The Elements is the place to stay when you become a student! From arrival the staff are super friendly and willing to lend a hand whenever they can. The on-site staff are the same and they are really reliable, if you have any maintenance issues they are on it mostly the same day, The location is great and the building is secure. I have stayed here for multiple year during my studies and have really enjoyed my time here with the on site community feel and the social events they have helped me to make friends. The rooms and kitchens are a great size too!

The Elements Biography
The Elements is conveniently placed giving students easy access to both the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University. When you are not busy with class, you can stroll around the shopping centres, shops, galleries and green spaces. If you are looking to head out for the night, you can venture to one of the many clubs and bars nearby. Alternatively, you can hang out with friends at one of the cafes, restaurants or sports venues.
The Elements provides residents with the opportunity to keep mentally and physically fit in the study area and fitness studio. The games room, communal lounge and cinema room are great spaces to relax and socialize with friends. For your added benefit, there is high-speed internet, all-inclusive utility bills and a 24/7 onsite team.
When it comes time to choose your room, you have the option of staying in an ensuite room with shared kitchen and living facilities or a private studio. All rooms have modern finishings and have been purposefully designed with students in mind.

Hello, we do not offer car parking at The Elements as we are a car free building, but there are various car parks and on street parking in the immediate area of the building. However, our convenient proximity to both campuses, the train station and the city centre means that a car is not necessarily necessary.

All the Answers You Need About Student Accommodation
What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

i am very happy with the facilities available in my halls. the wifi is very fast and reliable too. good value for the money.
Not worth the price. Walls are paper thin you can hear every movement and conversation of other flatmates and I was next to the kitchen so always heard people cooking. No ventilation in bathroom. Lift was broken in E and D block for about 6 months after repeated complaints but they weren't bothered so I struggled carrying my suitcase and shopping up. Staff were very unhelpful and rude: one member of staff told me that the staff don't even like us! Reception shuts at 5pm even though some students are still at uni then so if you have any issues tough! and therefore you cannot collect your parcels after that time. Likewise the social areas shut early so cannot be used in the evening with friends. I was told the gym closed at 10pm yet I went multiple times at around 6 and it was shut as they said it was because security went home. Constant room inspections with no explanation as to why which are an invasion of privacy as they conduct them when you are not in the flat and during holidays.
DON’T STAY HERE!! The walls in C block are paper thin, I hear every single shuffle my flatmate makes. It’s way more expensive than other accoms and 20 minutes walk from West street, which is a long walk after a night out and includes a dodgy underpass! The curtains pop off the rail if you open the window (awful design) but you have to, as the bathrooms have no ventilation. The surrounding area (c block) is VERY noisy…with a recording studio where they play drums all day next door, plus the busy deli theatre and mini golf centre and shisha club outside. The events hosted by reception are always held in the daytime on weekdays (when 99% of students are at uni), and the 10pm (8pm fri-sun) closing time for the social areas means they go largely unused. The cinema room isn’t even functional, and the Uber drivers take their break outside the gym and gawk at you exercising. Lifts in d block were broken for months+ you can only collect parcels when reception are there-during uni hours!
Absolutely lovely accommodation, all staff are lovely too. The elements is a modern and up-to-date accommodation with good value for money. Any problems which is rare the staff come and fix it within a few days but usually the same day. The accommodation also hosts social events such as pottery painting, animal therapy sessions and pool tournaments and more for free! They also host competitions every month where you can win things like headphones and vouchers. Your also allowed guests over no hassle which is rare for student accommodation
Very kind and helpful maintenance staff however the reception staff are so rude. I have been spoken to in a very rude and unacceptable manner multiple times and have had eyes rolled at me when asking for a parcel. My flat has complained about the flat next door multiple times as they play loud music till 6am and nothing has been done after 3 months. I do not recommend staying here
Elements is a really nice accomodation, only a 20 minute walk to the furthest away hallam building. The staff is all really friendly. The quality of the flats are really nice and modern. Common rooms are always really tidy, however they aren’t really ever busy and are closed on weekends and close at 10pm which is understandable but the gym would be beneficial on weekends too.

My second year of staying after living here in my first year and moving into a house in second and returning to the elements in my final year and I have no regrets, the safety, cleanliness and well management makes me feel so at home in my flat. Great option for any year students.

