was amazed of how welcoming the staff was, I can name a few names from management like Steve and Claire who were and still to this day are exceptional helpers and supporters. The facility is all together fun to be in and makes you feel home. Unfortunately, I broke my leg a couple of months back, living abroad and alone with this kind of situation is a nightmare for any international student that I wish no one experiences. However, I was extremely lucky, being in Tudor Place really helped me get through the couple of weeks before I went home to recover. I will be back in Tudor Place in a few weeks and I can’t wait. As a first year student at Chester, Tudor Place had been brilliant. It’s so close to the main campus and also close to town centre. The social spaces are brill to meet with friends or even just sit and do work. The reception team are always so friendly and ready to help. Could not recommend enough for students - whether going into their first year or other.

Tudor place is a gorgeous, modern accommodation. The location is an easy 5 minute walk from Chester City center and a 5 minute walk from Exton Park Main Campus. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-maintained, I currently have a silver en-suite and its safe to say that it is more than enough space to comfortably live in. The staff and management are friendly and will help you with any issues you may have at the accommodation, providing a cosy atmosphere for the students.

Really lovely and clean apartments, and the location is peferct as it's right next to the Uni as well as a 5minute walk into town. The staff are absolutley amazing, really friendly, and help with anything you need. The same goes to the security team who keep us safe, especially Paul who's always been there to help out of hours for any reason, and is always down to have a chat when needed! Overally i would really recommend Tudor Place as a place to stay for students and i haven't considered another place since moving here.

So far it has been a great experience. I always feel safe and if I need anything the reception is open 24h. It is well organised and spacious, from the laundry to all the social spaces. I like my room and it gave the opportunity to meet my flatmates who are all friendly

Tudor place is the best accommodation in Chester, it is located in a great place really close to town as well as a few minute walk from the main campus and close to everyday shops. it is rather expensive but it's worth the money.

Any issues I have had in the flat has been sorted quickly and efficiently and the staff have continually offered there support to myself and my flatmates. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and would massively recommend this space.

The wide range of activities provided is what make Tudor Place stands out! There are around 6-7 activities every month including art-making, food tasting, therapy dog visits and festive celebrations! The social areas are comfy and is perfect for chilling, watching a movie or playing pool with friends and maybe participate with the activities! The staff members here are the most helpful and friendliest of all. They are always smiling, willing to listen and solve any problems. The env and the rooms are very tidy with regular inspections to remind residents with the cleaning~ Wifi are steady~

Tudor place has been a great place to stay, it close to the university campus and the town. They have good facilities and do some nice events and freebies. The staff here are lovely and always happy to help, very supportive with any issues you have and alway approachable.

I've been at tudor place for my second year now and it's been such a delight! I love the social activities put on every month and the staff is so warm and friendly.:) Maintenance resolves issues well and security makes me feel safe! The site is very clean and secure! This has been such a cozy home away from home and I am going to be so sad when it comes time to leave! I've grown to love my tudor family!!

Good accommodation and issues are fixed very quickly with understanding staff. The staff also host events with free gifts etc regularly which is nice, and actively encourage people to meet each other. For the price of it it’s a little disappointing to use circuit laundry for washing instead of being included, as well as no cleaner for communal spaces in the flat, unlike other accommodation I have lived in down south at a similar/cheaper price. Fast acting security helps you feel safe. I moved here for my placement year where I didn’t know anyone but have made some really good friends in this accommodation :) Overall I would recommend Tudor Place for a safe and stable accommodation.

The tranquil and clean studio is a perfect space for study and private life. The gym is my favorite part which makes me feel more active. The laundry room and reception staff make study life more convenient and easier. So lucky to live here.

