Fantastic location, likely as close as you can get to central campus student accommodation wise. Spacious, airy rooms with high ceilings and plenty of storage space. Large kitchens that aren’t very modern but they do the job. Supermarkets, clubs, pubs, and bus stops within a 10 minute walking distance, with about a 15 minute walk to princes street. Lacking in the social aspect though. There’s no common room, and although there is a courtyard the accommodation is quite quiet so it doesn’t get used too often. If you like peace and quiet, you’ll love this accommodation because it was pretty silent most of the time except for noisy fire doors. If you’re in a small flat it can be quite lonely if you don’t get on with your flatmate(s).
