I chose to stay here for the full 3 years of my course, I really love it here, the people at reception are lovely and always there to help, issues are easy to get sorted and the building is really nice. The monthly social events that are put on are fun and unique. I would definitely recommend this accommodation

All the Answers You Need About Student Accommodation
What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

Cost is high and the location is close to station but not close to my campus;close to lots of shops so is very convenient and can walk to most places but we pay so much the cleaning should be dine regullarly in kitchen and social spaces sometimes we dont have the suppllies to clean so thats inconvenient. Overall, safety was questionable as anyone can enter through doors on main road and security is not 24hr which hs been a concern at times when others not residents have entered the building. For the extortionate price, more priority should be placed on security, protection and regulation of all entrances. I feel scammed for my money but have heard worser stories so not the worst accommodation out there

Cant think of a better place to be living in the location is great. The pavilion point staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are up to date modern with the best appliances. The place is regularly cleaned. The social area is an amazing to hang out at. Id say it is the best student accommodation in brighton.

Best student accommodation in Brighton!
We think so too! :)
Very nice rooms with lovely modern bathrooms and beautiful social spaces, only issue with the building was the actual building of the accommodation took over 7 months longer to be built than it should have .
We’re sorry our building took longer than expected. We really appreciate all our residents for their patience with us! We’re glad your like our property and we hope you’re enjoying your stay with us! 😊
Everything is great with this accomodation and the staff.
Thanks for your lovely review. We really appreciate it!
Great Location! Very close to shops and easy transport for schoo!
Thanks for taking the time to give us a great review! :)
Fantastic place for a first year, but a little too expensive to justify staying for all three years.

Very good overall living wise. Some issues at the start but very quickly dissipated and allowed for a better experience
We’d like to thank you for your patience during the opening of our building. We’re so happy to hear that you had a pleasant stay with us!
It is a new property with an excellent location. Social spaces are good but few residents are using it at present. I find the rent cost a bit steep.
Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re sorry you find us on the steeper side - don’t forget we offer all bills, contents insurance and Wi-Fi in our weekly rate, giving you peace of mind that your rent and bills stays the same throughout your entire stay with us! Many thanks,The Pavilion Point Residents’ Team
One of the best student accommodations out there, totally safe, with 24 hour security. Location is amazing, 1 min from pure gym, maccies, costa, and aldi, with a bus stop that is less than a meter from the entrance. My only problem was there was no privacy when u want to chill in your room with the curtains up, as most rooms face the courtyard. However, this problem was solved by placing mirror sticker things only for the ground floor rooms' windows, which was much needed for my case as my room is ground level
We really appreciate the time you’ve taken to leave us a review! We’re glad we were able to help solve the privacy issues you were facing. If you have any other recommendations please email us at pavilionpoint@thisisfresh.com
