The location is perfect as it is right next to East Building and only about 3 mins away from Cyprus Station. Cleaning crew comes once a week and the wifi is very good (Even able to watch 4 football games at the same time without problems). However the social aspect wasn't great but that depends on who are your flatmates.

Staying in any of the west halls is a bad decision and the security are a nightmare to deal with, like living in a prison.
You’ll be woken up by the planes at city airport from 5am, the showers will flood if you take more than a 3 minute shower, the WiFi you have to pay for doesn’t work. Some courses are on docklands but quite a few are at other campuses so you’ll either need to get on the uni bus 2 hours before your lecture to make sure you get there on time, be crammed onto the bus at peak times or spend what little money you have on a train. Security are appalling and if you’re an attractive girl, be prepared for them to take your phone number from the form to hit on you when you get locked out of your room.