The elements is an excellent place to live, it’s in the perfect place close to both campuses. The management staff are the best, they make you feel so comfortable and welcome and always up for an laugh and the maintenance team are awesome and make the building safe and secure, nothing is too much trouble. Definitely recommend choosing elements.

The Elements is an exceptional place to live! The staff are so kind and friendly - always doing their best to help with anything. It’s excellent value for money and is such an inviting and inclusive space. I personally love how The Elements have events in the courtyard! As well as this, there’s the fun common room and quiet study area which is really useful. I would absolutely recommend The Elements to anyone studying in Sheffield! It’s so close to the buzz of the city centre and the city campus of SHU, as well as just a short bus to Meadowhall shopping centre. An excellent place to live!
The staff at the elements have been welcoming, friendly and helpful since moving day. While being here I have always felt safe even at night knowing that there’s security 24/7. Overall the facilities have been amazing and I’m even more pleased that the accommodation and staff apply kitchen appliances, which at time have been extremely helpful. Lastly I love my view from my accommodation 10/10!!!!!
Brilliant flats and perfect for students since it it’s within walking distance of both university campuses.
the whole experience at elements is amazing, everything from your modern bedroom and sociable kitchen is perfect. Not only are your flats the place you can socialise but you can always socialise in the common room or outside in the courtyard aswell. you will always have help from reception from the jollyest people aswell security and maintenance being on site 24 hours a day.

The elements is a really good place to stay for anyone that is thinking about coming to Sheffield Hallam university. It has great places to interact with new people as well as a good gym and a laundry room. The location is excellent as-well as you are close to both campuses as well as the train station which is only a 15 minute walk.

This is my second year living in the elements and I love it!! The accommodation is amazing and cosy! You have loads of space and the staff are lovely and always so helpful, they check in and always make sure you’re having a good day. Wifi Is free and so easy to access. Every now and then they host giveaways that you can enter and win awesome prizes! The Elements is not too far from campus and is a walking distance, so I don't have to worry about transport. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well! I’d really recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Sheffield!

So far so good. Had no problems with the building, facilities or people who have been really helpful and always smiling. One small issue may be the paintwork in some areas it can brush a white smudge onto your clothes. Apart from that it’s good.

This accommodation has made uni life a lot easier, making me feel more comfortable and secure in a safe environment. The staff are all welcoming and will always attend to your needs as well as the maintenance team will immediately attend to any complaints and fix any problems. The room is very modern and all the equipment is in great condition. I have stayed here whilst in my second and third year of studying and would really recommend the studio flats.

I would recommend The elements in Sheffield, it is newly built, and a clean environment. It has good areas of social spaces. The kitchens are very spacious, the bedrooms are a good size & the en-suite is a favourite.
This is my second year living at the elements, the staff are really friendly and helpful and solve any problem we have. They put on lots of events which is great as well. It’s in a great location round the corner from Aldi and close to the city centre. Have to say it’s very clean and feel like a safe place to live so would definitely recommend.

absolutely love the elements. it’s 10 minute walk from the centre of town, 20 from Sheffield Hallam (both campus) and 4 minutes from aldi. the staff on the front desk are very helpful and always lovely. is anything needs fixing they can help straight away and it will be fixed the same day. always full of life and a very welcoming accommodation to live especially first year.

I have had a really good time so far here. My room is cute and cosy as well as, getting along with my flat mates. Our kitchen/ living area is our socialisation place and the common room is nice and good to get to know others. It’s a good location to town and right next to Aldi. The rooms and kitchen are a good size and lots of storage in the bedrooms. Showers are good and issues are dealt with well. The wi-fi is a bit temperamental but overall a great place to live.

Rosa and Adam always amazing to talk to very kind and friendly always excited to meet them when going down to reception.