Tudor is a great place to be living as a student, domestic or international. The Staff are so nice and welcoming, always so helpful! Security are lovely and do a wonderful job keeping us students and staff safe. The rooms are a lovely little place to stay, clean and really homely. It's a fun place to stay! Although sometimes it might be difficult to be social and meet others, its easier to get to know your flatmates first then branch out into other blocks, there's always social space and a game of pool that will help socially! Only minor thing would be the WiFi sometimes it can disconnect or drop but it's only for a few seconds to minutes! I would highly recommend staying here as a student

Overall a decent accommodation. Most of the staff are extremely lovely but there are a few that treat you like you’re still a child. Those members need to remember that we are adults and should be treated with more respect.

Staying at Collegiate Tudor Place has been wonderful! It is just the right distance between the city centre and the Exton Campus. They do monthly social activities as well as freebie Fridays, they also have opportunities throughout the year to bag some extra items like free laundry or pizza. They have very nice social spaces as well as a gym and a study room, which have all come in handy when having friend over or when I have a deadline coming up. I would say that some areas could be cleaned more regularly and the manager could be more polite however, the overall experience has been very positive!
I decided to experience my first year at the university Chester with my stay at Tudor place, I can happily say my stay has been more than pleasant. From the room which has everything I could have asked for making it feel homey and the easy to maintain ensuit which gives me the perfect privacy that one needs, my stay has been brilliant. The shared kitchen has been great and has allowed me to get along with my flat mates has made everything very easy, the common games room has been great for the events hosted and the sports games that we have been able to do. I can happily say for a first year experience Tudor is easily one of the best if you want the best stay possible and the most comfortable stay. Current Resident A102
The rooms are very modern and spacious with plenty of rooms to choose from. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, including security. The social spaces are always clean. There are always activities to do each month as arranged by staff. Overall great value for money.

Tudor Place has been perfect for my first year at Chester, placed conveniently between the city and the university its location makes getting around easy. The rooms cost a bit more than average but are modern, clean and comfortable, the communal spaces have been fantastic as everyone’s friendly and the staff have been very helpful. The site’s security makes the buildings feel very safe and the facilities feel up to date and easy to access. So far I’ve had no issues and would recommend for any prospective students.

The overall place is great. I love the fact that you know your parcels are safe and you can collect them whenever which is amazing if you aren’t in. There is a variety of additional things to do here such as the gym which I frequently use as well as a cinema room and a social area. The gym is great as it contains a lot of the most frequently used equipment that you’d see elsewhere such as a treadmill, weights, rowing machine and cycling machine. The location is great as it is both close to the centre of Chester as well as only a 5 minute walk to exton and it isn’t far to walk to the wheeler building.
Excellent staff, services and opportunities to make friends throughout the year. Claire is welcoming but passionate about keeping Tudor Place a safe environment for everyone.

Amazing accommodation in the city centre, close to everything you may need. Located right in between uni campuses so no need to commute. Place is always kept clean and maintained to a high standard. Perfect for any student.

The building is very clean, has great social spaces and the study room is perfect with access to change the heating yourself in these spaces. Bedrooms have everything you need and the heating is great. Staff are extremely friendly and polite. The parcel collection is great, you can collect them at any time of the day. Maintenance will sort any problems quickly. Location is perfect for both uni and to get into town. Kitchens are very spacious and have tables and sofas.

I have really enjoyed my time at Tudor Place. The staff are lovely and everywhere is kept very clean. It is also a really good distance from the university and the centre, being about 5-10 minutes either way.

