The room itself is great value for money. The place is quite modern-looking which is nice. Bit weird that they put a single washing machine and dryer in the lounge room and called it a day. The lack of staff in out-of-office hours is seriously inconvenient, though. It’s like they forgot that students are literally at university during office hours. And the policy of having to pay a fee for staff to come and let you in (when they should be there in the first place!) when you forget your key in out-of-office hours is ridiculous.
