Very nice accommodation, modern and great location for the price( less than 5 minutes walk to the train station). Always kept clean and property manager is very sweet. Maintenance is quick to come when there are problems and the accommodation leave treats and activities for tenants.

Dover Street Apartments Biography
Dover Street Apartments is ideally located for students studying in Leicester. It is a convenient fourteen-minute walk from De Montfort University and a twenty-two-minute walk from the University of Leicester. It is close to the city centre with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and more all within easy reach.
At Dover Street Apartments you and your friends can enjoy making use of the communal kitchen and TV after a long day of work. There is also free WiFi in the building which is perfect for those days when you need to focus on your studies or if you are wanting to binge-watch Netflix. You can benefit from having all-inclusive bills, CCTV and onsite maintenance.
You can choose between an ensuite room in a shared flat or if you prefer a bit more space to yourself you can go for a studio. The ensuite rooms come fully furnished with a ¾ bed, study area and storage. You will have use of a communal fully-equipped kitchen that even comes with a TV. If you go for a studio it is self-contained with an ensuite, kitchenette and dining space, it is also fully furnished and each studio has its own TV.

Only con is that there are no social spaces like a common room but its not a big problem.
Great room sizes as well as great furniture and amenities in the kitchen. Super close to the train station as well as a short walk to major supermarkets. Lina is great at giving quick replies if there ever is a problem and she truly tries her best to ensure all students are having the best time as possible.

There is no reception which makes it impossible for you to have your parcels delivered when you are not there plus if you are struggling with something and need help from the management, you have to chase after the manager for days because she's not on the site like ever. The corridors are always dirty and there are rats in the bin room

Property manager is coming to the site nearly every day. Please email or call property manager and she will see you when it is needed. Housekeeper is cleaning site 4 times a week so we are sorry that you are not happy with the corridor clealiness. As we are based in the city centre there are rats on the roades so you can see them even passing Dover or York streets. Thank you for your feedback and have a great day.
Great place to stay, if you're looking for an ideal location near the city centre of Leicester. Great management from Lina, she responds to everything really quickly and doesn't fail on her promises to fix things. Really great location for both DMU & UoL. Would defo recommend others to stay here! Really spacious studio I live in as well, everything was well maintained during the summer before my arrival.

Thank you for your review. We understand your disapointment, but because of the COVID we were not able to arrange any sociable events.
With lockdown it has been a worrying time for all, but the staff and team at Dover street apartments have gone above and beyond to lift everyone spirits. The rooms and kitchens are fully furnished and really feel like you are a home away from home. Any damage or query is quickly fixed and I really have enjoyed my stay here over the past few months.

Very nice studio apartments on ground floor. Property team make a great deal of effort to engage residents in social activities. This accommodation only has a courtyard for social space, no social rooms or anything like that.

An amazing place to live and very close to the town centre so its easy to access everything. The Property maintenance manager Chris is lovely very welcoming and always polite. Whenever I've have had a problem he has always managed to fix it. Everyone in the building are really nice and has a great homely feel to it.

Great place to stay. The people here are very sociable and the janitorial manager chris is very helpful and friendly. Always comes up with an answer even when it really does not matter but he's like the know it all but in the good kind. our very own bob the builder fixed my blocked toilet he mucked in got his hands dirty got stuck A* for effort no problems since. If he cant fix it nobody can! ... very clean place to stay and fresh smelling at all times. I would recommend to anyone.

My flat has been quite nice, love the size of the rooms. The way everything is set up is so nice and modern too. I really like the smart tv as well. We have a maintenance person called Chris and he's so funny and very welcoming. I had a problem with my toilet and he came quickly and made sure I was all good. He's funny too, so we had a good chat!

Amazing stay. Wonderful people. Also the janitor or whatever he is. Is always on point literally very quick to sort stuff out and very knowledgeable. Always seen with a mop and bucket and tool kit! Very helpful.

My studio is really good quality, everything has worked fine and been smooth. Any problem I have encountered Chris is quick and always extremely helpful to assist and resolve any situation! Internet is flawless, hot water with great pressure. The only thing I wish, was that they had an on location reception. Recommend.