I love staying here. I love my room and i think that the fact there’s so many comical areas is great. There’s always events going on and i have made so many friends. If i have any issues then reception is fast to fix them. I love how central the accommodation is to town and the uni and for me studying on wheeler campus it’s not far at all. The WIFI is good.
As with all accommodation, this accommodation can get expensive however the value that you get is one of the highest. It is in a perfect position between the university’s main campus and the city centre meaning you can get out of bed at the last minute before your lecture or before the shops shut. Social spaces arent used constantly by people however it’s amazing that we get them in the first place and they are always kept clean. The style is very modern and fresh and staff are so welcoming and friendly and I love the amount of events they have
Tudor place has been a great gateway to living in Chester. Coming to a new city it has made that experience easier being in a great location, close to everything and also to have friendly and helpful staff who collect my many parcels each week is very helpful and eases your worries
I have loved having the chance to live in Tudor Place as a first year student. They host events in reception and the social areas all the time as a way for all residents to mingle which is perfect as a first year not knowing anybody to begin with. Additionally the location is absolutely perfect. It is a perfect distance from both the University and town which are the two places you will mainly be going to as a first year student. On top of that, the actual accomodation is always so clean and so accommodating to any issues you may have and as a first year when you may be feeling overwhelmed with things it makes life so much easier. Tudor Place has truly been the best place for me as a first year. Can’t think of any other accommodation i would’ve wanted to be in.
I love staying here the communal areas are clean and there’s always some events each month to attend which is cool. My room is fairly sized for the price and all the things included i would say my money is well spent. I enjoy living here and i have made loads of friends. Close to the uni and close to the city for some shopping! I would highly recommend this to others i am more than happy that i chose to stay here.

The accommodation is a lovely place to live and is very central to Chester city centre and Exton Park Campus. The facilities are very handy to use and are always accessible 24/7. All areas of the residency are always clean and there are always little events that the staff like to host for us students through the year. My favourite was when the therapy dogs came to visit us! Tudor place is a very secure accommodation to live at and there’s always security patrolling the grounds. Paul the security guard is always friendly with all the students here at Tudor Place and makes sure our premises is safe at all times.

Tudor place is a well kept accommodation with friendly staff and good onsite facilities such as a gym and games room. The accommodation/ facilities as a whole are very clean with kind cleaning staff and the accommodation is at a perfect location for traveling to the university with around a 5 min walk. Though, like most uni accommodation at the moment, tudor place is on the pricier side I think it’s definitely worth the money spent. It’s location is such that it is perfectly in the middle of the main campus and the city centre. The facilities are overall great and i’m loving events such as the therapy dogs and freebie friday - however the cinema room is slightly disappointing but i don’t think that’s a massively important thing. Though the Wi-fi is fast and doesn’t really ever struggle it’s more frustrating that the service isn’t great as people can’t hear me when i’m phoning home. Staff are friendly and helpful and ensure you are comfortable and happy during your stay

Tudor Place has been a friendly, fun and comfortable place to live so far. The rooms have plenty of storage space. The wifi is pretty great. There are social rooms and a free gym. Tudor is located in a great spot, close to main Chester uni campus and a nice, but not too long, walk away from Kingsway.

I currently live at tudor place and it’s so nice. My room was very clean when i arrived and is a great price for what i get. The bathroom is good quality and has everything you need the only thing i would say is sometimes i have issues with my drain. But beside that i have no issues at all. The kitchen has everything you need besides a toaster and a kettle you will have to buy them yourselves but split it between flatmates and it’s not at all bad. The accommodation has a free gym, study space, game room, cinema, gym is nice. The study room is also a nice place to stay and study it’s usually quite quiet. Tudor place host many events which is fun such as the other day we did pumpkin painting that was fun. The accommodation is only 5 minutes from exton park and only 15 minutes from wheeler. It’s only a 5 minute walk from the nearest spoons! And a further 5 from the nearest club. All in all it’s a great place to stay staff are lovely and i haven’t ran into any issues this far. Recommend.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The internet is always good and the location of the accommodation is not far from the city centre and only a 5-minute walk from Exton campus.

I have loved my stay here at Tudor Place so far and I am confident I will stay here for the duration of my course. I’ve been a tudor for over three years it’s a great place to stay at with very friendly staff, events that help gain friends, clean rooms, and it’s close to the university.

