The management is a little lax on a lot of stuff, parking is a particular bug bear for every-one. However when we had an issue with a light they were round the next day, so it can be good as well. It's reasonable value for money, four thousand essentially for the year with all bills included, so not too bad, although the appliances are quite cheap, and the furniture a little worn. Not too bad though really. Cleaning's good, comes round once a week, kitchen has to be kept tidy by students. The social spaces are excellent, you share a garden between two houses - if you get on with your neighbours it makes it a really social experience! But having the separate houses keeps noises down for when you're on the long night shifts. Never had a problem with the wifi. Housemates have had problems connecting ethernet cables to the internet though.

I was on sage road with the big garden, great way to meet people (even though most people don't integrate that well!) didn't use my own social area much due to having a rubbish group of house mates but the other houses were nice. For the cheapest halls in the uni we also seemed to get some of the biggest rooms having to share bathrooms with the least amount of people (for those that shared obviously!) Cannot forget Barry either, waking us up every week to check to fire alarms and being an awesome handy man.
At £97 a week its quite cheap, in comparison to other halls. Its in a location about a ten minute walk away from uni. You are expected to keep your house clean yourself, there are cleaners that are supposed to clean the landings and the bathrooms, but I'm sure ours just bleaches the toilet then leaves. The social life is fantastic, there is a lot of community on the 2 streets and you will make awesome friends. People are generally respectful with noise levels, with the majority of the residents doing nursing or midwifery.
