I came from Canada and really loved living here. I found it easy to integrate into the British culture and into my university. The location was perfect, right in the city centre and a super close walk to all my classes. The staff was wonderful and everything was always clean and organized

A bit too overpriced but near enough to university
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities are amazing. I love the gym movie room and karaoke. The location is perfect it is close to all the necessary shops
In my opinion, CH is the best and cleanest accommodation I have seen so far. It is in brand new condition and even the bin room is clean. There are so many spaces to enjoy your time here, from a movie room to a karaoke and also a pool table to play with friends. Some of the young staff are really kind and understanding where others don’t have much knowledge on the specifics/rules of certain areas. Some are quick to act where others are not. The rooms are quite small but bearable, however for the price of rent a bigger room and shower would be more appropriate. The bathroom is too small to move around in and it gets tight when showering. However, on the bright side, the location is amazing as cabot circus and many different grocery stores are 3-5 mins walk away. The view from my window is horrifying as it looks really scary.
Really enjoyed, would recommend
At the city centre of Bristol. Very handy and close to grocery stores and amenities. Good facilities with gym, gaming room, study room, etc.
pretty good but expensive and really difficult in emergencies
It was decent. Expensive and small kitchen but well-kept
I really like this accom and I'm so lucky to stay here next year aswell!!

perfect accom love it!!! it has so many social spaces and study spaces and the reception is very cooperative
Mobeen, Flo and Wei have made my time at Campbell extremely enjoyable!!
mobeen, flo and wei have made campbell experience incredibly pleasant
It is a new and modern accomodation, quite pricey but good amenities.
Amazing accomodation with amazing facilities and brilliant staff!!!
Best student accommodation in Bristol. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Amazing staff, very friendly. Amazing and clean study spaces. Great location. WiFi doesn’t really work when friends come over and the signal isn’t great in the kitchen but overall good.
No common room but they have a lot of social events
Good accommodation, hope to live here next year
The staff are very welcoming and friendly, always on hand to help with whatever they can. The communal areas are always kept clean and the seasonal decorations are a really nice touch.
Good place, karaoke room and cinema room are great, bit spenny though
I like the accomodation’s services and thought process goes into our well being and mental health for example the breakfast in exam season being provided. Sometimes does feel a tiny bit unsociable.
Very nice facilities, very nice bedrooms and toilets, very nice staff
Great accommodation if you prioritise good location (city centre) and social spaces (tv rooms games rooms)
It's a decent place, rooms are a bit small. And if you don't use the extra facilities it feels a bit overpriced.
It has a been a good stay so far.
This accommodation is safe and nice. I love the gym.
Very pleased that I got put in Campbell House, it is such a fresh and modern accommodation and I would recommend it to everyone!
I love it here. Wish there were more social events though
This accommodation is wonderful. The location is perfect, it is right near the city and a very decent walk away from university. The rooms are nice and modern. The social spaces are phenomenal and not to mention the staff are very kind and helpful. The cleaners are also amazing. There is also someone at reception 24/7 so it is really helpful and makes you feel safe.
Everything is good except lightning in study room It is so dark and inconvenient to study, so i always go to library even i have study room in my accommodation. Also the smell of study room is sth wierd
Very good property, good service and brilliant location
Good location and facilities, maintenance could be quicker
Quality accommodation, social spaces are amazing and the flats are gheat, Could be improved with larger rooms
Reception staff are lovely. Maintenance are quick
I've really enjoyed living in Campbell so far. I've found the location to be amazing and very convenient, having the Lidl 5 minutes away is really handy. I think it's the best of both worlds as you're equally close to the uni as you are to the city centre. The social spaces are reallly amazing, the karaoke room is always good fun and the study spaces come in clutch during exam seasons. Additionay, the flats themselves are really nice, the room is really modern and aesthetic and the kitchen is a great space for everyone. Overall, really happy with the accomodation.
Good accommodation, staff is very helpful but issues are not always resolved in a timely fashion. Wifi is mostly good in all areas. The social and study spaces are great but it is a shame to have 4 TV/cinema/ games rooms and no music practice room. The rooms are not sound proof at all as I often hear flatmates talking in their rooms or even opening drawers ( another reason why a music practice room is necessary). Location is great but sometimes it doesn’t feel so safe around Cabot but otherwise I’m very happy. It’s very close to uni, the centre, and shops. 2 Tescos, Sainsbury’s and Lidl are very close.
Really great place to stay, very clean and close to the city.
Euphoric ........................
Staff were unaware of fire-plan when there was one in our kitchen and despite complaining numerous times throughout the year, aspects of rooms such as mirrors and cupboard fronts that have been missing from the get go have not been fixed. Staff at front desk however are very friendly, but management is disorganised.
Love campbell house so much. Such an amazing property especially because it is new and so well kept. It has amazing spaces to study, chill, workout and hangout with friends while also having a very good sized room and bathroom. Campbell house beat my expectations for what i thought university accommodation would be and I would definitely recommend it ! I feel very at home and comfortable here and love the location it is in as it is so close to Cabot, grocery shops and only about a 10 mins walk from uni. I feel very safe here and am confident to go to speak to one of the staff if needed.
This is a nice apartment. I'm enjoying my life here. Reception is kind and responsible.
Great accommodation!I love here which has many relaxing areas and their properties management is also very good
great facilities like karaoke room, cinema room, gym and perfect location very close to the city center convenient for groceries and shopping
Very good and very clean accommodation. Very social and in an amazing location. Only complaints are that the wifi isn’t great, and that the kitchen we had for 10 students is quite small, so that lowers the value for money.
The experience is good over all and, although the reception might not be the best, Campbell House is generally a good place to live in.
Even though it was brand new everything broke. The staff took ages (months) to respond to anything and it just costs way more than it should - good location tho next to bus station
The staff here is very efficient, Cleome is friendly and kind everytime I come down to pickup my parcel!
Really clean, helpful parcel collection. Staff members are lovely.
The facilities itself in the accommodation are really nice, but not worth the price being paid… The rooms are very very small! That would be the main issue with the accommodation. People are nice but it’s not a very social accommodation at all. Not many parties so not the most lively
It's okay, definitely lavish. I'd say it's worth the money if you can afford it, otherwise not really. Atleast the building is new and clean.
Don't get me wrong, it's a nice modern accommodation with good facilities and a great location, but it is exorbitantly priced and not at all worth the money. I'm paying considerably more money than most of my friends and would much rather live in a slightly less modern accommodation for a fraction of the price. The rooms are tiny (smallest I've seen at uni), as are the kitchens. I'd say it is also about 70% international students so if you are unlucky with your flatmates, it would be hard to make friends here. Overall, I have had a good experience here, as I have good friends in my flat, but I would recommend not applying for Campbell as you can easily get better value for your money elsewhere.
newest accom, it’s the most expensive but it’s definitely worth it from what I’ve experienced :)