Very good location in regards to key areas within the city (5min walk from campus, 5 min walk into town). Very high quality rooms with excellent reception staff who are always eager to help. Very good security especially during night time where there is always a member of staff on duty. Maintenance requests are always quickly responded too and issues are fixed promptly.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the two years I have been at Tudor Place, the staff, facilities, and residents are amazing. It is a very clean and modern building and staff are very quick to address any worries or concerns which puts my mind at ease. It is situated perfectly for me with a 5 min walk to Exton park campus, 5 min walk into town and a 10 min walk to the train station. I highly recommend students to consider Tudor Place for their accommodation as I couldn’t ask for a better living space and environment.

Tudor Place is an exceptional place to stay while studying. Reception staff are super helpful and will go above and beyond to help you out. 24/7 security is amazing, I always feel safe. Wifi is always working, so you will never struggle with the internet playing up during an online class. Rooms are really spacious, with loads of storage (plug sockets behind the bed are genius!). Corridors, social spaces and gym are always super clean and tidy. I couldn’t recommend more!

Modern flats with enough storage room and space to not feel cramped, which is often an issue in university accommodations. Perfect walking distance from both the university campus and the city centre. Would definitely recommend!

Since moving to Chester the whole of the Tudor staff has been nothing but helpful, the rooms are very homey but still have enough space to not feel all crammed together. The community within Tudor in general is very accepting and especially the security of the place is amazing

Tudor Place is my accomidation of choice for my first year of my studies here and its safe to say i'am not dissapointed at all so far. Flat is very well and appropriate and spacious enough to gather people over, the rooms are fantastic, plenty of space and storage for most of peoples needs and the ensuite is the best part for me, its a amazing bathroom and very easy to keep tidy. The location of the accomidation is great for many first years i'd like to think becasue if you study at exton park your campus is less than 5 minutes down the road, if you want to go shopping or go out into the city centre your less than 10 minutes away from most stores, pubs and resturants. This has made it very confidient for me and my friends to allow our selves to go out durign the week or go shopping with out the worry of taking ages to get here and back. ofcourse there are some little flaws as damage that was left by previous students which in my case was minimal but also it didnt bother me.

Tudor place is a brilliant accommodation located in a very accessible area, just out of town so you don't get the noise but also very close to campus. Brilliant staff, and also the rooms are very clean and also modern.

I have never had an issue with Tudor Place. The staff are all so lovely. Any issues that we have in the flat are sorted instantly by maintenance and the facilities are amazing.

This is a lovely place to stay. At the same time, some parts of the building are not in a good condition e.g. gym (rowing machine is damaged and the walls). The entire team is brilliant. I love Kenya, Claire, Stephen, Paul and the amazing cleaning crew. They are kind, open-minded and always there for a good laugh.

a place that has lots of potential but falls short on everything it might look nice but The fixtures and fixings Are constantly breaking I was harmed by a flat mate and nothing was done I had things stolen and nothing was done The social space is constantly taken up by the same people over and over again i’ve never been able to use the social spaces because they are used by the same people, “one flat” the events are sad I know they try but it’s not good enough, Constant emails about b******* that doesn’t concern me , if people I want collecting the washing I don’t need to know about if it’s not out then it should be thrown away. Constant emails about things being rearranged, it’s not a huge accommodation surely you can email the relevant blocks alone with this bombardment of emails important information is lost. Internet is unreliable and often turns off in the middle of the night this is especially annoying considering there is no phone Signal. Hugely overpriced and dirty,

