Really friendly atmosphere and stimulating environment. Big focus on cultural diversity and neurodiversity which feels great. Teaching is high quality. Rooms and facilities could be a bit nicer, eg Rhind building basement rooms make it hard to focus

Societies are nice but could do with hosting more events

Brilliant university and brilliant location
Again, Sam especially has been super helpful in adjusting to London, address maintenance-related problems, and generally just being a positive impact on my day
The people are kind and social. The teachers are good, some of them could use some other methods to make the students more active in class and make their teaching more appealing.
The campus is falling appart, there is water leaking out of the ceilings in classrooms which hasn't been repaired for months - their preferred method of repairing is by placing a bucket in the spot. The campus is severely overcrowded, unsecure and there were multiple occasions where security and police had to intervene. There are quite a decent number of Societies, but lack of any activity. I assume this is mostly because of the poor Student Union support, which do not provide any funding and limited support. As a society committee member, it takes a very long time to get any response and run an event. The employability of the university is decent, and it provides a lot of support with their departments and teams, and the internet is overall reliable throughout the campus. Overall, if you're looking to have fun studies, I wouldn't recommend this university. I wish I had chosen a better university that has good engagement and facilities.
Just overall a very good and enjoyable experience. Really interesting modules, lecturers are great and very pleasant environment.
Campus is great and the teachers are very supporting! Lots to learn but very fun!
Lots of events going on in campus
Great lecturers, social life is a hit or miss. Modules are good.
My university is really great and all the professors are amazing too
An amazing community with excellent support from each membwr of the University.
Really good experience. Thanks!
Overall a great experience yet.
Good peers and study environments happy with the professors
Good and knowledgeable faculty. Great ambience.
Good ambience and lovely readily available staff
Not bad. Not many groceries stores nearby but transport is convenient.
Great university to study in. Good faculty for my course and good amenities available.
I am currently enjoying my university experience as it offers not only excellent faculty but also top-notch facilities.
overall a good experience. a bit confusing sometimes
The school is nice and it’s good to be here
Location is good! 2 mins to bus station.
Nothing else to say I'm afraid!:-)
Got here for donation, just wanna finish and go back to my country to enjoy retirement
it does not feel like a university
Had a great Masters year at City
The university is good. However, the career services is not good. There needs to be tie-ups with employers to have more company events.
An excellent school. I haven’t taken part in a great many clubs, but there are certainly plenty.
I enjoyed my time at City University a lot.
Everything at Bayes has just been effortlessly exceptional
University: Alliance House Over the course of 10 months, my time at Alliance House has been an enriching and transformative experience. As soon as I moved in, I was warmly welcomed into a diverse and supportive community, which quickly made me feel at home. Alliance House provided a conducive environment for personal growth and development. The facilities were well-maintained, and the living spaces were comfortable, making it easy to settle in. The staff members were approachable, responsive, and always ready to assist with any concerns or queries. One of the standout aspects of my stay at Alliance House was the strong sense of camaraderie among the residents. We engaged in regular group activities, discussions, and social events that not only fostered friendships but also encouraged personal connections with people from various backgrounds and cultures. In conclusion, my 10-month stay at Alliance House was a period of immense growth, camaraderie, and valuable experiences.
City, University of London introduces unique courses with a really high-quality education. City has a really strong connection with the industry so it introduces great opportunities for students to continue their experience in the industry environment. The research opportunities across different fields in City are one of the other benefits of studying in the City.
Exceeded my expectations! Had a wonderful time learning and socializing.
Overall great experience. Enjoyed my time t
Excellent place to study with axing faculty
Ive had a very good time here the business school and specifically my course has a very interactive approach to learning and all the staff and faculty are very helpful and open to new ideas.
Really good university. Provides everything accomodation and event details to all students.
Good for getting to know other students and participating in activities related to your career, but advising and technical support are very bad. Emails are often poorly responded (especially admissions office and visa teams); phone calls don't work either, and grades are late releases due to strikes, but professors are providing the knowledge that I really wanted to know.
