It all depends on who you are put with in your flat but my flat in first year was in really good condition and the security guards are nice.
Lived here first year at CCCU, location is great for uni, library and town. Expensive but the rooms are huge with en-suite and flat facilities nice, no real communal areas (beyond outside benches and big kitchens) or student events organised (you’d hope for something considering the price) but the grounds were well maintained. Inspections were carried out but no cleaning. Would go back.
