Neuadd kyffin is very clean, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and I haven’t had any issues here. It’s very easy to get to the town and to the lecture rooms and its an overall great place to live.

When I first moved in my room was covered in spiders and webs, it was like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The staircase was the same for a few weeks but recently everything has been getting a lot cleaner. The WiFi is good enough to do work but it takes days to install/update games. The staff are lovely and are always really helpful.
I've had a good experience living in this student accommodation. The location is super convenient, close to campus, supermarkets and town.. The rooms are well laid out but when first moving in it did need a bit of a clean but wasn’t much of an issue. I really appreciate that the management team is approachable and responsive; any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff are super friendly. Overall, I’d recommend this accommodation to any student here in bangor
It has been a wonderful experience with Neuadd Kyffin since I have moved here. The management is certainly really helpful and its always best to get the free goodies. I would definitely recommend this accomodation to all the international students moving to bangor.
A very well managed building close to everything you'd want in Bangor. Everyone here is very friendly and the building hosts a lot of events for tenants.
As a first year of uni, have been great so far :)

The overall experience of the apartment is good, but there are fewer activities and there is no atmosphere in the festival. But the safety and hygiene are good.
Lovely place to stay whilst studying at university and a great place to make friends!
I have been living here for a month and this place has been quite nice. Although i wish the price of the rent was a bit cheaper. But nice overall
Easy access to important University locations, everywhere is walking distance, cosy and clean rooms, corridors, kitchens. Kitchen is large and spacious, social space a really lovely addition.
Good value and location next to Asda
Kind and helpful staff, good location, and reasonable price. There have been a few mishaps- such as the keys and lift not working- but the staff communicate well and actively do what they can to fix issues.
The staff are lovely, always up for a chat and they are a good laugh. There are a lot of freebies all year around, mainly energy drinks which are needed for assignments, so that's always a plus. The main office has been closing quite regularly due to short staff and not enough notice time is given, which can be quite annoying if you are getting a parcel delivered. Although the location is great, it is very noisy as spoons is right opposite and you get all the drunk. loud people going to Kebaby. Kyffin would benefit from having a security guard, a lot of students are unnecessarily loud and do not respect others, some people have had to put notices on their doors about noise, as nothing is done about it. While the building itself is clean and the cleaners do a great job and are always up for a chat, a lot of rooms/studios were not cleaned before new people moved in. The drains in the showers do not work properly, so nothing goes down the drain. overall staff are lovely.
The building is in a great area making it easy to get wherever you need. All staff are lovely and make you feel welcomed.
I was in a studio and have been a few years now, no complaints really, and ones I have had I felt I’ve been listened to and hope to have things be even better for future students (eg. Number of washers and dryers)
everything is amazing! the only thing is the wifi but everything else is great. the staff are all friendly and actually care about the accommodation and the people living there.
good place to live but a bit out the way maintenance can take awhile
I have lived in a studio flat this past year, the studio makes the most of a small space. The space is furnished and decorated in a modern style and easy to keep clean. The location is central to the city centre so is easy to get to lectures and to shops etc. In the office the staff are friendly and often put together free bundle packages of food and local deals.
I had a very comfortable stay in neuadd Kyffin and they provide good facilities to stundents which they price the room
I moved into Neuadd Kyffin ever since I came to Bangor back in 2020. I was very pleased and happy with the staff, very welcoming and friendly. My room was as I expected in the pictures, clean, and in an excellent condition. I’m still staying here, and I’ve rebooked for the coming year. Value for Money, Central location on the high street, secure, and well maintained. Highly recommended in comparison to other private student accommodations in Bangor.