City has given me a great opportunity to explore myself, the professors were really helpful and supportive to undertake any new opportunities and to expand my knowledge.
Great university and campus. All the professors and staff are very co-operative. I loved my time here.
Very good _ lots to do and fun
A good experience meeting people from all over and learning experience was great.
Its very good college for law and marine studies
A great college with great facilities - dont feel out of place at all and feels like home. the teachers, students and staff entirely are all very sweet and welcoming
The experience was okay for me.
Great experience, affordable, teachers are very supportive, very diverse environment, cafes available at different spots
Good. Very good. Verry very good.
The university supports having the resources, network, and different areas of specialties available to aid individual learning and achievements. I feel very supported when faced with academic challenges.
It's a great University! Staff and lectures are very polite, supportive and very skilled! I am very glad with the environment, with my learning and all people I have met. It's hard, the course will challenge you, but you will be prepared to face the reality, when you have to work and aplly your knowledge out there. Thanks City!
Overall nice experience, situated in the heart of London.
Decent university with good faculties, a great environment to learn and grow
The business school is excellent with very knowledgeable and accomplished teaching staff. The careers service department is exceptional and they really provide you with all of the resources needed to make your job hunt successful.
The City, University of London is good, with excellent facilities and academic staff. The Library is full of resources with long working hours until midnight.
The teaching staff is experienced and well renowned. Alumni connects are frequent. Cafeteria could do with some improvements.
City, University of London is an excellent place to get a masters. It's located in the heart of London city with robust curriculum and well rounded faculties. The students come from all over the world and City gives plenty of opportunities to gain exposure from rich student pool as well as the corporate world of UK and Europe.
Loved my education. Great networking opportunities and a good campus.
Great place to study and make friends
Ok, business school is best party
Learnt a lot more than I expected
Bayes Business School has provided all the necessary tools that students need to maximize their potential, including state-of-the-art facilities, reputable faculty, comprehensive program and challenging course activities.
I am a Ph.D student. working with professionals in my major is interesting. People are helpful. Budget is not enough for conference etc.
Recommended upcoming students to study here
Had a great time studying! It’s been amazing
Great opportunity. Lot of networking options and good effort from university to keep updated.
I had a great time at city! Professors and management was very very helpful, and they considered your circumstances and provide solutions, and they’re always there to help you out.
Not big enough campus. Not enough amenities. Location is alright
City university provides immense opportunities to participate in various clubs and societies to network and connect with fellow students and alumni.
It's adequate, nothing great to write home about tbh
I was really happy that I came to City instead of my back up school. The staff are incredible. And even though it has been a navigation process for me, I have felt supported the whole time. I was really happy that I came to City instead of my back up school. The staff are incredible. And even though it has been a navigation process for me, I have felt supported the whole time.
City has been great for me, teaching me what I wanted to learn while meeting great people along the way!
I studied at Bayes Business School and I appreciate it. The knowledge I gained made it easy for me to get an internship. The professors and classmates were very friendly and nice.
City is in a great location with access to multiple stations and restaurants nearby making it nicer for students. The arwa is lovely
Really good university. The lecturers want you to do well. You can schedule meetings with them if you feel behind. There is plenty of spaces to study. Don't listen to the people that say the campus is small as they don't know what they're talking about. There are so many different campuses such as the city law school, the bayes building, the computer science building, the engineering building and the health and social science building. there are so many places to study here. The students union has also gone above and beyond this year. They have provided so many events- such as the talent show, the culture night etc.. They have also have made it easier for students that are going through financial difficulties by providing hot lunch for 3 pounds and support to anyone struggling with paying rent. The university cares a lot about the students' mental health and they also care about our financial situation.
Very nice university, quite big for the fact it’s in London (zone 1), easy to make friends, good courses, good societies…
So many areas to study or sit with friends and the library is great
Amazing university , amazing teachers bout could be nicer with the grading
A great university to study at.
The uni is what you’d expect it to be, facilities are good, and overall experience is also good.
