I really like using the library, wish there were more places to park on campus. Have never really had much interaction with the student union or seen what their purpose is
I have mixed feelings about the University of Aberdeen. Most evidently, after the pandemic has hit, the quality of the courses has gone down quite a bit.
Historical campus with new developments such as the new science teaching hub. On site student union which has a good cafeteria for lunches and the Sir Duncan Rice library is a great place to study.
Lecturers are very helpful and knowledgeable
Student union exists but is awful, needs a serious upgrade some buildings are beautiful on the outside and inside some really aren’t. But the rest of campus including the greenery is beautiful!
The University of Aberdeen provides great services to students whilst being an amazing academic environment to learn and be educated.
Aberdeen University is a beautiful university with strong teachers, beautiful library, high-quality teaching mode and rich student activities
Lots of societies and clubs to join. There are also lots of foreign students which is great as it allows you to mix with different cultures
After spending 3 years at the University of Aberdeen, I can definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a university that will help them succeed! Teachers, there, are always encouraging and ready to help students by providing the best feedback or answers to questions they may have. The campus is also very agreeable and people will discover many societies that they can join.
A good university with a wide range of courses that are diverse and tend to be inclusive for all. Professors and doctors are nice, try to make you feel comfortable in class, and are very concerned about your mental health. Events for both introverts and extroverts are proposed, so you can always find something that meet your criteria.
