I live at home and commute to uni. In first year I lived in A E Housman. Had an en-suite each, decent sized rooms, tiny bathrooms, large kitchen space. Not cleaned very well by cleaners- cleaned once a week

The halls weren't that bad to be honest, but are we really going to rate an university based on its halls of residence so we can provide deceiving information to the customers....AKA students? Come on....This 2 stars they I am giving are not for the halls of residence, they were good, but for the quality of teaching....there are brilliant people there too...but some of them, I had much better teachers in high school, that actually did their job....hands on, I learned more in high school than I learned at university, much more... like 500% more.
Great and comfortable halls. Too much on the expensive side so I had to move elsewhere
Not impressed how city campus flats are bigger with dishwasher yet we pay the same price for smaller and broken flats.
very expensive but a lot of space and storage, everything you could need
Way too expensive. £140 a week, can't even get Wifi in the rooms. Cleaners don't really clean. Everyone is up their own a***.
Wi Fi rarely works and doesn't reach bedrooms. Cleaning staff and security staff will take every opportunity they can to complain. People are reluctant to socialise outside of their own flat. Requests made for repairs in the flat are ignored for a very long time, sometimes months. However, the communal space and bedrooms are very large and ensuite bathrooms are very nice. Location is perfect to get to lectures on the St. John's campus or any training pitches for sports teams and the city centre is only a short walk away.
Very good for socialising with other flat mates due to the communal area
On campus, close to the city and the most homely
It is basically like staying at a hotel
Loved my time in these Halls! It's expensive but definitely worth It! Made the best friends and had a great time
Best place you could be at uni, meet so many people and have awesome pre drinks!!
Modern, good quality rooms. But appliances kept breaking (ovens, fridges, TV, toilets etc.) and took a while for them to be fixed. Also people from maintenance/management would turn up at your bedroom early in the morning and a few seconds after knocking unlock the door and walk in! Bad organisation!
No wi-fi in the bedrooms. Good modern bedrooms/ensuites. Good power shower.
No wifi access available in the bedrooms but nice, modern halls.
elizabeth barrett browning halls at worcester uni are very modern and homely. the social spaces are always kept as clean as possible by staff but you do have to do your bit or they will give up eventually if it is too dirty. it is easy to make your room your own in these halls as they are all white as standard so you can add any colour you want without having to match with horrible curtains or wall colours etc. there is a nice courtyard in the middle of the four blocks of flats where everyone sits if the weather is nice and it is right next to the entrance of the uni and the car park so you never have to walk far to go to town.
I think that overall the rooms are comfortable and the social area is a decent size. The cleaning and maintenance though is irregular, which is annoying and it is a lot of money for what you get.
its an amazing hall with the best facilities, but it just isn't worth £141 a week, but student accomodation prices i assume
