As an international student, I have written this review to express my gratitude to all the frontline staff at Study Inn for their excellent and professional assistance. I hope they will receive rewards from the company and also request that the company dispatch more personnel to take turns to alleviate the work pressure. Taking the respected Ms. Indre as an example, when I was not comfortable with my initial room but couldn't find a feedback channel, she helped me contact the school's accommodation office, encouraged me to send emails to solve the problem, and ultimately I move to my ideal room; Sometimes I leave the access card in the room or encounter damage to some room equipment, she will help me open the door and report the problem to the corresponding maintenance personnel; When I have other questions about accommodation, she also provides detailed answers. I thought being in a foreign land would always make me feel lonely, but with the company of all the staff and classmates

I've been living here for six months. Great location and friendly staff. Lovely holiday atmosphere with decoration. You don't have to worry about any express delivery and cleaning up problems here. Thanks to the hard work of the staff. Equipment has been maintained very well. Even if there is any problem, in the apartment application you can submit your order for repairing. It is indeed a very efficient and transparent process. From my own experience, a small light bulb can be solved in around 10 minutes from the moment you build your request. One time I left a note mentioning a small bug on the wall. The property manager Chloe then came to help. She and another staff helped to clean and check the corners, and adjusted the furniture. Literally the lifesaver. Sometimes it is really good to know that you are not alone.

It’s a bit too expensive but compare to other accommodation the public space is not bright and not enough of space to study or chat. There’s no open toilet too.

The room is nice but the shops outside are all warmer than my room because heating in the room is controlled. The radiator will not turn on when the sensor believes that the room is above a certain (very low) temperature. The room is chilly all the time. The radiator also turns off on its own in the middle of the night when you are sleeping because the sensor believes that there is no one in the room. Even when sitting at the writing desk, the radiator will turn off on its own. For the amount of rental I am paying, I did not expect to be freezing in my room. The WiFi is not a secured network. There is insufficient storage space in the kitchen even though every room is allocated a kitchen cabinet.

Our heating is controlled for energy saving purposes however your room should still reach an ambient temperature of 24 degrees and therefore if you are experiencing discomfort please raise a maintenance ticket on your Study Inn App and maintenance will visit your room urgently to check the radiator and controls. We would also like to know more about your issues with our Wi-Fi connection. Our internet provider Glide offer 24/7 support therefore any issues can be reported directly or please get in touch with admin@studyinn.com who can offer extra advice.

A perfectly placed accomodation located right in front of the bristol bus and coach station. 5 minutes walking distance to Cabot Center which hosts everything you need from a city center. 100m away from a Tesco, subway and 15 minutes by walk to most buildings at the University. Clean premisis with daily cleaning of kitchen and communal areas and rooms cleaned every two weeks. Fully equipped kitches with individual refrigerators and storage spaces for all occupants. Decently equipped gym (No barbell support) and games area with 2 pool tables, 1 table tennis table, 2 dedicated study / meeting rooms with whiteboards and large displays. The staff proactively tries to organize social events and solves issues extremely fast. Summary: This is the accomodation that all your friends will say they wish they had.

One of the best student accommodations in Bristol. The place is worth the money. Rooms are cleaned every 2 weeks and kitchen is cleaned everyday which is extremely convinient. The staff is very helpful and generous. It is a 15 min walk to uni, u can also catch buses from the nearby stop. The social space includes a theatre, 2 study rooms , a gym and other games. I give my experience a 5/5!! Totally recommend Marlborough House, Bristol.

The dormitory is conveniently located near the city centre. Every festival, the front desk will be very beautifully decorated, which impresses me deeply. The service was very good and any issues were resolved quickly. Only two days ago, I woke up with a bit of allergy, so I asked the staff to help change the bedding. And she changed it very patiently that day, thanks a lot I finally get a good sleep! At other times, it feels very comfortable to live in.

The service here is so good! It is near the bus station and takes 15 minutes walk to school. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have the room cleaning every two weeks and kitchen cleaning every day! So nice!

Generally, I feel happy and safety living here. But there are still some unconvenient. Such as the heating in bedrooms, it always stops in the midnight. The microwave and oven would shut off every 20 mind. The whole kitchen would shut off if we take off the bedroom card, which cause much inconvenience. We don't have garbage classification, why? I think better to include this.

The overall accommodation experience was fantastic. The reception staff generally have a good service attitude. The room is cleaned by staff every two weeks. The kitchen is cleaned every weekday. I think that's the biggest advantage of this student apartment. The wifi in the apartment is a little slow sometimes at night. I often get stuck playing phone games.

Staying here is so comfortable. The location is near city centre and rooms are clean and they have house keeping service. Staff are friendly and and they solve problems quickly. There's a gym and socialize space with pool tables, cinema room, ping pong, study space and these facilities are clean and useful. Overall, I'm satisfied with this student dormitory.