I have really enjoyed staying here so far! An amazing reception team and a caretaker on site 24/7 incase you get locked out of your room! The WiFi is super fast and very reliable which is very handy for online lectures and as I’m a computer science student very helpful for my coursework uploads too!

my experience so far in the elements has been so welcoming and joyful and everyone is so kind! i’m so thankful for everyone being so welcoming as a very anxious person moving into an unknown area i warmed up so quickly and i know that if i ever have a problem that i have people that will be there for me through it all and i’m forever thankful for that :)

The elements is in a great part of Sheffield for going into the city and seeing other students.
The accomodation is convienietly located, central and with plenty of local amenities. The apartments are well appointed and in good condition, the internet is very fast and stable. The staff are typically friendly and accomodating, a big effort has been made to provide support for those isolating and keeping common areas clean during the pandemic. Social experience has been limited due to the pandemic, as has access to the social spaces, so this is not a standard experience. Student houses tend to be better value for money, and are free from the curse that is circuit laundry, but for the quality it is competitive with other halls in the area.

Very good to live for what you are paying however just a problem there’s no parking and can’t get a permit due an agreement when it was built

I have had a very good experience at the elements so far, even with the current lock down measures that are in place. The staff are very helpful and the maintenance team are always available for any potential issues with the flat.The current situations have made it hard to meet many new people however the people I have met have become very close to me. The elements is the perfect place to start your university journey because it provides everything that you need live at university and be successful while doing it.
although covid hasn’t been the best time to move to uni and socialise, elements have been really understanding of the situation and have tried their hardest to make our stay here somewhat enjoyable considering we can’t do much. the caretakers are constantly around and about cleaning all the blocks making sure it’s germ free so inevitably spreading less germs, the location is in a reasonably nice area though i’ve heard it can be quite rough, it seems nice and i’ve had no issues with walking around elements location, finally elements is great value for money and i would definitely recommend staying here, your room and the entire flat as a whole is really nice!

The elements have been understanding and supportive during Covid, and continued to keep the gym open with extra measures such as cleaning and a booking system where you can only use the space with flat mates. Staff are friendly, caretakers are always helpful and respond quickly to any problems. My flat had problems with our freezer and it was replaced the following day. Rooms are a nice size with big full-length windows and nice views. Their response to covid has been excellent, introducing one-way system and hand sanitising stations. Safe and nice place to live.

I decided to choose The Elements as the first time I saw it on the university’s website because of its facilities and the staff are friendly and helpful when you need them.
The elements is a lovely place to live, great atmosphere and friendly staff. The location is perfect, only two minutes away from Aldi and everyone is always so nice!
The rooms are really spacious and include decent sized en suites too. The kitchen space is great for socialising as well!
The Elements was my first choice accommodation, it’s close to both campuses and the town centre. It has an aldi less than 5 minutes away, perfect for uni student shopping! It has friendly staff and amazing security! I would 100% recommend The Elements to any Sheffield student!

The Elements is an amazing place to live, its location is perfect as its very close to all the essentials, everything is within walking distance that you could need and the area feels very safe. Although it is slightly more expensive than other accommodations in Sheffield it is defiantly worth it as the building is lovely, all the rooms and shared areas are top notch and if there are any problems the caretakers are on hand 24/7 to help with anything. Reception has odd hours that have changed a couple times throughout the year and it is often not updated on the emails so its hit and miss getting parcels when they arrive as you have to wait for them to be sorted and get an email and then can only go during the hours which are inconsistent. The social spaces are all really lovely and COVID safe. The social experience is very limited due to the COVID restrictions but due to the size of the flats it is easy to get to know your flat mates well. The WiFi is strong mostly.
Element was my first choice of first year hall to live in. I have never regretted a moment of the decision I made! The staff are friendly, the areas we can go is well kept. Along with the rooms and the kitchens. It’s a clean area and close to all shops! It’s a great place to stay

I stayed in Elements 2020/21 and really enjoyed it. The location of The Elements is perfect for anyone studying at Sheffield hallam and shops, train station are fairly close by. There are plenty of social spaces to meet new people and the WiFi is really good.