I do sincerely believe all feedback is a good thing, but it is quite upsetting to hear you have not enjoyed your stay as much as the rest of our residents have. As you can see from our many other reviews, we really do pride ourselves on delivering not only a nice home to live, but a place that our residents enjoy. Please feel free to come to office to speak directly to any of the team about any of the concerns you have raised, and we will do our very best to make sure your stay is a better one. I do want to address some of the concerns you raised. I am struggling to identify an incident of a resident being hurt by another resident here at Tudor Place. Did you notify the team of this as this would have been acted upon as a matter of urgency. Residents’ safety is of the upmost importance to us all so an incident of this nature would not have been left without further actions taken by the team and support offered to you. Items being taken that belonged to you. Again, if we were notified of this then action would have been taken. It is a shame you haven’t used the social spaces as much as other residents have. These areas are there for you to mingle with friends, meet other residents, make new friends. It is a shame you have not felt comfortable enough to join in with the residents that do use the space. I do understand your concern about emails but as we do have a lot of information to relay this is the most effective form of communication. If you do not wish to receive all emails (about social events etc) please let us know and we can exclude you from these to cut down on the numbers of email you receive. Rearranging maintenance visits is sadly out of our control. When we receive notification from a contractor that they are coming to site to carry out mandatory health and safety checks etc we must inform all to give the required notice for access. On occasion, we have had to rearrange this notice as the contractor has had to change their appointment with us. Apologies for this. We don’t have many issues reported to us regarding our internet. However, if you are experiencing issues please come and speak to us so we can advise the best course of action to have this rectified. Our housekeepers on site work extremely hard to keep Tudor Place clean, smelling fresh and very tidy. Our grounds are also maintained to a very high standard, so I do not understand your comment on Tudor Place being dirty? We receive many compliments from residents, parents, and site visitors on how clean the buildings are and how well maintained they are, so we are a tad confused on this feedback. Again, all feedback is good feedback and the points you have mentioned will be noted and acted upon. If you wish to discuss further with the team, please feel free to come and speak to us. Tudor Place has been a great place for first year accommodation. I feel safe, made some amazing friends and enjoy the events they have every month. Freebie fridays are always are treat! The flats are a great size and kitchens are huge with facilities and space for everyone. I‘m really glad that I choose this accommodation. It is by far the cleanest, and well kept university housing I know in Chester. Also the management team is really really great. My friends who are staying at different houses would switch places with me in a heart beat.

Tudor is a lovely place, sometimes we have issues with wifi which mess with my health however the rest of the time it is a safe nice place.

Tudor place is one of the best student only accommodation out there. It’s only a short walk from exton park which is very convenient and has a free gym, social space and a cinema room. The room’s are very comfortable, well-designed and spaced out. The desks are very large which is more than enough for a good study space. There is also a very large wardrobe with underbed storage that is very easily accessible to store clothes or any unused items. The staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable and will answer any question at all. The postal system is extremely easy and safe. Free wifi that I use for my phone, iPad and laptop and I’ve never had any problems with it. Any maintenance issues are fixed very quickly so everything is always at a top standard. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else for my first year, but here at tudor!

Very good accommodation! My experience is been great so far! Tudor Place is near the city centre and also near the University of Chester. The rooms are big and nice. The kitchen could be equipped with more stuff, but it does the job. The social spaces are awesome and the staff is helpful. Overall, I really enjoy living here.

Tudor place is a modern accommodation which has security measures in place including large gates which can be opened with your key fobs, the buildings are also supposed to be opened with key fobs but I have found the building door is always open and not locked! The staff and security are friendly, my overall experience this year has been okay I’m not overly impressed with the room and think it is very pricey for what has been provided! Overall the accommodation is nice but very pricey and can be unaffordable and there is no car parking available which is a downside.

To be physically healthy I wanted an accommodation that I would not have to use a car but can walk to access all priority locations within the city center and lectures at various campuses. Tudor place offers that with a gym as well just incase am indoors all day.

Tudor place is an amazing accommodation. It is environmental friendly, hygienic at all times. The staff are very kind and helpful. It is a good walking distance to the city centre and the main campus at the University of Chester. It is a safe, calm environment for studying and any daily activity carried out. WiFi is available at all times. The resident's team are always doing their best to make sure that residents feel at home and encourage them to participate in any social activity. Very nice place to live! Less than 10 minutes walk to main campus and 5 minutes walk to town centre! My only concern is parking, hopefully will provide parking space for students in the future.

