It was a fantastic experience in St Peter Studio. The created space has considered every you needed. The location is excellent as it is 15min walk to the campus of UoA and 20 walk to the city center. The staff are all very freindly and helpful, and big thanks to Eugenia! 💗

Very accommodating,clean and friendly but very stingy in terms of giving us snacks, and hosting events. You need to do better with that. Give nice breakfasts or nice dinner or plan nice events.

Checking in was super easy and the receptionist & manager Denise was very nice introducing all aspects of the studio. The location is really convenient, 10 mins to the University of Aberdeen, 10 mins to Morrisons the supermarket or the Asian food market, also close to bus stations. The management team is very helpful and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend it to international students.

I have been living here since last year and renewed my lease to stay another year. The location is convenient. It is a short walk to everything you could possibly need. It is close to the university as well. The studios are all well made with new furniture and appliances. Staff is very nice and helpful. They respond and fix any issues you may have quickly. As an international student, it was important for me to have a place of my own and management I could easily get in touch with. This place is all that. 10/10 recommend. Only problem I have is the wifi can get slow at times.

The property overall has been great so far! As an international student the staff have all been very helpful, especially when I first arrived to the country. The main complaint I have is that the Wifi often goes out for a few hours at a time, but the problem is always resolved. This can be frustrating when trying to complete uni work during the day or attend an online lecture. Overall, I really enjoy the public spaces here as well.

It’s a really lovely accommodation in Aberdeen. Good location near shops and uni. They have a great Chinese customer service ze he helped me a lot so warm and friendly. Maintenance guy Chris is good too! He’s funny and works so well! I would like to recommend this lovely place.

Rooms are spacious, well furnished. Compared to a few other student accommodations in town, this one has a bigger desk and has a free TV (can plug in your laptop) in each room. The heating does not need repeatedly pressed, which is really nice at winter nights. Small down side is some rooms can get hot in summer depending on the direction and floor of the room, and the windows cannot be fully opened, but this is same for all others. There is a small home gym, game room and a lunge for hanging out with friends. Overall, good value for money, and possibly my most preferred accommodation in town.

Great student accommodation with a nice rooms and social spaces, it’s a very clean building and the staff are nice and friendly, Ze is very good at his job and is great to communicate with, Chris the maintenance man is also very helpful and has assisted me with stuff even with stuff that’s not maintenance work and is always able to help and is a fun guy. They have nice fun events throughout the year too.

First time when i came here i have some problems. But ze helped me a lot I really appreciate it. Every time i have maintenance issues Chris helped me very quickly with good work. Good living experience.

It is pretty good for this price and the staff are very nice, also the location is great since it is not far from university of Aberdeen and it is easy to get to the city centre, but the washing machine is not enough.

Staffs here are always warm-hearted and full of enthusiasm of service. I’m happy to see that the company has started to develop the diversity by employing staffs who are good at mandarin. A pleasant living experience! It is a perfect choice for students. Because it is very convenient to go to the seaside, the supermarket and the university. The staff are very friendly and quick to deal with problems, especially Denise, very nice and help me a lot!
Location – The City Centre, grocery stores (e.g., Lidl & Morrisons) and the University of Aberdeen are all within walking distance, which saved me money on transportation costs. In addition, the accommodation is located in a safe area, so I always felt secure and at ease. Property management – The staff here have been very helpful. Easily approachable and always willing to assist me. Throughout my stay I haven’t run into any issues. Social spaces - St Peters Studios has great, comfortable social spaces. Me and my sister used the common room to celebrate graduation with friends and had a great time. In addition, it has its own gym and movie room. Overall, I’ve had a great experience at St. Peter Studios. Would definitely recommend : )

good studio with good reception
My experience at St Peter Studios has been very positive. The accommodation is conveniently located with the University of Aberdeen (King's College campus), the beach and the City centre in walking distance. The studios are well laid out with modern amenities and the management team here is amazing. I would definitely recommend.
Little far away from RGU and when walking it's far from the city centre at night but with okay weather, very manageable. Glide(internet) is constantly having issues and Circuit(laundry) only has 2 washers which means you usually have to wait for your turn. The building itself isn't very social even though plenty of efforts are made by management. Apartments are very clean and the bathrooms are much better than normal university accomodation.
The staff is super nice and always helpful. We have our own gym, cinema room and multiple social spaces. Everything is modern and the location is great for both UoA and RGU students. I always feel safe and at home here. :)
A wonderful team who assist when students need help and are approachable. The building is well maintained. The location of the building is excellent as there are grocery shops close by and walkable distance to Union Street and main university campus.
Its a quite safe place to live in. Very friendly enviornment. Met loads of friendly people as well. Perfect location, close to uni and to the city center. The staff are always available and really friendly. They are always happy to help. Haven't had any problems.
The Rooms are a really good size, there are plenty of places to socialise and make friends and events. Also in a more convenient location than Hillhead. (Closer to town and the UoA)
