The accommodation is just a short walk away from both universities and conveniently just around the corner from the train station. There are also plenty of bars, shops restaurants and other amenities right on the doorstep which makes it the ideal choice for students.

Amazing staff that are so approachable and will always try to help! Great value for money! I've been here for 3 years and would definitely recommend! My only query is the lack of security at night and the wifi xx overall a great place to live
I had the luck to get a very nice room with a very small price. Having bills included, makes things better just because you have unlimited facilities like electricity, water and heat and you do not have to worry about warmth during winter. Unfortunately, due to Covid , I did not have the chance to spend some time in the common room with different people. Overall, everything was nice.
I have lived here with my girlfriend for 2 years now and theres not been any problems (other then noisy neighbours that is)! The staff are friendly and are always there to help when i have any problem or questions
Lived here for 2 years now and plan on living here for the rest of my time studying. Staff are lovely, rooms are huge in comparison to the other accommodations we viewed on the open days (and much cheaper), very homely vibe. Round the corner from Leadmill (but no problems with noise), 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the Sheffield Hallam Owen Building. Love it here! No complaints!
Absolutely love this place. The staff are wonderful and will do anything to help. The common room is a bit dated however renovations are currently taking place to make this place even better! Definitely worth the money
Truro Works is a very good accommodation- affordable and at a great location. It needs some renovations, however it’s a decent place with very friendly and helpful staff. :)
Unfriendly atmosphere from some members of staff. Scammed students out of hundreds of pounds during the corona pandemic where other accommodations gave out refunds.
I was unimpressed with this accomodation, the sink in my room have out rusty water whenever I used the hot tap, despite reporting this repeatedly the maintenance staff refused to fix it. Cleaning staff cleaned increadibly irregularly however I was unconcerned as I cleaned regularly myself. Social spaces were good, but I made little use. The other three in my bloc were friendly and I had no complaints. WiFi was excellent.
The best accommodation ever like home and so many friends made from the common room
cons mice (which crawled into flat mates room while he slept!) no lift / small stairs no kettle / toaster can see into peoples rooms bit pricey (considering its not an on suite) room quite dark due to angle pros beautiful nice kitchen nice staff quiet good common room
One of the cheapest accommodations yet best value for money, common room allows for an amazing social aspect (great for pres!), homely feel, and safe place to live

Great value for money, great location for the train station, city centre and uni. 24h McDonalds and Puregym just across the street. Staff are great - reasonable and up for a laugh. Room sizes are really excellent in comparison to other halls and the common room is great, always used on a regular basis.
Best location, everywhere you may need is within walking distance. The accommodation feels more like a community due to the socialising in the common room and the friendly staff. Cheaper accommodation can be found, but this is by far the best and worth every penny.

Fantastic accommodation with brilliant staff who make everyone very welcome, can get slightly better value for money elsewhere but doubtful the homely feel would be achievable to the extent it is here. Loved it since the moment I got here.
