Size of the room is good, but it is too dirty especially the carpet which has a lot of black spots on it, the curtain is perished and the mattress is not nice either. It is a shame that the shower is so old and nasty. When you got out of the shower with wet feet my feet turned up to be black. I think however that the facilities in the big kitchen are suitable, but in the small kitchen they are poor (they are missing hobs and an oven). I think it is a necessity to do something about the extraction because it is really hot and smelly in both kitchens. The lack of an common room is also a really disadvantage. I think the staff is very polite and they do their work well.

Very little care for residents for major issues. Accommodations takes reactive measures way too far, and waits until the problem is dire before it gets fixed.
Very little response to maintenance tickets (often ignored), and they don't offer any sort of cleaning or garbage collection that they would for other buildings.
