Two days ago, I was literally kicked out of this place. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The staff will never respect you, your personal privacy and will discriminate however the way they find. I was one of them. I am not a review writer, but this time I HAVE TO speak up. I have paid for this place for one year in late summer 2022. First thing, which was very annoying, is that they have hotel-like electricity system, where you put your key card in the holder, and then only you get electricity in your room. If you want to cook something, drop all your hopes for smoothness and joy, because you have to press a button every 4-5 minutes to keep the electricity on just for the hob! Don’t mention the times when you have a monitor in your room or a PC, and you need to go downstairs to collect your food. Well, quite not a lucky story to lose all your work. DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give negative stars, I would. I am an extremely clean person and left the room in immaculate condition and I still have not received my deposit back. I have written them multiple times and no one will reply. This place is extremely overpriced. I would highly suggest looking for a nice apartment (I found a bunch on facebook marketplace). The windows do not open all the way, so good luck in the summer. There are parties until 3am (sometimes 5am) and they have no control over this. So, if you have exams, you're definitely not going to get any sleep. At one point mid fall semester my door fob stopped working and I asked them to replace the batteries and they wouldn't do it because they hadn't run out completely. At Christmas, I was stuck in the room because the batteries finally ran out and no one (who knew how to change the batteries) was working at the desk, so I couldn't leave my room for a week. Unless, I wanted to wait thirty minutes to have someone drive
If you are a student who want to have a quiet place to live and study - do NOT stay here. They lack any meaningful management policy implementation. Loud music, the noise of games, weed smokers etc. There is no quiet period in Castle Street even during exam season. The common area - hours of table tennis/snooker/music/football/laughter/loud talk every single day, right outside my window, from late afternoon till midnight - to the point that makes me love rainy days, at least fewer people would play outside. It becomes unbearable during the exam period. Not to mention the fire alarm goes off more often than it should because of cigarette/weed smoking inside the rooms - I woke up late at night and early morning on multiple occasions because of them— utter nuisance. Not to mention some other miscellaneous mischiefs that occurred during my 9-month stay here - mismanaging parcels, the hot water system broken down multiple times during the winter, rubbish in the corridor etc.

I would like to write a review for Cristina Malaescu, she helped me with everything I was struggling and even more. Problems were always solved out on time and anytime I came to her with request she was always polite and happy to help. Huge thank you Cristina .
The staff team is extremely helpful and supportive for any questions you might or might not encounters. For me, I have a lot of deliveries, and the staff team did a great job of receiving and help me keeping them until I have time to pick them up. For heavy items, they even did me a favor of carrying it to my room! The housekeeping service is also really nice if you want. I personally do my own cleaning, but my friends who ordered housekeeping had regular housekeeping on a weekly/biweekly basis, which basically takes care everything. Location is also very nice, really close to the down town area and Cambridge University campus, gives more time to study.
Issue of water supply every week. Fire alarms starts for no reason anytime (day or night). Cleaners don’t come every week. It’s a s***hole.
This is a place that I highly recommend to new students. It is affordable, luxurious, fairly quiet, with some of the best staff that one can find. The rooms are well equipped and regularly cleaned every fortnight.

Residence hall that consists of many independent studios and a few common facilities. Modern and newly built, it is fairly expensive for student accommodation but a great place to live. The location is nice - 10 to 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Staff are friendly, there is a reception in the entrance making the place safer, and rooms are cleaned every two weeks. They also occasionally organize social events to allow residents to meet with each other.
StudyInn Cambridge provides good student accommodation with nice services and good location in North Cambridge.

Comfortable and quite spacious. Personally, studio is always preferred with the private kitchen and bathroom. Also, good for students of St Edmund's college since it's very near to it.

Very nice and well organised rooms with lots of storage space. On site facilities include laundry and drier machines that are easy to use, study areas, a gym and entertainment areas; hence a great combination of facilities to provide a unique student experience. The manager, staff and porters are all amazing, very friendly and always happy to help with any issues!
I would highly recommend the place for any student coming to study in Cambridge. It is relatively close to the city Center. The staff are very helpful and nice. My favourite thing about it is the social area, where I can just bring down my morning coffee and sit in the sun enjoying it.

Really enjoying living here and having my own en-suite studio. Kim and Cristina are welcoming and so kind and helpful. The fortnightly cleaning and linen service is really good as well Already rebooked for 21/22!

I stayed at Studyinn for one year and all was perfect.The rooms are provided with all stuff you need . There is a gym and a big tv . Cleaning ladies and management and all staff they help you with all you need.I do recommend to all of you, the place is perfect to live in .

I studied for a while in Cambridge at the famous Anglia Ruskin University and I been accommodate at Study Inn. Since when I arrived there, the staff make me feel very comfortable, they being friendly and I felt like I live in my own house. I met different cultures from many countries, we share our lifestyle experience from our countries, even food recipes and more. It was a real pleasure to live in this place. Many thanks to all staff!

I am enjoying my stay at Study in Cambridge a lot! The room is great and the facilities are brilliant including a gym, quiet study area, pool tables, steam room, on site laundry and surprisingly good free internet service. All the staff is very kind and helpful, especially Kim and Cristina, who are so lovely people!!! Kim and Cristina are always on hand to help, always smiling and very welcoming. The Glide Internet is too slow though I have paid for additional fees of Wifi usage monthly. It often stops work and I need to re-link it to make it work. The cleaning service has been stopped for months during the quarantine. I would appreciate if you may offer cleaning service soon. The staffs here are all very very nice. I especially thank the staffs Andy, Cristina, Kim, and Mariana who gave me warm service during my stay. They are very warm and helpful. I appreicate their help a lot!
Study inn very comfertable area i am so happy arrived here. Reception ladys are very helpfull and very kind. The buliding looks great with gym and biliard and big cinema.
Management is so helpful. the only issue is house keeping is once every two one not once a week. but never the less a great place to live

Study Inn Cambridge is a really good place for living in Cambridge. If you are arriving to Cambridge, it is really fast to find an accommodation here. The location is pretty close to the City Center and main shops. The social area is really nice and you have a small sport center. The management is very helpful and nice. The rooms are equipped with everything you need and clean. The staff is very good. The rooms are quite and there is a study area at the social area. I definitely recommend it to students and professional people.