This is my second year in Tudor Place for multiple reasons. The location is excellent, only a 5 minute walk from Tesco Express and Chester university (main campus) along with a 10 minute walk from the high street in the city centre. The shared facilities (study space, gym, games room/ social space) are high quality and cleaned frequently by the welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful staff - Need anything and they can give you a hand. The rooms and kitchens are spacious with plenty of storage, comfortable beds and large desks. Definitely recommended whether you are a first year or are returning for your second or third
Tudor Place is a great place to live! Very reasonable rent rates for a studio flat, especially when you consider how nice the building and facilities are and the fact that there's a gym on site. It's a perfect location and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I've really enjoyed my stay and will be sad to leave at the end of July!
I’ve lived in Tudor Place for 2 years, and I will be missing my time there now that I have finished my degree. All of the staff have always been so kind and helpful and make you feel at home. The wifi is excellent, the beds are really comfy, and the kitchen is lovely and spacious. The en-suite bathroom has brilliant mirror & lighting, and the shower works perfectly. I’ve always felt safe & secure living there, since you need to scan with the fob to enter the building, the specific flat, and into your room. Doing my laundry there and collecting parcels has always been really simple and easy. The gym there has all the facilities you need and the study space is perfect. And a side note - the location of Tudor Place is so convenient because it’s literally only a 10 minute walk to Exton/Parkgate campus and only a 5 minute to the local Tesco’s. Big win!

Tudor place is a lovely place to live. If I ever have a problem they are quick to reply to emails and always have a solution. The staff are very friendly and love to have a laugh. There is 24 hour security so the grounds are always safe. The town is literally a 3 minute walk and park gate campus is a 5 minute walk from the front gate. The buildings are always clean and tidy. I have liked living here so much that I’m moving in again next year, with one of my current flat mates.
Tudor Place is definitely better than I expected when I booked last minute. I was able to make friends easily within my flat and I wouldn’t say I have a complaint to make about the people or how it is managed. Very helpful managers who are very kind and clearly do care for the students who live here. I would recommend to anyone looking for a modern room and to be close to town.
Tudor place is an exceptional university accommodation, with clean and modern bedrooms, en-suites and social spaces. I have loved living here the last 2 years.
Lovely staff, very friendly, always ready to help if there is a problem. They keep us all informed about anything happening around the building and if there's any checks that need to be done. Rooms are a good size and comfortable to work in - desk space is excellent! Very student conscious with Ethernet ports and multiple sockets beneath the desk with good, consistent internet. The kitchen is a nice size, big enough that everyone can enjoy the space at the same time.
Tudor Place has extremely friendly staff and all of the facilities are kept clean constantly. The gym being included if you are a resident is really beneficial and money-saving as a student. The rooms are visually appealing and are lovely to live in.

I have been staying in Tudor Place for my final year of uni and have not been disappointed! Being in a studio room is nice and quiet but there are still opportunities to socialise with other students through activities planned by the accommodation team. The facilities here are great too, I love using the gym whenever I want and playing pool in the games room with my friends. Overall my experience here has been wonderful.

Great location being close to town and campus. Modern spacious rooms and a fantastic social space. Have someone around 24/7 if you need any help. Quick email replies, super easy collection for parcels. Can also borrow a trollie if you have shopping delivered which is super handy:).
Being a slightly older (21) undergraduate student, I was really keen to ensure that I found the perfect accommodation to spend my first year of university life. All of the rooms are modern with fantastic storage (including under-bed), I have a gold en-suite room and the size of the room has been great! The staff are absolutely brilliant - they respond to emails quickly and there’s always someone at the desk which is definitely helpful with parcels! There is security on a night time and has 24/7 CCTV surveillance which is fantastic for making you feel safe and secure. The location is great. I am a midwifery student so my campus is only a 20 minute walk (which is through town too) and placement less than a 20 minute walk down the road. Being so close to the town centre is fantastic for shops and bars etc. I love Tudor Place so much that I’ll be moving into a studio here in September and will hopefully stay there for the remaining 2 years of my studies. It really is a great place to live
Tudor place is a great accommodation its very clean, modern, quiet, good security to make you feel secure, great amenities and lovely staff. The only thing that would improve the accomodation is car parking spaces.
Any experience at Tudor Place has been exceptional from the management team always being available and ready to help, to the 10 minute walk to my campus and the amazing quality of the rooms and communal areas. I would recommend Tudor Place to everyone, you wouldn’t find a better accommodation!
The accommodation is the nicest of any student accommodation I've stayed at previously. It's very clean, quiet, and safe. The staff are all extremely helpful and reply to emails very quickly to answer any questions you may have.

