LIPA is a great environment with incredible lecturers and an amazing student body. Everyone is warm and collaborative and the courses encourage students to work with other courses and network. LIPA was a great choice for me because it’s practical work being applied to potential future careers.

Great university for artists and perfomers. Very nice atmosphere and lovely people.
Studying on sound tech (currently second year) - friendly lecturers and you meet good people. Lots of good opportunities to get involved with
Good degree, could do with more student events
LIPA is probably the best Arts university in the UK outside of London! Highly recommend it.
Helpful staff, great facilities, and walking distance to campus.
I love Lipa, the campus is great
Amazing campus with great accesibility to a range of equipment and spaces
Great facilities and lovely staff.
If you are looking for a career in the music industry, this is a good shout!
Lipa uni was good but the course weren’t for me
Lots of opportunities to connect and network. Lovely location and great facilities.
Amazing experience with great opportunities!
LIPA is amazing, great for young up and coming musicians
Teaching and access to resource is excellent, you can definitely see how everything you’re learning will help you in your future career. They do need to improve when it comes to student voice and, in certain situations, protecting the students that need to be protected rather than sweeping stuff under the rug.
The university is on a small scale, making your experience more personal. It has a range of courses from the Performing Arts industry and has excellent tutors to prepare you for the world of work.
I have been at LIPA three years now and still have one more to go and its has been enjoyable, all industry practices are beneficial if your a musician looking to break out into the music industry.
I've thoroughly enjoyed studying here. The teachers are passionate about what they are teaching as well as encouraging you to do the best you can do. Many facilities such as studios, rehearsal rooms etc that are available for free use, which is very convenient.
It is a good university where you get many opportunities to grow as a artist and professional. Also opportunity to network with other upcoming artists.
I love training at lipa. It is full on (9-5) most days but it’s what I expected for the acting course. Although lipa doesn’t have its own clubs and societies there are opportunities to work with other creatives on different courses.
great place filled with opportunities but lacking in certain areas as it does not run like a typical university.
Best performing arts uni available in the UK, definitely would recommend
Has been very welcoming and incredible for my first year.
Incredible facilities and social life in a great location
Good equipment but lacking in diversity among lecutures
It's good, however the diversity is not present in the university, I wish there was more.
Overall very happy with the university
LIPA is great for creatives and offers opportunities to progress in all areas.
Amazing people and atmosphere, old facilities and no service in the lipa bar, no clubs
Good uni, small so there’s no societies etc but the option to join Ljmu’s clubs etc
It’s the best place for my aspirations and will encourage me to continue what I’m studying. It has also been perfect for networking, but like most things, It’s not perfect for everyone.
I love school and what I’ve learned. I don’t care that you broke your elbow. Phanks.
Liverpool institute for performing arts is a very welcoming space, very supportive and has great facilities.
LIPA is the best university to go to ever.
Very good university would recommend for all musicians that can go, it sets you up to be professional in your career
The staff are lovely and helpful although since it is a smaller uni there are no clubs or societies unless you go through John Moores
It's a great university with awesome facilites and teaching staff.