I have been living at The Elements for 2020/21 during COVID, despite this it has been brilliant. Highly recommend it to any student looking for extremely modern, very clean and well kept accommodation with great social spaces. The staff are super friendly, helpful and welcoming which makes you feel comfortable and at home. The Elements is in a great location, within walking distance from both campuses and areas good for nightlife. The SPAR across the road and Aldi within a 2 minute walk makes shopping really easy as well. I’d definitely recommend The Elements to anyone, loved my time staying here so far.
The elements has been a great accommodation since day one. The staff are incredibly polite and very helpful and moving in was a breeze. The receptionists are easy to talk to and I have had no problems when collecting my parcels. The caretakers have also been helpful when me or my mates have locked ourselves out and they've provided a good couple of laughs. The location is perfect, university is literally on the doorstep and now with lockdown I couldn't think of a better accommodation to be staying in. With SPAR just across the road I can get all the food I need but also that I don't need which might be the only downfall of the accommodation.

So far my experience has been pleasant, I am in a good location as only takes around 10 mins for me to get to uni. Maintenance and reception and mostly very helpful and friendly and try there best to help. The bedrooms are very nice and was clean upon arrival. The only issue we have is the freezer breaking and now having to wait for new parts which is inconvenient.
All in all a good location, maintenance are mostly very friendly and you can always have a chat to them. Bedrooms were in good condition on arrival and kitchen was very clean. Reception very friendly and helpful. WiFi signal can be bad at times. Good value for money. It’s hard to be social during these times.

Elements has been great since the start of term. Ive had no issues with communication to staff and our living space is perfect for the four of us in our flat. My tenancy in The Elements spans from 2020-2021, and although everything is slightly different this year, The Elements has gone above and beyond to ensure a sense of normality is retained through prize draws and online activities where students can interact. The facilities are second to none; with a gym, study areas and games room all at your disposal. It is in an excellent location for both leisure and food necessities, as well as being a only a short distance from clubs and campus. The rooms themselves are everything you can ask for, you never have to worry about a cold shower or broken radiator, and that’s thanks to the hard work and quick response time of the maintenance team who are always there at a moments notice. Overall The Elements has been a superb choice for my first year in Sheffield and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an all round accommodation at a great price.

The elements is a good place to live especially for first year students. The rooms are modern and clean with a modern en suite. The rooms are amazing, there is a lot of storage. The staff have being wonderful if ever there has being a problem. The caretakers were also wonderful in helping us when our flat was isolating.
Been very happy with my experience at The Elements. The wifi is fine 99% of the time, sometimes a bit slow but quick to get back up to normal speed, the caretaker team ensure the building remains clean, which is especially important during coronavirus times, and the building is well positioned for easy access to the city centre and also both Sheffield Hallam University campuses.
Fun accommodation with easy chance to meet others as long as you get involved
Rooms and en-suite as large and well made for use of university students. Easy walk of about 10/15minutes to Sheffield Hallam Unviersity. Social experience was not there due to covid, however the accommodation did there best to try and do virtual zoom sessions. Internet does turn off every now and again which can be very annoying especially if using a smart TV

Apart from the social aspect due to covid elements is a great place to live at the WiFi can be a bit slow on certain days but it’s expected with everyone being on it I believe the social aspect would be 5 stars if we could visit people
Very friendly reception staff, always there to help with problems. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and the shared living/ dining area is big. WiFi is abit slow sometimes but I think only certain flats struggle with this, mine is very far away from reception so this might be the issue.
The walls are too thin so you can quite literally hear every word next door said. The elements don’t seem to willing to help when people are playing music every night at 4 am and think a simple can you turn it down will suffice. When asked to move rooms they avoided the messing at all cost telling me there are no appropriate rooms and also didn’t inform me when I moved in that the last person moved out of that room due to noise and smoking of the flat mates. The only real positives are the internet which is very good and the location is ok.
I lived at the elements in 2019/20. I absolutely loved it! I shared my flat with 2 boys and 2 other girls. The area surrounding is never loud and I found it so easy to sleep at night. The wifi is great and each room has their own radiator. The staff were all so nice and very accommodating. The location of the elements is perfect when attending Sheffield Hallam uni as its a short walk to both campus' and right next to an Aldi. The Elements is also very close to all the nightclubs. I would highly recommend this accommodation for any students.
Very poor accommodation, small rooms and very expensive. Internet is often slow. Security guard is a nuisance, if you want to have friends come round then you'll have to go to open the gate each time, trust me this will get annoying

I think the Elements is the perfect student accommodation, it’s in the perfect location and is very well built and designed. Also the staff are always there to help.
Lovely halls to stay in. It's very modern and clean and the staff are really helpful. It's around a similar price to The Forge around the corner but it's a lot nicer. The only downside is that you have to ask to see if you have any letters and the reception is only open from 12-1 on the weekends which is awkward for parcels.

