I enjoyed my stay, the staff was really friendly and offered any help they can. Sometimes you have to ask several times before answering you but overall very good. The rooms are ugly, but it matches the value for money.. it is at a walking distance from UCL so I saved the cost of transportation too. The cleaning and safety services are excellent. The only disadvantages are the noise from the construction site near the building, the distance from the underground station and any cheap supermarket.

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.
Langton Close is a pretty good accommodation : it is one of the cheapest ones, but it is still really close to UCL Main Campus and to Central London. However, quality-wise, you get what you pay for : the facilities do not work that well and multiple things were already broken or unusable when I moved in. For instance, as I am staying in an eight people flat, we were supposed to get two fridges. However, for the first three weeks or so, one was broken, and despite our daily complaints and their insistance that it would always be fixed within the week (it wasn't), it took more than 20 days to get our fridge replaced. That said, the people working there are really nice and accommodating.
Need better maintenance, and to be refurbished
Some staff were great, some others were horrible. But it’s cheap.

Dirty flooring in the room, constantly dirty and filthy kitchen, no help at all at the reception desk (need to come back with any case twice). In general bad experience, as for this money, there should be much better service. Rooms were extra small, dirty and smelly, in winter seasons mould was a normal thing ... not recommending this one
Great location, most rooms are fairly big although a couple of rooms are really small like mine, and I have to pay the exact same rent as everyone else even when my room is half the size of other rooms. Depends on your luck whether your going to enjoy your stay here - I would if I had a bigger room.