City university of london is located in a great place whereby everything is accessible
Good university in good location
Cross court is a great accommodation with the most welcoming staff
Place is good, very nice classrooms.
This university allows to explore different opportunities in different areas
Good for making friends Good education
bayes is a good business school with great finance programs
Its a great uni, especially for GDL My overall experience is great
Nice university, good facilities
Decent university good lectures a lot of diversity
It’s a total scam, we were meant to be studying at Bayes. I literally paid for Bayes what is going fam You are all just disappointing it’s funny how we pay 20k and still study in this stinky main campus. GUYS ITS A SCAM I was so hungry today in class. The teacher knowing that she has Muslims student who fast started to drink waturr in front of me like WHO DOES THTA You should have some respect
It is just okay slightly underwhelming was expecting a bit more before coming to university
Two years at Bayes Business school and I know I’ve made the right choice of university.
Great University . Perfect Location . VIBES :0
not good wifi but overall fun uni
Happy to study at City Univeristy, enjoying my course and there is a lot of support available.
The university as a whole has great facilities, especially the law and business building. The people are friendly
The university is well-established and has a lot of space to study.
Great uni! Education, facilities and everything is great!
The University as a whole is quite good but I feel like there is not much events for new students to interact with each other especially from the student union.
great and have a lot of activities here
A very safe and nice apartment. Very quiet.
Great university great teachers
London is a beautiful and excellent city. I like London.
Haven't been here too long but so far the staff seem lovely and I can totally understand why the uni has such a good reputation
The wifi needs to be fixed! In the basement lecture halls, the eduroam wifi drops out all the time so couldn’t access to moodle
It is my dream university and It’s famous around the world
Great university with fascinating tutors and amazing opportunities!
good uni a lot of people are from london couldn’t find many international students but everyone is nice
一切都很好,一切都很好一切都很好,一切都很好,一切都会好,一切都很好,一切都很好,一切都很好,一切都很好
I’m really enjoying my university experience.
University College London provides different majors for students to pursue their interests in a specified area.
Good campus. Enough water fountains. Was a bit turned around finding places sometimes.
It's decent I guess. Lots of good facilities.
The AA is a good school to be in.
Nice staff nice campus, and study experience
Awful university and course, no support whatsoever during the year, and they are incredibly inflexible with student situations. Lack of professionalism is astounding, delayed results, short notices, strikes and no compensation for the price we pay for studying there. An absolute joke of a uni!
The university has some excellent aspects such as a strong and active student union. The careers service needs more availability and more in options like drop ins however it provides good quality assistance, the campus is terrible as it is way too Small and too many students are sharing the same facilities and the only 2 lecture theatres that are not in a class room. The hallway is too small and there are not enough class rooms. There is virtually no teaching and constant strikes, for 9250 that is a waste of money. No student staff relationship and security on campus regularly use unneccessary physical restraint even on disabled students.
Nice, central location. Super diverse student body. Welcoming vibe.
Amazing University one of the best in London
City university is a very well organised university that offers a range of support to their students.
I love my school, people are really nice, we have a bunch of really great study areas, and I feel well supported in my studies.
Good uni with outstanding facilities and good environment
Really good Univesity with a lot of diversity. Great place to make new friends and experience a whole new lifestyle!
No social life but good education
Maybe because of lack of student union activity, there isnt a community feel about. Also lesson are half online still. Im not paying 9k for online lessons when I could have gone to open uni for cheaper
Great facilities offered, sports centre and a variety of study stations around campus
It was nice and knowledgeable babanababab
Great tutors and online learning is easy to navigate
Nice ! I’ve been one year in an art school and it has been an amazing experience
The journalism department has really good equipment and wifi was always working (because I was on the guest one, eduroam never worked for me). Didn't experience clubs or the SU - I don't think it's a very significant part of the City experience, unlike campus unis. Haven't used the Careers Service either, which might be a reflection of how lowkey it is. Not very oriented to my interests which are in journalism.
