Today we had a make-a-cupcake event and I’m pretty confident I made myself sick with all the icing I ate but that’s on me😂. It was extremely fun and got to talk to people I normally see but never interacted with. If there’s one thing this accommodation has that most don’t, are staff that actually try to help you instead of doing the bare minimum.

Felda House Biography
Felda House has fantastic transport links to central London and is perfect for students studying at Middlesex University, Westminster University and West London University. You can take a short walk to Wembley Stadium or to one of the many shops, bars and restaurants which surround the accommodation.
When needing to get work done you can make use of the free Wi-Fi, study spaces and on-site printer. There’s a variety of communal spaces for you to socialise with friends, including the games room, communal kitchen and on-site gym or you can attend one of the free on-site events. As an added convenience, there is an on-site vending machine, all-inclusive utility bills and a parcel service. You can benefit from the secure bike storage and on-site laundry facilities. What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

The staff are very unhelpful and uninterested in resolving issues. My sink was blocked since I moved in and they said they would send maintenance to fix it but never did so had to sort it my self. No shelf in oven either and been asking about that for a month and nothing has been done.
i wish there was a more open social area its kinda far away and my toilet and stove have problems

The events were fun especially the cupcake decorating we had today but the overall management is quite questionable. We were having problems with the maintainer for a long time now
A good accommodation will always be attentive to you. The staff at Felda house always greets you with a warm and friendly attitude, always helping you do anything you need or require to make sure us as a students we will have a fantastic stay. If they notice any problems, they will work quickly and efficiently to resolve the issues. RECOMMEND FELDA HOUSE !
Very nice house. It has a perfect location. The facilities and the traffic are very convenient near the house. The reception here is very responsible.I like living here very much.

Felda house has been a lovely experience due to the reception staff. Jack and Nathan have made coming in after the long day and collecting your parcel, more enjoyable than I ever imagined. They dutifully help with any issues, going above and beyond to help residents. I believe these two really deserve all the praise and a raise.

Nitin helped me to solve the problem! ! He was professional and friendly, and solved the problem quickly! The Pakistani cute guy at recpeiton is also super nice and super kind, I love them both!

Overall my experience at Felda has been extremely positive. The staff are very friendly and make sure to assist with any issues you may have as a tenant. Due to COVID-19 there have been limited opportunities to socialise within the building and formulate social interactions, however the team have done as much as they can to aid that process through organising certain activities whereby the restrictions allow them to. I have definitely enjoyed my stay and it is definitely a safe and secure place to live as a student.

Been here for 2 years and there's a reason for that! I absolutely love my room and the staff are the best, which I think is so important when you're away from home and these people kind of become a second family that you know is there for you. They are all so friendly, and we always have a chat when I'm on my way out or back in. I had a few issues with the wifi in my room for a little bit but that was fixed fairly fast, and Bobby is always really fast at coming to fix the problems we encounter (i.e: curtain not working) and is always so friendly. The accommodation building itself is close to everything: the station, Bread Ahead (perfect to work on assignments at, by the way!), grocery shopping stores and the outlet. The trip to central is also really quick & efficient. With Wembley Park modernising, with new shops, pubs, and buildings, you can tell it's absolutely perfect for any student and Felda House is the perfect place to live!

Pro's - Easy access to transport, nearby shopping centre and the day time reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They are the reason i keep rebooking each year Con - Construction work around the area which can be noisy sometimes Would recommend staying here :)

Guys. The staff is rude no matter what. They cause to many issues f it the students and never follow rules themselves especially the management staff. Security staff are very supportive and helpful.

Lovely flats, mostly friendly staff and willing to help. However not much flexibility when a unique problem arises, very strict rules. Good security and safe neighborhood filled with students (but constant construction with it’s noise).

Felda House is very good accommodation, I am renting a studio and I am satisfied with the room and the facilities. Also, the location is very good only 3 minutes from the tube (Wembley Park) which is in the Jubilee line and this line goes direct to Westminster, Oxford Street, Buckingham Palace, and other places.
