Issues take forever to get resolved. Have to be behind them all the damn time.
Fire alarm testing is messed up for 30 min and nobody went to shut it
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Room has recurring leaks, one time it leaked above my bed and was forced to sleep on the chair for 3 nights before they relocated me to another room. I was promised the issue with be resolved within two days. Woke up next morning EARLY on my free day expecting maintenance to come in and fix the room but they did not come. I have asked for a week rent of refund but they ignored it. TWO WEEKS LATER, wooden panel still hasn't been fixed and the ceiling has been painted with no care and paint residue on my floor. However, if there is one thing that is for sure working in this accommodation its the fire alarm. The fire alarm works so well to the point where they test weekly at 11 am and keep the alarm ringing for 20 minutes TWICE to make sure every resident in the building wakes the **** up or get permanent hearing loss Yugo The Curve never fails to disappoint Would give 0/5 if I could
In curve they have fire alarm test every week and some time it’s take 30 minuet to stop it the staff have no idea how to stop it. Also there is leaking every where but they don’t care even in my room there is a big mess on the ceiling. There was a stranger that got in and steel stuff from the building as well and the security was not there as always
Very nice student accommodation.
My experience at the Curve was unacceptable. I stayed there for 4 weeks and did not have hot running water for 3/4 of these weeks. The reception staff did their best to accommodate by letting me swap rooms, however each room had a maintenance problem with the shower. I swapped rooms 3 times during my stay. I reported the issues to staff, but little action was taken. The management is appalling, and the whole building is poorly run. I would not stay here again, and wouldn't recommend this accommodation at all.
Very good service and newly renovated studio.
Very nice looking space, spacious studious, clean and stylish. Delightful reception staff as well as 24/7 security support. Beware that upper floors get awfully hot in smmer.
I have lived here for 2 years and love it.
The internet is awesome, not much to say because I was here during the pandemic so that is gonna make any living situation suck
A great location for access to the area with university’s just a walk away, plus the social rooms are very spacious and comfortable. And the staff are always happy to help and support where needed.
Good facilities and nice rooms. Rooms lack some storage capabilities. We have had limited social experience but this is mostly due to covid more than the accomodation
Nice to live their. Unfortunately, with the pandemic it's hard to have social interaction but the staff give their best ti give a great social experience
The Curve is a great student accommodation, with everything we need such as fantastic studying facilities; however, due to the pandemic we haven't been able to use the social spaces such as the cinema room. Overall, it is a great place :)
The Curve is a lovely building the interior is organised and designed in such a great way. Large study area and the gym/cinema room are so nice to have when friends come over. Staff are very friendly and helpful (including a full time reception).
Fantastic experience and staff were respectful and friendly. Would come again for another year
I have had a good experience here overall. It’s really comfortable, close to the supermarket and the staff are really nice. The only downfall was when we were required to move rooms in the middle of first semester and weren’t informed of this move before booking here.
Beautiful accommodation! It's my third time in a row staying at The Curve and now they have refurbished everything. It's so pretty! My room is a Standard Studio and it's the best 14sqm ever: I have a double bed, a huge desk perfect for studying and so much storage space (I really do not travel lightly and I still have so much space I could use). I absolutely love it. The people working here are very nice and helpful! This area of London is great: lots of ethnic restaurants and it's very lively. I feel very safe here. There is a Tesco just below the building which is a blessing, tube is also very close and I can walk to the Tower Bridge in less than 20 minutes. 10/10 perfect.
I really enjoyed staying at The Curve! The new renovations are beautiful and the staff is super kind and welcoming!