All members of staff that work here are all so helpful and are always there for you. If there are any problems then they sort it out as soon as they can and the issue is sorted in no time. The security on site are just as amazing as the day staff and they do regular checks through the buildings during the evening to ensure the safety of all the residents that live there. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and i wouldn’t hesitate on booking another room here for the rest of my studies. As well as that, they do a lot of activities and on special days like valentines and halloween ect, they do provide freebies like cupcakes and sweets that do allow you to come down and give you a chance to meet the other residents that live there too.
Tudor place in my opinion is the best student accommodation in chester. The rooms are modern and the facilities such as the gym are well equipped. Tudor place is always immaculate and well looked after. The staff are honestly the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They take time to know their residents and truly make living away from home so easy. You can always rely on them for some banter or a friendly smile when you go to collect your post. They go above and beyond. There is always lots to get involved in as the activity schedule is full of fun things to do and they run regular competitions which is cool. My studio is definitely worth the cost with a large double bed and my choice of room . I can’t complain. The location is perfect , so close to campus and just a walk into town. Haven’t had any issues at all. I feel safe as there is someone at reception 24/7. My only complaint is that leaving this place when I finish my degree is going to be difficult!
It’s my first year living in Tudor Place, I have rebooked for September to live here again. The whole accommodation is centred very well in the heart of Chester. It’s close to the city centre, a Tesco Express a 5 minute walk away for all the little thing you need, a very easy walk to all of the shops, clubs and cafes. In 10 minutes you can walk to the Chester walls and to all of the historical sites. The actual accommodation is very modern, on-site gym, study area and common area. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and you’ll meet loads of new people. You can choose in which room you want to live and the whole process of booking is very easy and the team are very helpful. All the staff and security guards are very nice. You feel very secure and safe as you are in a secured area with only access through the gates which you need fobs for. Would highly recommend .
I've been living in Tudor place for about five months now, I'm an international student and was anxious as to how starting life anew in a foreign country would be... Tudor place definitely helped me lessen the anxiety... With their wonderfully friendly staff and amazing management and services, it's just A plus... Highly recommend
My first year at tudor place and I'm loving it. The staff are really friendly and ready to help, security is great; friendly, efficient and gives you the piece of mind. The facilities are amazing; having the washing and drying in the building is convenient and easy, the gym is great and has great equipment, the study space is amazing when you need to focus and study and the social space has lots of different activities and entertainment to keep away boredom as well as meeting new people. The rooms are spacious, have an ensuite and a desk space with plenty of storage under the bed and in the wardrobe for clothes, the shared kitchen is large with cupboard space and a fridge freezer. All in all a lovely place with excellent staff and brilliant facilities. It is also a short walk away from the heart of chester and is close to the main campus making it the perfect place for students.
Wonderful staff, they are very friendly and keep the place safe and clean. The buildings themselves are all brand new and the rooms and comfortable with lots of storage space.