Elements is nice , there is no denying it is better than the other offers , the nearby forge is enough proof of this. I can speak on behalf of everyone in elements that within 5 minutes of arriving here and looking across the road we all clocked on to the fact that we had made a wise decision. However the experience has been weird to say the least. Nice buildings don’t hide unfriendly staff and a constant feeling that we are simply cattle being moved on , starting from after freshers the attention of the staff quickly turns to packing in the next pack of tenants. I don’t feel entirely safe either , my block has consistently had a broken door allowing anyone without a key entry , this is currently happening and is worrying considering getting into the complex is easy. The fact that letters have gone missing and the attitude towards collecting packages is so poor has meant I now use the amazon locker as at least I won’t be rudely spoken too by a big orange box.

The staff are so lovely, they make living here feel like home from home. It’s in a great location for both uni campuses. Local supermarkets are close too. I feel very safe living here and can tell how much the staff care about us.

I have lived at The Elements for my first year and living here was the best decision I could have made. The staff make it so easy to settle in and are always on hand if you need them, they also always put events / freebies on which we love!!!! I live with a great group of people and we are all coming back next year.
In comparison to other halls for similar prices, the elements has to be considered the best student accommodation for Hallam students. Things I like are the social areas, high levels of security and great location to both campus', gyms and city centre. It is also a bonus when the staff generously offer free food and drink occasionally in reception.

Staying at Elements was one of the reasons it was really easy to settle into University life. The location being close to both uni buildings and being 5 minutes away from an Aldi is incredibly helpful. Everything about my experience has been great.

This accommodation is very good for value of money. The other accommodations available are a similar price but aren’t as modern and clean as the elements. The location is great for both campuses and a 15 min walk to the train station. Management are very friendly and welcoming. They always say hi and know everyone by their names. Reception always has free treats such as pop, sweets, hot chocolate ect... The wifi is generally great, only had one issue with it during my stay but it was fixed very quickly when I contacted the company ASK4.
The caretakers are amazing, they come super quickly when there is a problem with anything. They’re also super friendly and easy to talk to. The inspections can be a bit harsh. Other than that I would 100% recommend

The elements has a modern, clean and friendly environment. The 24hour caretakers are really helpful at all hours, and staff our friendly. It's a great halls to meet new people who all in the same situation as you. The location is perfect being a very short walk to aldi, town and in the middle of both city and collegiate campus. You always have a source of entertainment in the social room, a place to workout in the gym and a silent study room to when workloads increase.
Elements is great it’s a new accommodation, it’s well built and the rooms are really pretty, the facilities like the common room and study room and well equipped and also have a nice design, there’s a laundry room, gym and easy to access bin storage. Overall it’s a great accommodation which I’ve already recommended to future students. The staff are really nice too.
I feel so lucky to have a room at the elements and I think it is the best accommodation in Sheffield for Hallam. It is a modern and clean accommodation with a range of suitable facilities for those of a young age setting out at university.

the elements has great facilities and is nicely designed, it’s great to live in and ideal for students as it’s mid way between both sheffield hallam university campuses.
it’s a 15 mins walk from collegiate and about 10 from city. right by the city centre and aldi. the gym is quite small but has most things needed for a simple workout. room inspections are a pain and parcels get lost quite often at reception. having everything provided is amazing

The Elements is a great place to live but the laundry is overpriced and smoking (cigarettes but also weed, ketamine and cream chargers) in kitchens is not taken seriously by the elements staff when they have been informed many times.
Friendly, helpful staff. Nice social areas and useful on-site gym. Very fast wifi especially when connected via ethernet.
Living at the elements has been an enjoyable experience, the courtyard makes it a more social experience as everyone walks past etc as well as the games room. Sometimes it can be annoying when u are trying to sleep and people are playing music at 4/5 in the morning.
This first year has been the best experience I could have wanted. The close blocks, meant within the first week I’d meant half of my current friends and see them every day.the place is modern, well kept and am enjoying living here so far. The social spaces are great aswell having a selection of games to play in the evening and with it being a 5/10 minute walk to town it’s the perfect place to come back to after a night out

