Rob and Yan made my stay at The Exchange exceptional! They were both very attentive, kind, genuine and made sure to look after everyone! All of my queries were answered instantly and they definitely helped make it feel like at home! It's the location that really sells this place. You are already right in town. Next to the cinema with easy acess to shops, bars and resturants.

The soundproofing effect is poor, the internet is often unstable, and the cleanliness of the dormitory environment also depends on the tidiness of roommates。

Clean nice spaces, well organised

My experience at The Exchange has been amazing. To begin with, the staff are all so friendly and helpful and conduct inspections to ensure everything is okay with maintenance whilst also having a quick chat and ensuring we are doing well and are happy with the accommodation. The maintenance team are also incredibly helpful, and although I called a few minutes before the end of the day they were able to come and fix a small issue with my smoke alarm. The social spaces here are fantastic, with many of us gathering together for events such as the World Cup which really helped with the social aspect. I also get along incredibly well with my flatmates, often spending time with them in the kitchen and occasionally sharing food. I am incredibly grateful that I am able to have such lovely people to live with. Both the location and value for money are also great. The Exchange is based in town so it is incredibly convenient for access to shops or social venues, and a one minute walk to the bus.