The location is pretty great, it’s a 5 minute walk to the main city centre and also 5 min walk to Gloucester Road which is the longest road with the most independent shops in the UK! Staff and service here are super friendly especially May, Leanne, and Hubert - I’m sure there’s more I just haven’t had a chance to meet them all! There is a big gym with sauna and study area in the basement with 2 pool table and ping pong tables as well as cinema room. There’s also a lot of social activities in MBH hosted by both Study Inn and UoB. The senior residence who was here when I was (Sahar) was such a joy and pleasure to talk to. Although the rooms are somewhat smaller than what I would like, I understand that Bristol is a very pricy area and I soon got used to it. I would pick this place again if I could turn back time. I met one of my best friends here as she was one of my flat-mate (shout out to Flora)! Advice for new students: have fun and don’t forget enjoy good company in good places :)

I've lived here for nine months and I love everything about it. The staff are very gracious and they can actively solve problems when you encounter them. The dormitories also have convenient infrastructure, including a gym, study room, pool table, etc. What is satisfying is that everyone has their own big refrigerator, which is very friendly to students. The staff will also keep your bedroom and kitchen clean. In short, living here can save a lot of trouble. You can check in with your bag!

MH has absolutely best service!! Room Cleaning twice a month really really helps a lot, make my room clean and new throughout the year. Also the kitchen cleaning & garbage throwing everyday is helpful (to avoid roommate conflict about cleaning common area). The gym is so good, with AC and free cold water. The stuff are helpful. The location of MH is also good, near Cabot circus, so grocery and shopping is convenient. Also, the bus coach station is just across street, which make travel super easy as well. Best service, best experience and eventful after all! I’ll recommend MH to everyone!!

The flats have very good communal facilities and someone comes and cleans the rooms, especially the kitchen area. And has its own private fridge. This is a very plus point for me. But it's not very fast with the public internet. For a gamer, there was some lag.Overall it is an excellent place.

The overall experience is great. The rooms service and kitchen cleaning are excellent, they are doing very great job, and the reception is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate their work. The facilities are much better compared with other uni halls while the room is not the biggest among others. The location is very convenient for travelling but makes you a bit sweaty to walk to the uni due to the hills. Just a few minutes from city centre, which is quite good for shopping and eating. One thing is if you get a room next to the street, it will be very noisy.

First of all, the everyday housekeeping is really nice. I think it would be really important if the kitchen is always clean and tidy, especially when several people share the area. Also, staffs are really nice and friendly. They always help you whenever you need, even it was a bit late at night. Sometimes I forgot to bring my card, they would come and help me as soon as possible. The safety is really great as well. I really enjoy the year I lived here.

Study Inn Bristol are equipped with good facility, and staff here provides excellent service (including delivery and cleaning). The common area is good and the property gave celebration card during festivals, which greatly comforts residents here. The Internet here is fast enough, though sometimes it is unstable.

The accommodation is very conveniently located opposite the coach and bus station and very close to the city centre, with 24-hour counter staff. And staff take out the kitchen rubbish and clean up everyday. There is also a common room for exercising, relaxing and studying.

I have to say that MH improves my life quality in Bristol because I do not worry about any errands except studying! I am not concern about that my food was stolen cas there was individual fridge for everyone. I do not need to worry about clean in a week routine cas there was a timely and professional house keeping service every week. The apartment was so brilliant! Every friend who has visited my apartment praises here a lot and expresses their envy to me for the prompt service for any time once we need, even the gym and entertainment place underground. The staff, sorry I didn’t ask their name, but I appreciate them so much cas all of them take care of us all the year! I will recommended MH to anyone who are gonna come! You can focus on your stuff, learning, working, without dealing with any errands.

Really enjoyed living in MH! The facilities here are great! Gym equipment and kitchen utensils are very practical! And I can always get help and response in a timely manner! For example, the TV network in the kitchen was down today, and Hamza quickly fixed it for me. (Hamza is usually a very enthusiastic person) The staff here are amazing, even if I can't quite name them all!

It's a good place for us to live. All staff here are friendly and obliging. I especially would like to thank Cristian. When my cornea was scratched at 1 am, he helped me a lot. He called medical helpline in time and accompanied me to the hospital, when my friend and me were in a panic. I feel very warm living here.

If the parcel can deliver to room on time that’s would be great. Some staff will send parcels to our room but some of them just give one note after one day. Sometimes take a long time and we can not get parcels from reception directly. And the elevators are often not working. That’s the only thing make people complain lol.

Live in a premium en suite, the room is vast, and the internet connection is excellent. The location is perfect where only need 5 mins to walk to the city centre. They provide room cleaning service twice a month, and you don't have to buy the bedding, kitchen staff, cutlery. I love the dishwasher they set in every kitchen. I just put my dirty dishes in, and the machine will clean them for me. By the way, compare to other accommodation and laundry shop, the fees they charge for laundry is cheapest in my point of view!

Great experience. The receptionists are all very helpful and happy to solve any problem, even are able to fix the toilet in the evening! Though the room spaces are little limited, the social areas are spacious with indoor gym. By the way, kitchens are fully equipped with oven, induction cooker, tableware and all you need.

This is my second year at the Marlborough House. I think it is a wonderful place to stay. Its location is great, just in front of the bus and coach station. The team of workers at the reception are really nice and, if you have any problems in your suite, you can talk to them and they will try to solve the problems as soon as possible.

