It as great and easier to get close with neighbours etc.
The rooms are a great size. Double bed, lots of storage and ensuite great. It exceeded my expectations and was really pleased. Worth the money. The location is a little walk from the main campus, only 10 minutes but there is a shop located there so you don’t have to walk all the way. And buses are regular. Cleaners didn’t come very often but when they came the cleaning was thorough as they did kitchens, ensuites and bedrooms. The kitchens are a great size for socialising however the stools in the kitchen aren’t very comfortable and communal so people dont like spending time in there. WiFi is good.

It's nice and quiet at park wood, not sure about other accommodations but it's good here
Friendly environment, great students, very safe campus. Relatively pricey compared to other colleges like Darwin, Rutherford or Elliot but 500% better. Sporadic cleaning either twice a month or once a month of the kitchen and bathroom.