Really great place to stay. Hall management and caretakers couldn’t be any better-always there to help. Rooms and bathrooms are brilliant, great sizes. Only issues are there isn’t much cupboard/fridge/freezer space and the gym and laundry rooms are very small for the 700+ people that live there. Overall an amazing place to stay In your first year 👍🏼

Whenever I have needed anything fixing or needed any help I have been given this almost instantly, the staff are so friendly and always willing to give advice. Although I wouldn’t stay another year due to the price

The elements provides a great atmosphere for us students, as well as a great location for the likes of going to University, Clubs and for some, the football! It allows for people to easily meet others with events put on but the fantastic team at the Elements.
Such a great place to live, reception staff so helpful and caretakers really nice and if you have any issues they always sort them out really quick. I was unfortunate to get flatmates that aren’t really sociable but didn’t struggle to make friends in other flats. High quality living in a decent part of sheffield.
Really good halls that are clean and modern. The bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen are all really nice and spacious and new. There is 24hr staff around which is really good for if you accidentally lock yourself or of your room or have an issue. Maintenance respond to requests really fast. Only a little bit more expensive than some of my friends halls and I think that the Elements is much nicer so definitely worth the money. In a great location near shops and about 15-20 mins to both campuses. Very close to town and pubs and clubs.

Very good and spacious and lovely and modern the only downfall is that if your room is on the corner of A block it gets cold because the radiator is too far away from anything.
The elements is a good place to live as the facilities are great and the location is amazing
The Elements is ok if you have come to party and not work however the walls are extremely thin and there is little to no privacy. If you are unfortunate enough to get room mates who like to use the kitchen as their own private night club then don’t count on getting any sleep as the security will do little to nothing to stop it and it can go on all night. When you request to move rooms the elements are not very supportive of this. The facility’s are ok but the kitchen TV is very poorly placed as it is on the wall of room 1 so when someone is watching it you also get to listen ( this is ok until it’s 3 in the morning and you are in at 9.) Room inspections are a bit over the top however you can appreciate it helps them stop damage. The Elements is however very conveniently placed with the university about a 20 walk away and there are shops very close as well as night clubs and the WiFi is perfectly fine.

I’ve lived in the Elements for my first year of Uni and I’ve really enjoyed it, I think it’s definitely one of the better accommodations to stay in in Sheffield and the staff are all lovely. Maintenance is usually very quick whenever there’s an issue and they are always happy to help. Reception is always decorated nice for special occasions which is nice to see, the only down side I’d say is it can be very noisy at night, however obviously this is not an issue of the accommodation and not much can be done about it. Would definitely recommend The Elements to any new students.
I have really enjoyed my time at The Elements, from the social aspect of having communal study areas to the location from city and collegiate campus. I would definitely recommend The Elements to anyone starting or finding somewhere to live in at Hallam.

Absolute conmen. Gave my keys in and moved out months ago and they’re still charging me for a flat mates mess who was still living there. Management don’t give a toss, and they’ll even lock the common area for the day so they can have their do/meeting in there spending your rent on champagne for themselves - yet - they never paid to get the pool table fixed all year. Honestly feels like a posh prison. Don’t be fooled by it being new! They will take any opportunity for your money. For example, they failed our inspection for a bit of mud on the chair (Petty!!) but none of us had lived there for a while, so we asked if they could give us a couple of days to go back and wipe it off, but no, instant 20 pound charge. Do not go here! Awful first year to uni.
For the price you pay it’s not great , rooms are tiny and staff don’t care who goes into accommodations so random people in flats. Charged for other flat mates disgustingness !!! Quick to take money

The staff are very quick to come when they are required for maintenance and cleaning, but it could do with larger social areas and a larger gym
Don’t move into these halls, host are insanely strict and will carry our monthly inspections on the kitchen/rooms and will threaten to make you pay for something they deem as missing/broken ( even though they’re often not) awful value for money compared to other halls in Sheffield. Avoid at all costs
WiFi is a bit on and off occasionally, but the location and social aspect is wonderful