Marlborough house is one of the best accommodations in Bristol. It provides regular kitchen and room housekeeping, also has an excellent common room, gym, and several quiet study rooms. The receptions will dress up the building and celebrate many festivals include Halloween, Chrismas day, Chinses Spring festival, and et. al. All the above makes me very happy to recommend MH to the new students whom I meet.

Pros: 1. Room and Kitchen cleaning services are very good. 2. Amenities like gym, pool table, etc are well maintained. (Sometimes dumbbells are missing). 3. People at reception are very good and helpful (Indre and Leanne have always been nice and have helped in all the situations). Cons: 1. It is almost impossible to stay during summers as the room becomes extremely hot and there are no fans / coolers / ACs in the rooms. Cooking also become difficult as Kitchens are extremely without any Air Conditioners. 2. Difficult to give interviews from the room as it is located in a noisy locality. 3. X box is not available in my kitchen as people take it in their rooms and never put it back. Sometimes its okay to take it but at least it should be kept back. 4. Room size is very small, even after opting for their premium room.

It is very close to everything including the university, many different shops, parks and the harbour, making it very convenient! I love the separate refrigerator for each student and the dishwasher in our kitchen. Also the housekeeping every two weeks is great, especially elli‘s work. Additionally, the staff in Marlborough house are very friendly and helpful.

The separate refrigerators for each of us are convenient, and the dish washer as well.The housekeeping is good, especially for the Elli staff.

Marlborough House is really a nice accommodation! Officers here are very friendly! They prepare a big dinner for our Chinese New Year and many decorations which make us feel at home!

Information might be helpful for new arrivals. There are some nearby asian groceries shops like 168 Oriental, Wah Yan Hong and Ding Sing. Tesco express is just within 1 min walk away on Marlborough street, you can also find more essential stuffs from Tesco Metro or Mark & Spencer at Cabot Circus.

it's a very nice place to stay, you have 24-7 reception and very safe environment. for example, if you are going to your room, you need to pass at least three doors which are key card required. you have separate rooms and shared fully equipped kitchen.

The location of Marlborough House brings us great convenience. There is a Tesco express as well as a Subway just next to our building. Even at this hard time, our reception still keep working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They receive parcels for us and provide advice on daily life. My favorite part is the private TV in our room and the private freezer that everyone has. Personally speaking, services here were perfect before lock down. The common room was opened before and it has gym, studying area and cinema area. Also, we had housekeeping once two weeks and our kitchen was cleaned every working day. However these services are stopped now because of the pandemic. Hope they will resume soon.

Marlborough house is a great student accommodation: Each student has a fridge with locks and utensils are provided. You receive a room service and towel and linens are provided. There is a 24/7 reception. Day mangers Indre and Leeanne are always helpful.

Great accommodation with amazing amenities and friendly staff. Located in the city centre, especially convenient for nation express service (coach station across the road) Decent kitchen equipped with big Samsung TV , PS4 and all cooking utensils. Well decorated stylish room with weekly cleaning service.

My wonderful living experience in the UK. It is the best of the three student dorms I have stayed in. It has regular housekeeping, kitchen cleaning, and there is a gym on the base floor. The staffs are very friendly, prepared some traditional festival decorations and events from various countries, which makes me feel very warm. My favorite is the big window in the room.

Marlborough house is a perfect accomodation for postgraduate students studying at th University of Bristol. They provide you with all the possible facilities that a student requires from a well furnished kitchen with individual refrigerator and storage compartments to laundry to a range of activities in the social space.The best part is that all the cleaning is managed by the staff whether it is kitchen or rooms.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing that needs to improve is th heating system. Overall for me it was a wonderful experience to stay at Marlborough house.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Kitchen cleaned every weekday and bedroom cleaning once every 2 weeks. Onsite gym for a good workout. Friendly staff. Student events regularly such as game nights. Great location with grocery shops nearby shops in Cabot Circus. 10 minute walk to the university.

Features a wide array of (typically) attentive and friendly staff. Rooms have enough space to live comfortably and go about daily routines with little stress. Be aware of the walk to the campus and occasionally questionable civilians who live in the BS1 area of Bristol.

We have house keeping and reception working for 24hours. They keep working during the epidemic. We can also do sports in the gym, watch TV in the kitchen. The kitchen is bright and large. Everyone is allocated a set of cookers and fridge.

MH does have house keeping services and everyone has its own fridge, reception is very kind and nice. MH also provides gym for free which is involved in the accommodation fee. recommended if you don’t mind taking long walking distance to the school

I'm so happy to have arrived on Marlborough House, the location is amazing (opposite the coach station) thus close (10min walk) to many of those vibrant places that make Bristol City centre, the great place it is. I love the fact that MH has its own gym, a huge parking lot, and a gazeboo area where in summer you can have a cold beer, while chilling. It's really awesome. Plus you have TVs, which is a great plus for a Student accommodation. I lived my covid quarentine at Marlborough, and I'm pretty sure that without the support of Leanne, Indre, Hamsa, Fabio and the rest of the stuff, my experience wouldn't have been as good as it was. Worths every penny!