Good experience and nice management team
Campus is okay but teaching isn’t good. Online lessons were bad with teachers always turning up 20 minutes late. After first month there was a lack of support or opportunities. Will be transferinf this year
The course isn’t that great, teachers aren’t that helpful
Study’s are fun and great. I have made lots of friend s
Good location, good facilities, new friends
Great, good, fantastic, reliable, easy to make friends too, spacious room as well and the staff helpful
Fee is very high. They did not provide all books for BVS course this year like the previous years, nor did they reduce tuition fees
Central location and an amazing student feel
An amazing, central University with amazing courses and societies
Avoid this university like a plague. Huge waste of time and money. The lectures are 10-15 mins long, they do not teach anything and give horrible marks. The teaching is appalling, how the mighty have fallen! They do not live up to expectations! I strongly recommend to go to another university if you wish to learn and have a career, this university was a massive waste of time and money
Not bad but not the best as well
Love the atmosphere here in Canto Court
Nice research facilities. Handy Student centre
The university as good facilities; nevertheless, we haven't even been able to enter the building without having to undergo long sign-in procedures and spaces are limited, yet they are still charging the same fees.
Due to covid lockdown I am unable to visit my school and use the facilities there. However it is a good university! And the staffs are good
Haven’t been to the campus yet as I’m a first year, but the careers services are good as there are always meetings sent by email almost every week.
The location is good, with supermarkets, barbican centre, gym, etc nearby. The staff from the reception is also very friendly, and whenever there is something need to be repaired, the maintenance fixes it very soon.
lovely Uni so glad to be studying here. i get to meet so many people
The best performing arts school in the country. Maybe even the world.
The place is neat, efficient and peaceful.
excellent lecturers with patience and widsom. it's my honor to learn Accounting and Finance in such a top school
Solid business school that prepared me for a competitive consulting job! Love you City!
Great university with a good teaching staff available for the students.
I made great friends but as a whole it quite a disorganised university and the communication between staff and students is not good
Good University and great location
Supportive staff and good facilities
I’ve had an amazing exponent W
Cass is small and facilities there are really advanced, especially the computer softwares in the library
I like the Uni but depends on your course.
Good University, generally happy but not good prestige
Overall good experience in the univ
Ok University, lets see how they deal with this pandemic, hopefully share the burden with students.
Very good environment to study Highly competitive lecturers for those taking the BPTC
Cass Business School is one of the best schools in London
Great professors, but there is not enough events organised by the societies and the university itself
Perfect place for student life lots of social events and the people are nice
It is a really good place to spend time with your friends
Tutors and lecturers are all extremely helpful. Location is so good, as there are many restaurants/cafes around and is within walking distance to Holborn tube station and buses.
Too little support for dissertation and final pre.
City university was an incredible experience
Not the most helpful when it comes to helping out with studying. Really hard to get appointments for doubt clearance. Also engineering has 5 day classes so really hard to get time for self studying
All is good if you can afford it
First year Psychology student. The overall experience has been positive! The Student Union and Internet Connection could be improved a bit but the teaching, feedback system, new facilities is superb, happy with City :)
Very good university in the heart of London
The court yard could use a little freshing up.
Its a very good university that meet your needs accordingly, student union is only open until 11 but its fairly cheap for London.
A great place to go with everything you could ask for
Worst teaching I have ever experienced. Unorganised to the max. Professors and lecturers are corrupted.
Within the first day of induction I felt in a safe environment that had a clear buzz of opportunity and excitement. The facilities at City are far beyond many other universities I have visited and with smaller sized classes I am able to interact with my lecturers more to get the most out of my time here.
So happy with city university becoming a part of university of London defiantly should be up there in the top 20 in the UK
City University is the ideal university that can provide you with many opportunities and helps you pursue your future career! Currently studying BSc Financial Economics and couldn't be more happy with the facilities and teaching of this course!
New student bar is very good but plays completely naff music and serves no real beer or any food. The media society hasn't been operational for a whole year now meaning I cannot make radio shows.
