Have been super helpful whilst I've stayed here and they have a carpark with low prices which was a bonus for me as I have nursing placement and had to travel early morning/late nights when there was limited buses!

hi. The 7 bed non ensuite accomdation has 2 bahtrooms located within the flat, the kitchen lounge area are together on an open plan layout with 7 bed non ensuite flat. The 7 bed ensuite flats have the kitchen seperate from living room. Thanks for your question :)

I’ve just moved to St Peter’s and cannot commend highly the experience staff wise I’ve had! Michael Dalgarno, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I was settled and all was right with my room. Michael even went as far as to drive straight back to my location in order to fix a small issue so that it was sorted instantly! Michael is warm, approachable and very clearly a hard worker!! Definitely an asset to his team that I couldn’t not ask him if I could write this

SPH is a great student accommodation in Aberdeen. It is located a good distance from the university, city centre. And the price is cheap. I enjoy living there.

I really loved living here this year. The location is very convenient and is close to the University and town, as well as right near the bus stop. The staff like Liam and Emma were so kind and always there when you needed them. My only complains were the mould problem and the management of personal conflicts. I lived in a St. Peter's House flat of 7 girls and one of the girls moved in her boyfriend permanently and another was causing problems with noise and being rude to other flatmates. Instead of moving the 2 girls, the 5 of us had to move out because of their policies. I was able to move into another Every Student St. Peter's House flat but it was more expensive and I was told I wasn't able to move into a less expensive room, it had to be equivalent or more expensive. My new flat was very nice, the living space was great and spacious, the only issue was a mould problem in the bathroom but Liam was super helpful in helping us sort it out.

Location is convenient as it is close to the uni. The staff, especially Emma and Liam, have been extremely helpful during my stay. Rooms are nice and spacious. Would definitely recommend for international students

Everything was perfect, Except sinks in our rooms. That would be great if students have hot and cold water combined taps attached to their sinks instead of separated ones in the future.

I have lived in St Peter's house for 4 years and the property has been great! The staff are friendly and happy to help with anything, couldn't recommend a better property for those looking for student accommodation experience but with the added privacy and freedom of living in a private accommodation. The facility's are great and the university of Aberdeen is only a short walk and the city centre is also close by!

its cheap and for a reason. SO many things I could say but I will simply leave it at this, homeless people broke into my building because their door was faulty. The CCTV is so bad they couldn't even see me entering the building the night it happened. There should be a safety rating because that is ZERO STARS.

The staff at Every Student are very friendly and always answer emails and telephone calls promptly. 10/10 for customer service. :) I have stayed at The Old Fire Station and St Peter House and they are both in great locations, just a ten minute walk to the City Centre and to the University, with M&S only a 10 minute walk away in Marischal Square too - so it’s easy to do the food shop!! The rooms are clean and the kitchens come equipped with everything you need to cook. Importantly, the desks are a great design with plenty of plugs to get work done. My only negative comments are that there has been a few issues this year with black mould in St Peter House. This hasn’t happened in my bedroom but I have seen it quite bad in 3 other rooms. Furthermore, when staying at The Old Fire Station last year, there were regular issues with drainage from the en-suite shower. However, what I will say is that, whenever I have an issue, it is always resolved quickly. :)

During my hospitalization the St. Peter’s staff demonstrated extraordinary compassion and support. They offered to assist with any arrangements necessary, ensuring that I felt supported during this challenging time. The team went above and beyond by helping coordinate transportation to and from the hospital, making sure I had essentials packed and providing regular check-ins to inquire about my well-being. One staff member even took the initiative to bring me a comforting items, and a heartfelt note, creating a sense of warmth and familiarity in the sterile hospital environment. This unexpected gesture significantly lifted my spirits and my pain more bearable. I recommend this place to all international students. Firstly , the composition of staff and management is family away from home. Secondly, the place is strategically positioned easy access to shops and university.

Heating was definitely not enough for November but luckily they made it warmer for December. The cleaning service is actually not regular like promised. I’ve personally unclogged the shower drain 4x but the water still doesn’t go down quickly. Also, the oven and hobbs have stopped working 5 times in the span of 3 months. The location is good, very close to the University, the beach, the city and retail supermarkets. These are all easily reachable with a 20 minutes walk max. There were no noisy interruptions during the term. The hall is also safe and secure.

This apartment is very good, and the environment is good, but the receptionist at the front desk has a very bad attitude. A man on duty insisted on cheating and abusing the residents..

Mostly a very good experience and would have been a 10/10 however, staff and maintenance did not resolve an issue with the lock on our door in a timely matter leaving a flat of 7 girls venerable for 4 days straight.

St Peter house is generally okay. The rooms with fewer people are more recommended. I had quite a good time. We were three. No social events though. Could be better. These events help. We had to set up our own.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at St Peter House, the reception staff were lovely and helpful with receiving parcels, but the mail system/boxes could be improved, as well as providing information/instruction at check in regarding things such as laundry, receiving mail, wifi, maintenance, etc. Pros Closely located to the University of Aberdeen and Aberdeen Sports Village and within 10 minutes walk to several shops. 15 minute walk to the city centre (union street) and the beach. Cons No social spaces, minimum cleaning, limited office hours at the reception, laundry facilities limited and broke down more than one during the term, garbage pickup was an issue at times which led to a mess and seagulls. The efficiency of the maintenance/contractors are horrendous, they came to replace doors in December and by June, they still have not completed the work they started in the flat I stayed in.

Walls are quite prisony but the resources are pretty good. I stayed here for a year and would never do dorms again but i have a lot of friends who re-booked rooms for next year.

A hospitable place that provides the best ambiance for students. Communication from management is efficient and they prioritize the tenants (students). Despite not having a few social events organized by management, the residence has optimal space for hanging out with friends. Conversely, the new management at the residence upgraded the washing machines to be more efficient and slightly cheaper than those that were there before (kudos). As the going says "not all that glitters is Gold", The new management is encouraged to find means of increasing the heaters' capacity, especially during winter since most of us had to take matters into our own hands, dug deep into our pockets, and purchase heating devices despite going through hard economic times. In addition, the management is further reminded to follow up on the gift pack that was promised to the occupants that joined in September 2022.

It's a very good location, but some aspects are a bit lacking. We've had constant construction for about three months and it's just a bit annoying.

I really enjoyed my stay here and have rebooked for next year too! Staff were always really friendly and happy to let me in my room when I locked myself out. The price is a lot cheaper than some of the other accommodation out there and the rooms are so much bigger and brighter than in the pictures.