I have enjoyed living here for my final two university years and have no regrets booking in late first year. Accommodation is well maintained and internet is impressively fast. Other facilities such as social spaces and gyms are kept very clean and tidy.
I love being here because the staff is very nice and reactive to any issues or questions. The booking was really easy and they do everything they can to help us. In addition the room is really great, clean and confortable, very close to the city center and to the university !
The team at Tudor Place have made it a smooth and comfortable experience for me as an international student living in the UK for the first time. They are consistently cheerful and helpful even while faced with my many questions. Stephen is responsive via email (though he is on site often) and has been nothing short of amazing. The booking process was relatively simple and once you get used to the UI in the resident portal, making payments and logging maintenance requests are a breeze. The facilities are always clean, the rooms are modern and updated with lots of natural light, and the buildings are very secure. The area is super convenient, about 5-10 minutes from both central Chester and the university. Overall very happy with my stay here.

I have loved living at Tudor Place during my first year at univeristy. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, I have made friends for life and built an amazing relationship with the management who are always there to offer a helping hand. Virtual activities and competitions have taken place throughout the lockdown to engage all students and make the best of unforeseen times. Wouldn't choose to live anywhere else:)
A lovely, refreshingly new accommodation that has wonderful Staff who are more than happy to help and rooms that are definitely worth the price. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to live when attending Chester university.
The staff in the building are great, they look after us and they are dedicated in making sure that all the residents are happy The introduction of the COVID guide lines has been handled very professionally and they have kept us informed of any changes throughout the last year I lived with Fresh last year and it is the team and the buildings that are on offer that make me stay year on year
Overall experience is satisfactory. The rooms themselves are of decent enough standard and modern design but they are largely overpriced in comparison to other accommodation in Chester and have smaller rooms. Paint used throughout the site is cheap and easily marked with cupboards and furniture etc also being flimsy and not respective of the price. Management are extremely friendly and approachable but some issues do not get resolved. The main doors to each block are usually broken meaning that anyone can enter the premise without a fob. There are designated smoking areas of which the management enforce, however, staff smoke outside of the office. Flat doors are not secure enough. Security are either invasive or complacent with no happy medium. Maintenance staff can be rude and intrusive. The site itself is usually very clean and well presented. The site location is superb, only 5 mins away from everything that the city has to offer.
It's located very close to town and is very convenient. Social life would be great post-covid because the social spaces are very nice. the rooms are great

I absolutely loved spending my first year at Tudor Place. The rooms and living areas are lovely and have so much potential when you add your own little decor to it like we have! The management team, Claire & Ste are the most fabulous managers who you can go to about anything you need, whether it’s something to do with the flat or your own personal problems. They’ve always been there to help! It honestly feels like a home. When there is any problems with your flat, the maintenance man Paul is always on the case! Any problems we’ve had whilst living here have been resolved within the first 24 hours of reporting it. This year we haven’t had much use out of the social spaces due to the Pandemic but when we first moved in we used these rooms ALL the time! It’s a great way to make new friends. For your first year I would definitely recommend these halls as it’s just all together a brilliant experience! - (Without COVID-19!!!!!)
The accommodation itself is very nice although it is very overpriced with some parts being of poor quality. Money aside, one member of the management team has previously had no regard for mental health and have handled serious situations very poorly. Both topics were only recognised when they were of massive importance.
Great experience with Tudor place, always helpful when needed if any issues occurred. The rooms are very high standard with excellent modern facilities throughout the flat. Security always around to ensure everybody’s safety. My overall experience with Tudor place has been great it’s a shame COVID-19 has ruined some social experiences, however Tudor place has tried there best to accommodate all needs with the current situation happening.
Tudor place is a great accomodation for chester university, It is next to the university main campus and right in the middle of the town center. This makes it really convienent for daily life. It has really good Wifi aswell.
Tudor place is in an excellent location close to campus and the city centre. The flats are of excellent standard and the team are very welcoming and friendly. The use of the gym and study room being available also adds to the excellence of the accommodation.
Amazing! The staff are lovely and accommodating. If any issues come up, they try and help straight away. My accomodation is lovely, and well looked after. 10/10.
