My stay at Mayfair Court was nothing short of brilliant! The management was responsive to my few concerns and always sought to ensure tenant satisfaction. I must say, nothing beats this level of care. It was truly sad to leave. I highly recommend Mayfair Court to any student seeking a comfortable home while studying x

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.
Managers Jayne & Alex have been really helpful at resolving any issues with my flat.
Great place to live in the centre of fallowfeild
The flats are spacious but the buildings are old and not entirely structurally sound, my bathroom had a lot of wood rot when i moved in and it took a while for them to fix it. The main issue with this accommodation is the people though, maintenance will sometimes let themselves in as you're getting up to answer the door and when they've done their work and leave, on many an occasion they've left my front door open and this has happened when I haven't been home either. Also the builders hired by this accom are even worse, leaving lights and switches on and the front door open too. On top of this, once you've made a maintenance request you've given permission for your flat to be entered whenever, in other accoms you have the option to choose dates that would be best for you but here you don't have that choice. And with no locks on bedroom doors as well its hard to feel like you have privacy. Overall the flats are nice but living here feels like you are borrowing someone elses space.
A great accom in the heart of Manchester's biggest student community. Shops, bars, pubs, restaurants and buses all at your doorstep and the flats themselves are very spacious and modern. Would recommend to anyone looking to move to Manchester for uni!
Perfect location close to multiple locations and food areas furthermore measure and gym areas are around the corner making it the perfect accommodation place ,super friendly staff and environment

Well recommend I like the accommodations. It is really spacious never thought student accommodation would be this beautiful. The staff are really friendly and I don't have any complain at all
Very happy with my room. It is very spacious.
My experience was and still is amazing I've rebooked for next year with them, great and friendly staff, good room price and a great location 👍
Enjoyable experience, living in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.
Mayfair Court is a great place to live. Really friendly staff, beautiful indoor courtyard garden. It's also surrounded by plenty of shops, indoor restaurants and takeaway restaurants to fill your hunger needs.
I've stayed at Mayfair Court for 2 years now and it is a great place to stay. It is located in a great place with links to public transport right on the doorstep. This accommodation allows you to be feel like an adult but with all the perks of being a student! There aren't many social spaces which create an environment to interact with people from other flats but there is a beautiful courtyard area if you felt like hanging out outside of your flat. Overall, my personal experience at Mayfair Court has been a good one, I wish I had found it sooner.
Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience in student accommodation- I have lived here for 2 years and loved it. Perfect location, friendly staff and secure. Due to these three factors I would highly recommend this accommodation.
Great place to live, I’ve been at Mayfair Court for nearly the whole 3 years of my university course and have really enjoyed staying here. The apartments are well kept with great amenities compared to Student Halls. The staff here at Mezzino are attentive and try their best to help with any needs. Overall I would recommend for any student.
I’ve been living in Mayfair court for 3 academic years and my experience of it has been positive.
